Do not buy their protection plans alongwith your vehicles. They will do nothing about it in during the maintenance of your vehicle. It's a pure rip off. I had taken a $1599 protection plan alongwith my new 2017 Honda Civic. I was assured by a sweet talking finance guy from T&T that the rubberized undercoating would be checked every servicing and that the seats would be cleaned as and when they are soiled. Their maintenance staff denied both and to my horror told me that I will have to pay for detailing and then if the stains are not removed, they may do something about it. Be vary guys, this is how these companies make money !!!
