Had a very bad experience with this dealership. I submitted an internet inquiry about a new civic type R listed on their website few weeks ago and since then was in conversation with their sales guy (Richard Luu). He followed up a few times with me to visit the dealership and I finally scheduled an appointment this morning. After reaching their dealership Richard casually told me that the car has been sold last Friday (more than a week ago). He should have told me this in the morning when I was setting up appointment with him on text. He even sent me an email with appointment confirmation. Apparently he was just interested in getting my trade-in and had no sense of keeping customer requirements in mind. Highly unprofessional approach to sales. They still have Stock #:2190827 listed as available on their website in new inventory. Although I like Honda cars but I would never deal with them in future. I would have given 0 stars if possible.
