Brought our vehicle in for a simple service which included a recall, checked in on time for our part, 09:15am with a pickup at 12:00pm. When we showed up just past noon our vehicle had not yet been brought into the shop to start the service, the agent said "sorry, we are really busy today". Well T&T, I'm busy too, I don't know what scheduling an appointment is for if T&T is too busy to do the work. We weren't even offered a new time not that I'm interested. I'm too busy to have more of my time wasted.
