I found a moth eating at the fabric in the trunk of my Fit 2018 one day and it later escaped into the back of the vehicle which I couldn't find. So I dropped moth balls to try and prevent an infestation that I read horror stories about on the forums. But the moth balls created another issue of smell that I couldn't get rid of which gave me terrible headaches. I couldn't find some of them to get rid of them. So I phoned and spoke with the Service Department at T&T Honda. They have helped me find rocks stuck in the wheel - they have always been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Randy, the manager, went above and beyond to offer me some assistance and he is so friendly and has a big smile which made me feel at ease. Colin, one of the service advisors, treated the car like his own and worked with a technician to carefully remove some of the covers underneath the back seat, then he hunted them all down and the issue is fully resolved! I am really appreciative of their can-do attitude and friendliness. It's a health issue for me and health is so important as we all know. I am very, very grateful we have T&T Honda in our city. They're like your good neighbour! Thanks again Colin and Randy!!!

Update 11/25/2020: Thanks again Jim and staff at the T&T Honda Service Department for going above and beyond once again exceeding my expectations in helping me with fixing the centre console. I appreciate your Can-Do attitude and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give them 10 stars if I could because the T&T Honda Service dept people is as rare as they are excellent in this day and age.... I am so glad we have them in our city!!!!!!
