I was in at 5:30 pm and had just my oil changed at a oil change place and they told me that my coolant was low. As I am smart enough to know I do not want to put the wrong coolant in I stopped by the service dept and asked an advisor if I would buy a jug of coolant if someone could give me a hand topping up the res tank. She said yes no problem, I bought a new jug and when i got back into the drive thru she was gone and there was only one advisor left and he was too busy slamming down his phone receiver to help me. Very poor service as far as I am concerned. There are enough other Honda dealers in this town to bother going back there. No one is perfect and if she would have said to me there was no one as all the techs had gone home that was one thing but to say yes no worries and then just leave? I have been in customer service a long time and i try to be kind and easy going but to this felt like i was bothering her so she said what she had to so i would go away and she could slip out with out helping me. I am sure other people have totally opposite experiences here but mine was not a good one.
