Bryant Bureau Review

I will start by saying that I rarely post any reviews, but my recent experience with the Bryant Bureau was so good that I felt that I should share it with others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy Pierce while conducting a search for my next career opportunity. Throughout the process she communicated with me regularly and always called me at our scheduled times ( I hate tardiness / excuses). But what I appreciated most was that, although she identified multiple career opportunities, she worked with me to identify the best fit for my skill set to ensure that I would be successful in my future role. Yes, recruiters get paid to find and place talent, this is their job, let them work for you. While some recruiters might try to get you in front of as many prospects as possible, regardless of the long term implications, I really appreciated the fact that Wendy was genuinely interested in my success and worked to put me in front of companies that could truly benefit from my experience. After speaking with Wendy it became very clear that she represents a staffing firm and she was not honest during our call. Your firm is just one of probably 50 firms that are attempting to fill open requisitions to try and earn commission from the company in a very competitive market. I feel its in the public's best interest to partner directly with a Talent Acquisition team of a company and apply directly through them.

I ve always been a little leery of recruiters due to past experiences with them being pushy or not really having your best interest in mind. I can say that Morgan Len is the ideal recruiter you could have on your side. She took the longest time to get to know me, my professional history, and what I m looking to do. Morgan is an excellent communicator, always returns your calls in a prompt fashion, and keeps me in the loop. I can t think of anyone else I d want on my team. I highly recommend her!
