They try to overcharge you often, I own a jeep and would travel an hour to another location before going to them. My friend bought a brand new car from them. She went back consistently for her oil changes and tire rotations. Within a year she was told she needed new tires because they weren't being rotated. She went back to question them about it and they were incredibly rude and lied.

The diesel service manager was incredibly kind and...

The diesel service manager was incredibly kind and helpful. The diesel mechanic came and and spoke with us for quite some time and was very helpful as well. They truly were the most sincere and helpful people we have run into in a long time. We never felt rushed. They took the time to answer all of our questions and the service manager even walked us over to checkout while we purchased DEF fluid and back to our truck and filled it for us. Wish there were more like them!

Kate is outstanding! My service is always phenomenal, she's a absolute star. The entire staff is great. Can't remember his name but the shuttle guy is pretty cool as well. Kate catered to me even though it did take a little longer then expected she made sure that everything on her end was timely and appropriate and did do a good job communicating with me exactly what was going on

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was nice and welcoming. I went in for a truck and they immediately got me some help and sat with me through out my process until I found what I liked. Now I'm a pretty picky person on what I like. But they handled my needs and got me in a perfect Ram Rebel. Fits me perfectly and it's a beautiful truck. I worked with Chastain, and he was very professional and courteous. He made sure he helped me with what ever I needed to be comfortable with my purchase and that I was happy with the truck. The entire staff was great and did a great job. I can highly recommend here for anyone looking to get a new vehicle. Thank you!

I have spent my entire life around car dealerships...

I have spent my entire life around car dealerships and have personally taken my car to be serviced with 3 different Jeep dealerships. This is by far the worst service department I have EVER experienced. I can fully understand being busy, but the way they treat customers is completely unacceptable. I have continued to bring my car here despite their attitudes, rudeness, and flat out lies, but after my last experience I doubt I will ever return.

I looked for help elsewhere and the situation was handled the way it should have been. Will not waste my time here EVER again at Tallahassee Chrysler.. dodge.

We were told one price about a vehicle we were looking at and when it got time to buy it , they started adding extra costs. How can a vehicle listed on their lot for 62k along with a 2k rebate not including or down payment, Which would have had it in the mid 50 s. How were they going to lose 20k on a truck that was already listed at 62k? Then they were wanting to add shipping fees and dealer prep fees on a truck that has sat on their lot for a year and a half, along with tax, tag and title which we were told would be included in the original price. Highly disappointed, they out and out lied to us. Do not go to this dealership, they lie to get you there and then jack the prices up not thinking you will walk out.

The sales staff is excellent which is why our family purchased 3 vehicles from them. The problem comes AFTER the sale. We have always simply dealt with their flippant surly service staff because the work got done and we only had to deal with them while dropping off or picking up our vehicles.

Fast forward to last week when my parents wrecked their Dodge that we helped them pick out since we recommended "our" dealership to them. They tried to get Tallahassee Dodge to assist them with the claim for monies due. Not only did the dealership not return call after call for days they only spoke to my parents when they showed up in person and would only pay for 3 of the 4 items owed, even though they had the terms in writing.

After speaking with a family friend who is also a lawyer, my parents are now considering a lawsuit to recoup monies owed. It's bad enough that they avoided phone calls but to renege on financial promises made in writing is simply too much.

We will never buy from them again and will happily seek a Dodge dealer elsewhere for our next maintenance and future purchase since there are several others within 50 miles. I will also tell anyone who will listen what sort of shady people run this dealership. (All for a measly couple hundred bucks but I guess they felt it worth losing multiple customers over and had no problem treating 2 senior citizens so poorly)

I have been to the dealership twice - both time meeting with Quanta Barfield. At this point, my experience has been a very pleasant one and "Q" has been very helpful. I expect to complete my transaction for a Dodge Dart GT this afternoon, and if everything goes as planned - and the numbers all come out as I have been told, I will proceed with the purchase. I will finish this review after my visit this afternoon.

Our recent visit for a service could not have gone better! The service department was able to determine what was wrong with our truck right away, order the necessary parts quickly, and we had our truck back, fully repaired perfectly, in lightning speed. Best of all, the prople in the service department weee great to deal with and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. We will be using them for all our regular maintenance and service needs in the future!

Absolutely the worst service department. The service manager, Paul, thinks he's a detective, he told the warranty company something false but attempted to sell me tires knowing my tires were covered from road hazard damage. My rim had more damage after going there than before, of course they blamed me when the manager inspected it prior to the tire change. Some of the other department members are great, Kate. Eddie , the supervisor, is more like Paul. The techs are fairly nice though. I have no problems with the express department. Attempted buy my car there..another not wonderful experience.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided at Tallahassee DCJ. Terrance Barber helped me with the entire process as I picked out the exact car that I wanted, at a great price. He was very patient and explained everything. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and was able to answer all of my questions. Terrance handled all of the paperwork smoothly and got me in and out in no time. He was extremely friendly and appeared to be enjoying his job. My Silverado had a check engine light and I couldn't find the issue despite checking everything I could think of. Kate was very friendly and helpful and quickly got me pointed in the right direction. Turns out it was a bad o2 sensor . Trucks running like a champ and no more check engine light lol

Paul Falzone was very attentive, professional and understanding regarding my situation. I live 66 miles (one way) from dealership and needed my vehicles AC serviced expeditiously due to the fact of the rapidly increasing 99 degree temperature. To my surprise I barely finished one of the free donuts and coffee provided for customers when he came thru the door with my key in hand and a smile on his face and I was on my way in air conditioned comfort. He explained the problem to me in simple, easy to understand layman s terminology. The overall experience left me with the realization that I made the right decision to purchase my Jeep from Tallahassee Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep.

My salesperson was Victor Young. He was professional, courteous, and really friendly.
He sent me pictures of my car, as it went through its pre-delivery checklist.
THAT was a nice touch,....something that made our experience, there, a little more memorable.
The detail dept. did a STELLAR job.
The engine is immaculately clean.
It looks brand new.
The only reason for the 4 out of 5, and not a straight 5 out of 5, is because none of his co-workers stepped up to help him when he was clearly very busy.
He had 3 customers at the same time, and others had nothing to do.
I know it's a commission job,...I get that.
You would all, however, get much better customer retention rates, if you helped each other out, regardless of to whom the commission is paid.

I arrived at the dealership, was not immediately swamped by a plastic sales greeting - but rather staff that I had spoken with via e-mail. We discussed my desired vehicle ideas, my wants and my budget goals. Brain evaluated my situation,offered several options and helped me get into way more car than I imagined possible.I drove away with a great car, a great deal, a great payment and just in time for thanksgiving a grateful heart for my new ride !

Dominique Cargile was great. The first truck he showed us was pretty much what we wanted. We wound up buying the same thing in different color. The sales staff gave us a great deal. The whole process was not stressful and went a lot faster than the last time I had bought a truck. I would highly recommend checking them out will be referring my friends to them.

The constant negative experience I encounter when ...

The constant negative experience I encounter when visiting Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep continues to be extremely upsetting. Specifically, the service department. My vehicle never receives proper treatment when dropped off and is returned as if it was not cared for. Simple measures such as steering wheel covers, paper floor mats and any other preventative to keep customer's vehicles clean are not utilized. It is extremely frustrating to pick up my vehicle in this condition, it shows the level of care received. The service department unfortunately has a 50/50 rating in my opinion, the younger staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable that are willing to help. Oddly enough, the "veterans" are not very helpful nor service equipped. They are more so concerned on selling unnecessary product rather than solving the problem. My last visit, I received a call from the service representative and was informed of the fee and then was told I needed maintenance work done to my vehicle in the amount of $600.00. Thankfully, I checked my vehicles owner manual and discovered none of this maintenance was suggested at my current mileage. I was also quoted for work on a 4X4 vehicle rather than a 2WD, once again I did my research and found I was quoted for maintenance on parts I did not even have. This is a brief recap of my experience, I have decided to only return for warranty and recall related issues. Worst service department experience and will not be returning.

Very pleased with the help and customer service that I received from Dowling Lee. He was very helpful and detailed on every request that we had for the vehicle we were looking for, and didn't give up until he delivered!

Love this dealership. We just moved to Tallahassee and I had to get my Town & Country worked on. They got me in earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation (Thank you Paige) and Eddie took ridiculously good care of us. Very transparent, got everything working ship shape and for less than what I was expecting to pay. Super grateful for this team and will certainly be coming back.

Received a certificate for a free oil change. Asked for a $20 tire rotation too (which was initially forgotten) and was told tax would be added.

I was surprised that in addition to tax there were additional shop fees $2.50, hazardous waste fees $3.39 (for a tire rotation only??? As they weren t charged on the free oil change) and document storage fee $1. The rep tools me there was no way he could take these additional fees off.

Bought a truck (2019 1500 Bighorn) and sent my Dad there to buy a Jeep. Got a call I'd be getting a referral check. That was 6 months ago, but it looks like the referral was missed by one of the managers relocating and Robin resolved my issue pretty quickly.

EDIT: I've been asked by the owner of Tallahassee DCJ to remove my social media posts.

EDIT2: Had an issue with the backup camera, Robin has been the only responsive person, the service guy (Joey) gave me times between 9am and 4pm to bring in my truck, 2 weeks from now and not on weekends! So I'm basically going to have to take a vacation day just to get my truck looked at, not even repaired. I'll have to take it back later for that. I'm also 120+ miles round trip to this dealer. Called Cass Burch in Quitman and they will see me anytime up to 5pm and even on Saturdays! Never going back to this stealership again, awful service, poor attitudes, just all around bad.

Received an urgent recall notice for our four month old Grand Cherokee, for us to contact our nearest dealer ASAP. Called Tallahassee Jeep three times with no answer. Called Jeep Customer Care for help. They got through to a lady in service dept. that told me she could not make an appointment because they had no parts or information to complete this recall, there was about seven thousand cars ahead of mine & suggested I check back in about two weeks. Called back to Jeep Customer Care. They called Jeep in Thomasville. Only took about thirty seconds to get an appointment right away to correct my recall. He said it was only a computer up date & could do it while I waited. No parts necessary. What a difference.

Salesman-Richard Jackson. Pleasant at first, I was attempting to buy a used F150. Although I was straight up about my price and offer he still tries the old double talk. I refused his offer pleasantly as I could and reminded him of my offer again,that's when his attitude flip-flopped.So headed to the door I was ,and low and behold I was caught there with an offer that was satisfactory to me. Did the deal (cash) with an understanding the odometer ,which was not functioning properly, would be repaired at their expense. Jackson to call and schedule repairs after he locates parts. Waiting for his call ,which was on his hand shake and his word .Guess time will tell. I will update this review then. Also The service Engine Light came on before I even got home,yeah.... . Planning on calling Mr. Jackson today to see what he will do about that........ again we will see. So based on the above, this review and word of mouth can go straight to a 5 star plus or.......... yes you got it a minus 5 !!!! STAY TUNED !!! Yes I know, should have it signed in blood, but being almost 60 years old I still would like to believe there is some good and honest people in this world. Hope I am right.

This is the 3rd time in 5 years I've attempted to ...

This is the 3rd time in 5 years I've attempted to purchase a vehicle (new or used) from this dealer. Today was strike 3. After scheduling a test drive I arrived at the dealership to discover the vehicle was sold. I was told by Anita that I would be contacted prior to my test drive if the vehicle was no longer available. I took time off of work and drove 30 minutes across town to be disappointed. After expressing how upset I was to the GSM, he asked me to go look at the rest of his used truck inventory and that if there was anything I liked they'd do whatever they could to make it happen. While I knew this was unrealistic, I bit, picked a vehicle, test drove, and told the sales person the price I wanted. He came back to me with a different sales manager, Scotty, who without even trying to negotiate ANYTHING said "We can't do that". I've never had a good experience with this dealership, and will never step foot on their property again. Their customer service is nothing short of abysmal.
