Service reps are great but their shuttle service is a joke, proper expectation is not set up, you get wrongly promised to be dropped off or picked up at certain times when you make an appointment over the phone just to be told otherwise once you are their in person. Despite me repeatedly asking and clarifying the time of the shuttle and being reassured. It caused me to not make my work on time and miss a very important meeting. Very disappointed.
