My service here today is one of the best service i ever had .his name is Jim from service department i arrived late almost 4:30pm because i came from work .i went there to replace may battery because it doesn t hold charge anymore even though i just purchased it 6 months ago at first he told me to come back tomorrow morning but i told him please sir can you do something about it because tomorrow i am working and i need to fix this problem without hesitation he told me just sit back and relax i will do my best to fix your problem at the end of the day he fix my problem install brand new battery and everything is fix even though its already after 5pm he still help me .if i can give you 10 stars i will give it to you you don t how much you helped me i want to say thank you from bottom of my heart sir Jim from service department
