Came in looking for a Honda Civic, absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff while they were chatting and laughing amongst themselves.
After about 10~15 minutes I was finally helped by Danny.
Danny himself was fantastic to work with, but as I was running out of time (had to go catch a pre-planned dinner) I asked to come back on Monday (my next day off).
Here comes "Sales Manager" Bobby, he asked me to put a down payment of $1500 on a car that wasn't even in their possession yet, and we were also still talking numbers at this point.
When I refused to put $1500 for the car, Bobby got a bit aggressive and out right said that I was WASTING their time.
This is completely unprofessional, and obviously he didn't believe me, but I did fully intend to come back.
