I went in a few weeks ago and met a sales representative Alex. I never really expected outstanding service from a Car dealership of all places, but I was so impressed with the level of service I received. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and unlike other dealerships I did not feel pressured or like I was not important unless I purchased a car. Alex explained all the details to me and as I explained I was waiting for my lease to end at Ford he gave me his card and told me to contact him for any questions. He even introduced me to his Manager Rick who was also very professional and friendly. If this is how they treat potential customers I cannot wait to purchase my future vehicle from them!
