Alexis Gutierrez was my salesman and was very helpful in every way. He mentioned that he had only been at the dealership for a short period of time, but it did not show at all. He was very professional and did not seem to fit the stereotypical "care salesman" mold. I did not end up purchasing a car from them but Alexis still did a heck of a job.

He said he'd have everything ready to go by the time I got back. When I returned, Shawn had everything ready as promised. The entire process was quick and pleasant.

Many of us have followed her throughout her career as a service writer. She recently handled the air bag recall on my wife's Wrangler and it all went smooth.

Jodi in the service department was great.My daughter broke down in Tallahassee. Jodi helped us get a wrecker and got the car in right away. The repair was completed within two hours. Jodi called me and kept me updated and got my daughter back on the road. I appreciate the great customer service he gave us.

This review is about the Quick Lube only. I liked going there because the oil change is reasonable and 5k miles instead of SuperLube's 3k. The employees are very nice and courteous. I went there a month ago for an oil change and an alignment because my van was pulling to the left. Simple enough. I also mentioned that my "Brake Fluid Level Low" light in my dash was on as well as the "Change Engine Oil" light. When they were done, the dude specifically told me that they couldn't check the brake pads because of the rim size. I at least thought they checked the fluid level.

Anyway, as soon as I left, both of the lights were still on and the vehicle still pulled to the left. Because I drive so much in the van for work, I was not able to immediately go back. When I went back the second time, I said, it still pulls to the left and both lights are still on. After they investigated the alignment issue, they switched the front two tires from left to right. We went on a test drive together and ascertained that the tires were unevenly worn because it now pulled to the right.

As a dealership for this particular Dodge Promaster, I would assume that their level of attention to detail would be higher than say, Sirmons Alignment or Discount Tire. It is not. As Sirmons test drives their customer vehicles after an alignment and Discount Tire can identify unevenly worn tires.

I bought new tires and left. The "Change Engine Oil" light was off. The "Brake Fluid Level Low" light was still on. They had the wheels off, but probably didn't remember to check the brake pads OR check the brake fluid level even though I came back for that problem a second time.

I went back for a third time today. The very nice lady mentioned that it might have to be taken to the Service Department because the sensor could be faulty. She asked the technician and he remembers the brake pads were fine. Before that though, she said they would check the brake fluid level again just to be sure.

It was low. Then, she said I'd have to purchase a $16 bottle of brake fluid. After a month of driving with my "Brake Fluid Level Low" light on, it finally went off. Amazing.

The point is - I could have went to AutoZone and bought brake fluid a month ago. I didn't. I paid Tallahassee Dodge Quick Lube for an oil change and an alignment and $850 in new tires and $16 in brake fluid. SuperLube checks the damn brake fluid. I am upset I had to go back two additional times plus pay for the brake fluid. No discounts, no apologies, etc.

I won't be going back.

This is my second vehicle I bought from Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep. With saying that, This second time they were AMAZING. If you go there Make sure you talk to ROBIN TAYLOR! She was so nice to us and made sure we got a great price. Matt helped us too, making sure we got a great amount for our trade in. We will be back in 4 years to buy my wife another and we will only use Robin!

THANKS ROBIN AND MATT!!!!

FYI That 5.7 HEMI is no joke!!!! Its worth it! Puts other manufactures down! RAM POWER!!!!

After a disappointing previous visit at another dealership due to poor customer service,, I decided to visit Tallahassee DCJ due to a big sale being promoted. Upon arrival, Gifferd Lee said he was going to all he could do to find me another vehicle as well as entertain in the process, HE DID EXACTLY THAT ! I traded in my vehicle and came home driving the dream car I has always wanted for past 10 years or so. Thank you for EXCELLENT customer service and great deals !

We looked at a few different dealerships while truck shopping and I would say that our experience here was great primarily because of the Rep we worked with. He knew his stuff! He also communicated well and wasn't pushy or obnoxious. If you stop by here, ask for Jack Black!

My sales rep was Dominique, and he was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding throughout the whole process, which happened to take a bit longer then expected. I just bought a car from this dealership and it has been wonderful. The salesman was named Alex and he did a wonderful job and everyone here was just as great, friendly and kind. The only downside is I was under the impression I was receiving a spare tire with my vehicle and was told "Newer vehicles come with tire kits" in which I replied if the tire is beyond repair I would need a spare and they told me "That's what road side assistance is for" I insisted on speaking with someone about a spare tire and nobody ever got back to me about it so that was disappointing, makes you think they don't care now that they already sold you a vehicle.

Shopping for cars is typically an ill adventure. Searching for the right car is difficult with so much money on the line. That being said, I cannot put into words how much Alexis G. eased my fear of shopping for cars. Jeeps are my family car and my first was a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Alexis didn't just try to sell me a car (like so many other sales reps) he LISTENED to what I was actually looking for and came back with a list of possible solutions right off the cuff. My next test drive will be a Jeep from this location. Keep up the great work guys!

I went to DCJ recently to get an extended lifetime warranty part installed to replace an older part on my Chrysler 300. I worked with Paul Falzone through the entire time to make sure things went smoothly and well. I had a part that needed to be installed in order to install the lifetime warranty part. I want to begin to say a HUGE thank you to FCA (Chrysler) for working diligently and helping solve this issue with this other part. They helped me out tremendously. FCA will go above and beyond for their customers for issues with their vehicles to make many processes better each time. Paul Falzone also went above and beyond to make me happy with his teams work ethic and to ensure the car was in great hands. The process was very fast and easy. I came across a slight issue when I picked up my vehicle from DCJ and Paul once again helped me out to fix this issue. I will go to DCJ again to work with any issues and or problems I have whether its an FCA vehicle or any vehicle from a different brand. Thanks again FCA and DCJ.

If I could leave no stars, I would. The aales department is the only redeeming quality about this place. The service department is horrible. Split ii vehicles, which makes no sense, techs who talk in circles and can never give direct answers, as well as no sense about what they are saying. I used to be able to take my car in anytime to have it looked at. Now appointments almost two weeks out are all that are available for a simple diagnostic for a check engine light? I am super disappointed and was looking into being a repeat customer with them soon but the experience has ruined the dealership for me.

My husband took our Dodge Durango in for a A/C issue on Monday. Even though they did not find anything wrong with our A/C, they replaced one of our tires that had a nail in it which couldn't be patched. They took care of it quickly and made sure we didn't pay anything for replacing the tire. We are from South Florida (Ft Lauderdale area) and were very pleased with the service and hospitality. Thank you...we definitely will return there if service is needed while in town again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been in an ongoing "d...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been in an ongoing "deal" with Tallahassee Dodge for the past 8 days. I've been given very misleading and very confusing information by three different people! The guy whom I initially began the process with got me approved for $12,000 w/ stipulations and if I found a used vehicle that was within the guidelines, all I'd have to do is let them know and they would get me set up! But now he either no longer works there or is never there because I ve called several times, left several messages to no avail. So instead, I spoke with someone else about a 2014 Ford Focus and she had me send over all of my information so that she could get started on the deal. She told me she would call back within the next 30 minutes but of course did not and when I went into the dealership that same day was told she was there but apparently the salesman could not find her so he referred me to someone else who proceeds to tell me I cannot get the car I originally wanted for some odd strange reason, that has yet to be explained. So I found a car that I'm really interested in , have the money ready to put down, come up there only to be told I would have to get a 2007 Aveo (that's been run into the ground and is worth only $7,000) and even if I wanted the car, I would have to wait to hear back from them in regards to it, which I never heard anything by the way. I ve had it with the unprofessional way my case has been handled and will be taking my business elsewhere!

My experience with terrible I purchase a BMW 650 from them and it was leaking oil when I bought it they signed a contract saying that they would fix the oil leak after four months of trying not only have they not fixed it they torn-up other things my car .. now I have dent in it that wasnt there before. I have driven the car for 2 weeks out 4 months only to discover the car still leaking oil inspected by the BMW car dealer twice and the inspector says that the car is still leaking oil ... I still don't have my car back.. I'm now in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company. the regional manager Mike Pereira is not to be trusted he's a liar and will lie to you right in your face

Update: going from ONE star to 3-4. After coming back from Houston Peter called us up, and had us come in. As soon as I walked in I was treated kindly. They asked what Happened on our trip. They then refunded us the money without Hassel. This visit was more like the first before getting the Durango. A pleasant and friendly visit. I walked around the actual dealership and looked at the hellcats inside. What a beautiful and well kept building this is. The best looking Dodge I have seen. Met and talked with Richard Jackson Jr. Seemed to be an understanding and knowledgeable employee on the sales floor. It is always a great experience talking to employees that actually have a love for cars like you do. If interested in buying a card seek him out! Don't know how he is at the actual paper work and payment process, but does knows his cars and very friendly. My final view is I had some great and some bad experiences here. They did refund and work with us though. Much appreciated.

I just left the service center about 40 minutes ago. I called this morning and said that I have seen grime and muck in my radiator fluid. that BOB's auto repair said that I might need a new radiator and water pump. I told Dodge Chrysler jeep service center that I was leaving for a trip tonight and wanted to see if they would flush my system and see if things where okay. I told them I would have done it my self but I did not have the time today. they said yes. I brought it in and they had it by 10 am. I called at 1:45ish wondering how things where going. He said it was done and could be picked up. so I had neighbor drive me and the kids in so we could get it by the time they closed at 3:00 wife was busy. I got there talked to peter and everything seemed to be going swell. I payed the $160 to have the system flushed. They told me that the radiator seemed fine and the water pump. They where very friendly. Then when I was about to leave I opened the hood. low and behold good thing I did. the radiator cap wasn't locked on. Some reason liquid was already on parts all around the radiator. So I check my overflow. yuck!!! the reason I knew there was a problem in the first place was still glaring at me in the face. muck and brown grime all over the inside. the stick was mucky. The liquid looked like chocolate milk! so I go over and tell Peter. That when things got worse as I was told that was not part of the system and wasn't worked on. they should have at least filled it up though which it wasn't. He said the overflow wasn't part of the system and that's not what he thought I ment. Okay even if so, How did they not say anything when I payed for it,?why did they not fill it up? how is that not bad? So I stop arguing about how its part of the system other wise it wouldn't be there or hold liquid for the system to draw from if needed. I drive home. I later check the radiator, I open the cap and find two broken pieces of plastic floating around and dark rusty liquid. I'm pissed, did they actually check it, did they actually do the flush I payed for? why, is there broken pieces of something floating around? Even if they did the job why does it still look this bad and they did not discuss it with me.I want my money back and this done right. I decided to come here so it would be done right. Instead we don't know if our trip to TX is safe anymore. Lost the Trust I finally built up for this service center. Love walking around and seeing the cars. The service center though needs to fix this.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tallahassee Dodge. I could not have hoped for a better experience. The sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. And the atmosphere reflected the sort of relaxed environment that made me feel comfortable in making a big purchase. Everyone from the receptionist to the Managers was incredibly polite and they didn't waste my time. In fact, they all went out of their way to make sure I was in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. I give them my highest recommendation. I wish there was a Sixth star for this review.

Runnnnnnnnn!!!! Do not get your car serviced at express lane !!! They are absolutely horrible. The so called manager David Irwin is very rude and racist .They messed up my car and performed a service on my car without my permission. Everybody that works in Express Lane is not helpful at all . I will never return to this place ever again . They are crooks !!! They steal !!! Worst dealership on the planet !!! Eddie Kent the Director, of express lane should retire ..He does not care about his customers. Maybe his age is getting the best of him . David Irwin instead of stealing customers money and messing up someone s car, Go run a few laps around the dealership and get that excess weight off of your body .its not healthy

Their service department wouldn t get me an appointment until after my warranty expired on my vehicle. Vehicle is only 3 years old and 15000 miles and starter already went bad. I was told even if you are out of warranty by 1 mile they won t do any warranty repairs. Even with warranty, they still charge $180 to pop the hood. I would never recommend this repair center. My company will never buy vehicles from Dodge. What ever happened to a 100,000 mile warranty?

Me and my wife went to buy a Jeep Cherokee either used or new. We were trying to trade-in our car that we still pay and when we gave them our budget description they showed us instead a Jeep Compass. We told them to not submit our credit through different banks because we had two pre-approvals from two banks and one of them was military. We wanted to make sure that our car has been trade in first in full so we didn't have to pay also that loan. They told us to give them some time and take the Jeep for test drive and come back to finish the deal. They checked our credit score and submitted our credit through 9 banks 1 of them repeated and 9 hard inquiries now showing in our report and we didn't even took the car because there wasn't a good deal at the end for us. We were going to pay more for that car at the end with the high interest rate they were trying to put us on. I must say as a military that this was very disrespectful, we are disappointed and I don't recommend this dealership. The only credit I give is that they let us try out the car because we ended up loving it, but they lied to us and didn't provide what we were hoping for.

I recently purchased a 2017 Scat Pack Charger and was very impressed with the level of professionalism of all the employees I dealt with in the process. They went over and above to get me financed and sell me the vehicle I wanted. I have already and will continue to recommend Tallahassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to every person interested in a new or used vehicle. The facility was also very nice and comfortable. I can't say enough good thing about my experience. I will go back. I just bought a 2nd vehicle a RAM 1500 Laramie. I cannot say enough about the dealership and the experience. Eric Lee and Mike Futrell went above and beyond to ensure my buying experience was exceptional. I cannot recommend this dealership enough for making the customer #1 priority. Thanks so much. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Make a connect with Chastin Hamilton via an internet inquiry when we got to dealership. He listened to our needs and wish list. No pressure, explained everything. Alexander was great in the finance dept. Walked through the additional options, offered his option that would fit our situation. Again no pressure. The only reason they didn't get a 5, cleaning of said Jeep could have been better. Found pet meds in Jeep when test driving and after purchase we got home and found a brush under the seat. Other than that, we will return and recommend.

Used car buyers beware! My wife was in an accident and her Honda Accord was totaled. We were not expecting to have to purchase a new car but saw a used 2012 Honda Pilot with great options being offered here. The buying experience was not bad but the product has had issues since we got it home. They claim to put an automatic $1000 into the turn over of all used vehicles that come through the dealership but its clear they missed very obvious warning lights, sensors, tire tread wear etcetera. A clear example of this is the battery clamp pictured here. Apparently its acceptable to put a metal zip tie on the clamp to hold it in place rather than replace the clamp itself. I don't know if they did this or if it was already there when they got the car but its an obvious inspection FAIL! This is just one of the many issues we've since discovered since we got it home. Its clear that they are more interested in making money than they are selling quality products to their customers. I can not recommend this dealership to anyone buying a used car.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ve literally never had a positive experience here. Work wasn t completed and no explanation was given upon pickup until I reached out to them. The only response I could get was excuses. Inspection on the vehicle was poorly done and much was missed. None of the problem areas were addressed with me so I have no idea what s even wrong with my vehicle if anything at all is even an issue. I would rather drive 7 hours home to have my vehicle serviced by a reputable dealership then drive 5 minutes from my house to this hellacious establishment.

To everyone reading this: DO YOUR RESEARCH. My first experience with this dealership was looking for a Dodge Challenger R/T or GT. I wanted a 2015 or newer. The salesperson I had scheduled my appointment with was busy so the next available person took me. The only thing they had on the lot was a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T with 15k miles that someone had badged to make look like a fake hellcat. The asking price for it was laughable to say the least. I went up to Georgia and bought a NEW 2017 Challenger R/T for about $500 more than what they had asked for this 2014. The reason I say do your research is because this place looks extremely well funded, and I imagine they get a lot of young college kids that they may try to take advantage of. Coming in at 22 years old, I could definitely tell that they thought I was just some kid using my parents money. This was my first experience. Now that I've got my new Challenger and I'm in Tallahassee, I figured this might be the place I would get the service done for it. My girlfriend made a very simple call to inquire about rock guards(mud flaps) for a 2017 Challenger. The tech she spoke with put her on hold for a few minutes, before telling her he would need a VIN number in order to know if they would fit. She let him know she did not have access to the VIN but that it was a 2017 Challenger (the trim does not change the body????). After being put on hold again he told her that the car would have to be taken to a 3rd party body shop to have them purchased and installed. Just from listening to the last half of the call, the tech was rude. This would be my last choice for a dealership. I would rather drive 2+ hours in any direction for service from another dealership.

One of the greatest car buying experieces ever! Went to look a used car, and for the surprizingly good price and rebate on a new car, I ended up choosing a beautiful Chrysler 200!It drives so well and has a lot of new techie things that seem easy to use
It was nice to find honest, helpful and caring sales and finance people who explained everything and didnt try to push me into anything.I love my car and highly recommend Tallahassee Dodge and Jeep to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle. .great selection, great people.. TDJ

I also have had several bad experiences with the service department. I spoke with CL Johnson when I was there and it wasn't what he said it was how he said it and he was very nonchalant with me. I was told that the issue with my car has to be done by the dealership but if I could fine another dealership within 15 to 30 miles I will take it to them. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and this morning I experienced very bad customer service.

Took my jeep in for service, they diagnosed the problem correctly after having it for a total of 24 hours. Came back and told me the part that was broken in the steering column cannot be purchased by itself. The only way to fix it is to order a whole new steering column from Chrysler $1,200 job and I would be without a vehicle for 4-5 days. Declined the service and did some research on jeep forums and found out what the name of the part was (they couldn't tell me that either). Purchased the part from O'Reillys auto parts (ignition switch actuator) for $40 and installed it in less than an hour. Overall experience was horrible, and to think they tried to scam me for a $1,200 job that costs $40. Stay Away!!!!
