One sales guy promised us to give a $900 discount and winter tire along with a new vehicle. We were invited to their office. Drove for 25mins to get there and they made us talk to some other sales lady, said original sales guy was busy. After wasting our almost 40mins, their unprofessional manager said they can't make a deal. It's their place and they can sell their vehicles to whoever they want. It's not nice to waste other people's time. Also shouldn't have promised a deal to undo it. Went to FishcreekNissan later and bought a vehicle.
