The constant negative experience I encounter when ...

The constant negative experience I encounter when visiting Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep continues to be extremely upsetting. Specifically, the service department. My vehicle never receives proper treatment when dropped off and is returned as if it was not cared for. Simple measures such as steering wheel covers, paper floor mats and any other preventative to keep customer's vehicles clean are not utilized. It is extremely frustrating to pick up my vehicle in this condition, it shows the level of care received. The service department unfortunately has a 50/50 rating in my opinion, the younger staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable that are willing to help. Oddly enough, the "veterans" are not very helpful nor service equipped. They are more so concerned on selling unnecessary product rather than solving the problem. My last visit, I received a call from the service representative and was informed of the fee and then was told I needed maintenance work done to my vehicle in the amount of $600.00. Thankfully, I checked my vehicles owner manual and discovered none of this maintenance was suggested at my current mileage. I was also quoted for work on a 4X4 vehicle rather than a 2WD, once again I did my research and found I was quoted for maintenance on parts I did not even have. This is a brief recap of my experience, I have decided to only return for warranty and recall related issues. Worst service department experience and will not be returning.
