I purchased my used vehicle from here and had a great experience with this dealer. I was treated as if i was purchasing a brand new vehicle with a bow on my car and everything.

Service Dept: Henry the shuttle driver was so caring and helpful. He helped me get a loaner car when I was just about to resort to renting a car to get to my appointments when my car was undergoing a lengthy service. The option of a loaner vehicle was not suggested by my advisor but thankfully Henry was there to help and as a result I saved myself some $$ and stress.

I will unfortunately not be returning to T&T Honda again. I had a DRL unit repaired with T&T Honda in 2017, however the repair must not have been very well done as the problem this repair was meant to solve recently returned. This is also not the first time I have dealt with this at T&T as I had to have a 3rd gear pressure switch replaced twice by them within two years.
Take your Honda to a shop:
a) With a decent warranty policy that shows confidence in their technicians by covering labour
b) You can be confident the problem they fix is actually fixed for more than two years.

Came in with a broken taillight, no appointment. TnT Honda squeezed me in and the service rep even stayed late to make sure everything was done. Excellent service!

I'm pleased with my experience of buying my new vehicle at T&T Honda. The place was well prepared for social distancing during this special time. Johnny was an awesome sales rep and went a mile in helping us. He definitely saved us a lot of troubles and made the process of buying a new vehicle very easy. Kelvin from the financial department was polite and acted professionally. Other than a mistake that the detailing department made, which led to an extra trip to the dealer, I have no reservation for recommending this place.

TandT Honda is a great place to buy a car if your looking for a smooth car buying experience. I worked with Steve and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. We went to every dealer in the area and ended up purchasing our HR-V from Steve at TandT Honda. We found the best deal( that too over the phone). This dealership is friendly, safe and efficient . Definitely a 5 star dealership.

I do all my car services from T&T honda. Last time i went to this location for regular maintenance and Inspection and also i ask them to check my steering wheel and front tires areas because there is a sound coming while moving steering, even car is in standing position.They did complete inspection and said i just need to change steering oil that will fixed the problem and charge me additional for that and i did. But that was not fix at all. Today i went again and ask them to fix it because last time it was not fixed. Now they are saying you need to fix suspension and sturd which will cost 890. My question is that why they did not check in first place when i came for inspection, maintenance. And ask me to change the streeing oil for 99.95 which will fix that problem. Last time i paid in total 460. Now they are asking me 890 more to fix it. They should give me my money back for streeing wheel oil because they change the oil without any reason which was not the acutal problem.

What will be the guarantee that after investment $890 my problem will fix? Furthermore i also did inspection last time. According to them everything is good. Now today they are saying problem is with suspension. So your inspection recport is also not right.

You guys dont know how to check the car and what is the actual problem and every time you guys bring long list of bill. They dont do their job properly and will honestly just giving false information and asking money. I will share my experience with t&t honda to me family, friends, soical media and blog.

I highly NOT recommend this place to all car holder, Please dont purchase or service your cars here. They dont know about cars maintainance, there inspection report is not trustable and will giving you long list of bill $$$$ and make you fool by smiling face. At the end you will waste your time, money, energy. Thing only you will get is frustration.

Service department Associates are very professional and friendly. However, the cashiers and customer service desk staff offered less than average service quality.

The sales gentleman Harry, finance manager kelvin and the delivery person Ramy, Not but not least manager Bobby and their team everyone was great. Everything explained in detail, there was no sales person pressure like other dealership. I like to recommend all my friends one dealership and that is T&T Honda.

Walked into lot, no service. Walked into main building, no service. Guess they aren't selling cars.

I was very impressed from start to finish. I am a former salesman, so was expected to be screwed from start to finish. I am happy to say that I had the opposite experience. Danny was great, the finance team was great, the delivery person was great. Overall, I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Honda.

Went to T&T Honda and had a super awesome experience. I had a guy named Johnny Ngo and he really helped to make everything work out for me. I definitely recommend him and this place hands down.

Very nice helpful team. I once booked an appointment and I arrived late and theu still did the work without complaining. They fix minor issues without charging me and on spot. The only bad thing about them is their shuttle buses that follow a certain schedule so u have to drop ur car at certain times. Their prices are a little bit on expensive side.

Although our first visit wasn't great, we went back and ended up buying a Pilot. Everything was great. AJ and Kelvin thank u guys. Delivery team guy also was very helpful.

When I was in search for my next use vehicle I came a cross T&T Handa where I Meant Steve. He was excellent to deal with and I had a very good experience. After a couple of months I notice an issue with the paint on the front bumper of the vehicle I bought I contacted Steve and he tolded me to bring it in and that they would look after it.
They repainted the front bumper with no coat to me.
He also lined up a rental for me.

I got my new 2019 Honda CR V and they said service for free for 250,000 km. or for 10 years.I got 2 services for free but the third one they charged me 250.00 plus tax .!!! Sorry, they cheat people . T&T Honda is the worst . (( T $ T ))

Initial experience was very nice. Salesperson was friendly. Upon receipt of my new car, i was asked to give them a 10/10 (by the store Manager / General Manager) which i did, hoping to get the best continual services. On my feedback email, i asked them to reach out to me regarding a couple of things i was not satisfied in my car, but no one reached out to me(it has now been over 6 months since i purchased my new car). I guess once you give them 10/10, they really dont care about the after purchase services. Thanks for reading my long feedback.

Friendly, helpful staff, very transparent with all aspects of buying a used car. An error was made on their part, but was handled properly and professionally. If anyone was looking to buy a used car, I would highly recommend T&T Honda as place to start. And I have no doubt that their new car sales and service department have the same excellence.

I'm done wasting money on comprehensive warranties. Honda has a perfect record so far of telling me that the repairs I needed were not covered by my comprehensive warranty. Today's bill combined with the $140 diagnostic meant I paid almost $700. Instead of buying a warranty i should have just put that money into a repair fund, it would have covered the whole thing with money left over...

Very happy with the service we received from T&T, particularly from our sales guy Alex Ruiz and sales manager Rick. We decided on a new Odyssey late Thursday and they we able to get us on the road at noon the next business day. Will recommend to friends and family.

The worst car dealer I have seen in Canada since I have come to Canada for 15 years.
Bought a Honda Pilot in T&T Honda with 3 years in-store extended warranty. I experienced Lots of problems. Just mention one typical true issue: Found a problem is defect related, and the problem was falling in the range of the warranty. They did not change any part for my car even I asked to do so. Just did simple repairing, and return the car to me, after I found the problem is still exist, I wrote a complaint to the survey system, hope could get some explanation from the management. But the complaint was no feedback at all! Until my extended warranty expired, there were 3 medium problems is still exist including I just mentioned one. This dealership, from the management to sales man, I have totally no comments for them. I just wrote this review for all car purchasers, please do not go to this dealer to buy any car! If the T&T dealership has any saying to me to check the truth that I mentioned, I am really welcome the management to contact me by email!

I am very please with the service I received. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dwayne and he was very eager to help - very knowledge about the vehicles and services offered. I also was introduced to his manager Rick which demonstrated a friendly and professional attitude. It's sales reps and managers like these that make shopping for a vehicle easy!

Ok'ish service ... higher rates for parts and labour. Don't even get what you request for while servicing the vehicle brought from them.

Getting a new car was very quick. I like how their staffs are approachable and they make sure that you are comfortable when you are waiting. Also, Mr. Ian Tsui made sure that we understand everything we need to know about the car. Overall, it was great getting a car in this branch.

I haven't purchased a vehicle just yet however, Ricky Brar helped me with getting an appraisal on my current vehicle. He was polite, knowledgable, helpful and very efficient. I was very pleased with my experience with T&T Honda and was surprised that a manager came and helped me as this has not been my experience with other dealerships. I will definitely be back!

If you are a women, don't go to T&T unless you bring a man with you. I have had two experiences in that place and one would have been under warranty if the guy I talked to would have given a crap. He told me the door hinges would only work if you are on a flat surface. So when they got worse I had to go to the service manager and complain and of course nothing was recorded the first time I was there. He was at least nice but I only got one out of the four fixed for free. Then my seat kept moving went in for that and he said wear and tear, my car is 3 years old. Didn't offer to tell me how much it would cost to fix it, nothing. I will be going to a different Honda dealership if I can find one that might treat a women with respect and not a bimbo.

I recently visited T&T Honda in hopes of getting into my first vehicle. Luckily I got more than I expected! Not only was I put into the exact car I was looking for but thanks to Rick and his team, I received great service from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. Rick helped me find the perfect vehicle for myself and my 2 little ones :) Something that will last us a long time that we can depend on. After my awesome experience with Rick I referred my boyfriend and Rick was more than happy to help us out with another vehicle! Happy to say we are now both Honda owners! Thanks Rick to you and your team for helping us step by step through what could have been a very hectic process, you guys made it fun and easy for us.

I suggest there are glass doors where we can see what is done
on our car. A while ago I received a coupon for cheap oil change,
I took my car in , a week later Transmission of the car need a total
replacement.

I alway have a great experience when my wife and I bring our Honda s to T&T service is great and very friendly. If I had one pice of advice to give them is the tec s that work on the cars that they might want to take a little more care on what their working on, as my wife s car had an oil change and we brought it home and had a fairly bad oil leak problem, we called right away and were told to bring it back to see what the problem was. They diagnosed it as a breather gasket had failed, they replaced it and no charge as it was covered under warranty. The next time we came in with her car and had the oil changed it was good for a few weeks and then an oil leak started again called up and told use to bring it in and the oil filter o ring failed. Then I brought my pride and joy in for its first oil change it s my 2018 civic type-r had the oil changed and after I got home popped the hood and the oil cap was put back I m probably as all the writing was upside down and oily finger prints all over the plastic covers in the engine bay, I was not to impressed as I had to clean it up after I seen that. I love bringing my cars to T&T and will keep doing so, I think just a little mor care could be taken to make it the best experience it could be thank

Very happy with the recent services I got from T&T Honda late last week when the weather was not very good. Thankful for facilitating the appointment for me by providing valet services and including in the service for recall, the re-torque of the wheels too. I am grateful that I didn't have to go out in such bad weather and wait for hours somewhere. I appreciate T&T Honda for making it easier and safe for me by not driving out on bad road condition and poor visibility, and with the pandemic very much going on around us. I've been a T & T Honda customer since 1986. From Preludes to Accords to CRVs -- every single vehicle I've purchased as been from this dealership. They Took Advantage Of My Lack Of English,
A while ago I came to this dealership and the advisor Chang Ling made singed that at the moment he told the signatures were to see if I can get approval from a bank, after 3 weeks they called me and tell me that I have to go pick up the car that I bought when they never told me I got approved or anything. I had to go get the car and the final price on the car was more than 15 thousand dollars over the real price.

great staff! super reliable and great pricing. I went into other Honda dealerships and they were all trying to charge me 3-7% interest but T&T gave me a the lowest rate and was accommodating to my needs and were very understanding with my financial status as student also gave me a great deal.

Just got a pilot and the staffs were outstanding. Jenise and Jermaine were really helpful and went extra mile to make everything go smoothly. The financial team was also helpful. Overall I have had good experiences and satisfied all my purchases and services at t and t Honda.

This dealership does not offer full disclosure allthough say they do . Be very careful when buying a used vehicle from them . The business office will try to push all kinds of extras to pad their pockets. If you do have a conflict it is their word against yours proof or not. I would just stay away as there are many other dealerships that will show far more professionalism and respect for the customer.

Recently just trade-in my previous Honda Civic and changed to Honda HRV-Sport from this location and helped by Bobby and Andrew. Financial advisor is Kevin. They are really professional and helpful. Provide the best services that I ever had and be able to try their best to help me to reach the ideal price. By the way I am returning Cx for this location because they are awesome! Bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible here from their used car department which was amazing and helped me rebuild my credit. Because of T&T Honda I was able to get a low interest with GM Financial and traded the Mustang for a 2015 Corvette Stingray on the weekend. I highly recommend their used car department.... they only sell good cars and you can fix your credit like I did.

GO. TO. KIAN ! hes the nicest, most genuine, sincere car salesman in the world ! the negative stereotypes of car salesman does NOT suit him at all. ive held off on buying a new car even tho my car was dying because i didnt want to deal with any car salesman sucking up to me before the sale & treat me like poop afterwards. i lucked out getting kian. he was consistent before & after the sale, his communication was good, he presented himself very well and he was NOT pushy, he didnt make me feel pressured in anyway. i promise youll get nothing but good experience with him. hes a type of person youd even want to be friends with! and for the ladies, hes a cutie ;) for the finance side, i got neeru. she is WONDERFUL ! graceful, sweet and soft spoken. she got me the prime rate with td when just a couple of months back, another dealership (cough sunridge nissan) couldnt even get me approved with some shady loan company. so overall, my experience at t&t honda was good thanks to these two lovely people. id recommend him to anyone any day with full confidence, no hesitation :)

I have been having my vehicle serviced at T&T for many years and have always found them to be dependable and friendly. Their service work is top-notch with completed service times met as promised. I recently dealt with service advisor, Colin, who went above and beyond in assisting me with my service needs. I would highly recommend him and will request him for my next service.

I am very pleased with my experience with T&T Honda. I dealt with Darren Bayrack and I found him to be very friendly, attentive to what I wanted in a used vehicle , very willing to work with my budget and at no time did I feel pressured. When asking my many questions about the vehicle, he was very accommodating, precise and thorough. I would recommend T&T Honda and in particular Darren Bayrack for excellent service and for your vehicle needs.

Just be careful when dealing for a used or new car purchase at T&T when they add the cost of "free" stuff to a final cost of a car and subject GST on top . To me when it said FREE meaning there is zero dollars on paper. The thing it's bugging me is T&T set such ridiculous prices on the "Free" stuffs they throw in and add on to the final cost of the car. To me it's a SCAM and that dealer try to rip you off... For example: How could T&T charge the cheap after market dash cam for $186 when Its actual value is only $24.99 or even less ???

Recently wrote a review about my AC repair mess. T&T took my car in and made additional repairs (No charge) and changed my oil for free. I was more than willing to pay for the Oil change as it was not related to the on going AC problem. The AC is now working once again, and I hope this be *THE" fix. Thank you T&T Honda.
