Being in sales all my life, I was shocked to discover that not a single salesperson asked me whether they could be of assistance on my visit today Friday, December 28, 2012 at approx 3:30 pm. Though there were numerous salespeople present, and even after opening up car after car, reading the descriptive price sheets, no one asked if they could help. There were no other customers in the showroom at the time and it was as though I was invisible. I spent about 20 minutes ambling around the showroom before I got disgusted and left. My lease is up and I also own an aging MKX that I was thinking of replacing at this time. This dealership recently reopened and if my experience is any indication, it will not be open long. Where is management? They need to take a lesson from the Lexus or Hyundai playbook.

Got a good deal for a good deal less! Recently purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKT. The car was impeccably presented at time of sale, not a spot on it. Oil was fresh, new air filter, new cabin filter, and detailed. My terrible experience at Ford in Huntington.
My brand new 2014 explorer outside temperature stopped working. I called to make an appointment. The woman that answered the phone at the service department asked me if I bought the car here. I said no. She then said "Well, why are you calling here". I ended up making the appointment anyway despite her rudeness. I made the appointment for 7:30am the following week. I get to the dealership and the gates are closed, circled the building until 8am - still closed. I called numerous times and no one picked up. I decided to leave and go to work. At 8:15 finally someone picked up at the service dept. I found out that the svc. dept was in another location, which I would have also known if they picked up at 7:30 when I called. I was so frustrated and annoyed that I asked to speak to the owner Steve Weiss. Right off the bat I could tell in the tone of his voice he had no patience or time to speak to me. I explained to him my bad experience and all he could say was "I don't know what to tell you" and he said "Well it's not uncommon for a service dept to be in a different location" with a condescending attitude and kept repeating "I don't know what to tell you". Finally I said why don't you start with an apology! Aren't you the owner?! This dealership is not professional and obviously do not care about their customers. I should have been told when I made the appt where the svc. dept was located and an apology was absolutely necessary!

Good service. Thank you Mike. I want to tell the Chinese friends on Long Island that the service and reputation of this Ford warranty factory can be trusted. They didn't ignore you because your car was not bought by them. Instead, they are very polite and professional to say hello to you and check for problems. Michael, who is serving me, he is very polite and very patient. He told me that I can get a car on Monday, and then I called and told me that I might fix it on Tuesday, but it was always very polite. I am very grateful for their service. Of course, the car is very good. awesome. Because it is in the warranty period, so there is no money for a penny.

Noreen and Debbie answered all of my questions in regards to the leasing process as well as took all of my doubts away when it came to leasing. Their manager Sue Ann was such a pleasure to meet. Although I was just inquiring and in the beginning phase of my auto leasing process, they didn't pressure me into making any rash decisions. I recently needed a major service on my 2013 Ford F150. I looked on line for dealer ratings and based on the information I chose Ford Lincoln of Huntington. I booked the appointment through their website and two days later my truck was in for repair. While it took a week to get the necessary parts, the end result was a repaired truck with no follow-up issues. Lauren in service was excellent and when she said "I will call you with an update" I never doubted for a minute she would call and she did. She was super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience with Lauren and the technician that repaired my truck I would definitely recommend this service department.

After searching best lease deals for crossover for more than three months with different dealerships,finally went last week in Huntington Lincoln on Jericho turnpike. My sales specialist Alice Mortello make it so easy to buy the car. She is very honest, caring easy going sweet person I have ever met. She worked very well with my need and explain every single detail for the lease and all the paper work. She updated me every single thing via email and phone calls.

Came in for service and to satisfy two recall notices. Requested a loaner, which was supplied, and I was very happy that I didn't have to schedule the loaner 3 weeks ahead like my former place. Work was completed extremely quickly, the personnel were friendly and accommodating both on the phone and in person. It was a little challenging to find the service lot since it is not nearby the dealer. However, the service operation runs very smoothly, and I appreciated the car wash after the service!

Ford Lincoln of Huntington is by far the WORST dealer to deal with. If you like being robbed and not being treated right, than you should take your business to this dealer. Not only did they want to give me next to nothing on my trade in, but they had a problem with the fact that I was able to get a 2.99% interest rate on my own at another bank. They became very spiteful along with attitude once they found out that they weren't going to rob me with a 10% interest rate on a loan with them. Unprofessional to say the least. An hour before picking up the Lincoln MKX I was suppose to buy, they made up a story that they need to charge me $295 extra cash on delivery for a new spare key for my BMW 530XI trade-in. Meanwhile, I purchased the car with only 1 key! Never stated any of this nonsense until an hour before I was suppose to pick up my truck. The "general sales manager" Wayne Rice, had also cursed my mother out over the phone and are currently giving us a hard time with giving us back our $100 deposit. He told my mother over the phone to "Hold her hand on her ass for the money back". I DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! I dealt with 2 "supposed" salesmen, John Miolla and Steve Herman and Wayne Rice the "General Sales Manager".

I have bought 2 cars in the last 7 seven months. The first one i had to bring back 4 or more times. For starters the first car was never detailed, there was so much dirt on the seat it was destroying my clothes. The mirror on the passenger side was cracked. I was told they would order it and it would be fixed in a week. It took 4 months. I was told the car would be cleaned correctly. The breaks had to be changed to the point my family was scared to drive to my Sons lax tournaments. Not the experience that we were trying for. Now the 2nd Vehicle is having problems and no one will return my phone call or emails going on 3 weeks. Tom Brezinski is one of the managers and one many people i have tried to speak with. This is unacceptable and will continue to post more details about the 2nd Vehicle as my calls do not get returned. As i was on hold there slogan is we now provide REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a joke they will not even get on the phone. Maybe someone can show me Real Customer Services that would be much appreciated. A phone call back an email goes a long way........................

The Service Department is always excellent. They take great care of my Lincoln MKZ under the Lease. My only issue is that under the Lease they take care of the servicing, however, I was charged for an Air Filter during my last visit. They told me it isn't included under the Lease. An Air Filter is part of servicing a vehicle. I shouldn't have been charged for it. Other than that they are superb.

Ford Lincoln of Huntington Service Depart. Rating: -NEGATIVE 5 had to click a star to post the review. I made an appointment a week prior to bringing car in for service. Brought my car in day of service. All I needed was a recall update along with a problem w ford pass hotspot. Day 1 Car was never looked at. Day2. Called 9:30 to see if car was being looked at and was told by Nasty service adviser we only opened at 8 and will get to it sometime today. At 2:00 received phone call vehicle was ready so I got a ride back to dealership only to find out they only did the recall update and said the hot spot was working fine. Except it was not!!! They said car had full Wi-Fi service, it did because the car was connected to their guest internet. 1- 1/2 hour later I was told I could leave the car and they will call ford on Monday to see what problem is. They scammed Ford Company for there $165hr rate which they charge but did nothing. I then made an appointment w a real ford service Dept that I usually go to but wanted to save some traveling time. Never again Huntington Ford. I wouldn't bring my grandchildren's bicycles there to get air in the tires. Don't waste your time. Drive the extra miles and go to Levittown Ford!!!!!! At times like this, in the middle of a Pandemic the service advisors don't even Wear a Mask.... What a risk for nothing in return..... Rick Migliore

This dealership is a joke.Talking about making
car buying not fun and all. The lack of knowledge from there staff, the lack of communication, from the dealership very very unprofessional.
Definitely not a 5 star dealership!!!

1-How do you sell a vehicle and you don t wash the vehicle, vacuum/detail etc.
2-Vehicle had no oil needed to get a oil change within 2 weeks of purchase.
3-Only dealership that takes a $500-1000 dollar deposit before checking your credit.
Guess what because it s non-refundable.
I ll give them a 1 sale and service.
But give them a 5 for been a scam of a dealership.

He directed me towards a beautiful white F-150 pickup truck which has all the options I need and can hold my entire family (it seats six comfortably). This review relates to the service department. The sales was a typical sales experience, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

It's a very sad day when a business does not practice costumer service or simple honest business. I purchased my car from Ford Lincoln of Huntington on top of every service package they offer, and I was treated the same way someone would expect a con artist to treat someone . It's unbelievable what they did. I would love to write the whole story and share the video I have, but unfortunately at this moment I cannot. I know people always tend to write negative reviews when something they didn't like happens, and then they blow it out of proportion because they are angry. I wish this was the case, I really do. Please accept this as an honest review trying to help other people out. I love fords and I will continue to buy them and have them serviced at ford, BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION!! I've tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions to see if I can solve this another way, unfortunately every time I am told "someone will call you back", and yet I have never received a phone call back.

At first I wasn t going to write a review, but since the dealership has emailed me six times to leave one, I will honor their requests.

I was able to negotiate (at the time) what I thought was a fair price, but after the issues with this vehicle and the dealerships lack of follow up - I regret buying this vehicle and think I overpaid for a used vehicle with serious mechanical issues that is just outside the basic warranty mileage. I should also note that in order to get a fair price, you have to use their preferred bank to finance which had an interest rate double what I qualify for. That is a FACT. I already refinanced about 8 weeks after the sale for a rate nearly half of what they sold me. The cost of the extended warranty was absurd - but trust me, if you plan on buying used from this dealership, you need an extended warranty.

There is no way this dealership does a thorough inspection of used vehicle before putting them up for sale. If they did they would have caught any of the three issues. 1) a chip in the windshield directly in front of the drivers view. 2) the windshield weatherstripping was separated from the pillars. 3) the turbo was leaking oil and the car was smoking on startup.

I will say they did fix the first two issues without any issues. However, the issue with the turbo they at first refused to fix because they could not recreate the problem. I had to show them a video of the car smoking for them to fix it.

The car was in the shop for 2 weeks, after owning the vehicle for only a month. The salesperson just so happened to do a follow up call to see how things were going with the vehicle. I explained the issues I had, he told me he would let his manager know. The manager never reached out to me. I sent an email to the salesperson, including a photo of the smoking car, and asked what there manager had to say. I never received a response.

The whole point of a salesperson doing a follow up call, which I appreciate, is to ensure the customer is satisfied. I was not satisfied, I voiced my concern on the phone and sent an email a few days later, and nothing was done or offered.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The manager George Mantanalvanos was rude and unprofessional. Each time I brought my brand new Lincoln in for service, they damaged something else. I should have known the type of dealer this was when they tried to deliver my brand new car with a dent. First service - they broke my replacement window and damaged the interior molding.Had to bring the car back again. They kept my car for almost a week each time, and now I have 2 parts on back order since November 18th (today is 12/5). Since they never got back to me for the back ordered parts that are under warranty (the car has 7k miles on it) I decided to call today and was told to drop the car off on December 19th. As soon as I told the manager that day was not good for me he immediately got an attitude like he was doing me a favor for fixing the car, he told me if I don't like it - take the car somewhere else. I reported them the to Lincoln Corporate as soon as I got off the call. Horrible customer service.

This place is the typical bait and switch type of scheme. **** They charge you 2 dealer fees over the advertised price*** $1,495 and $695 for doing DMV paperwork, and on top of that you have to come out with and additional $300 for plates. Huntington ford is the best. I went to Huntington ford to lease an edge. They did not have the color I wanted, so they bought one from another dealer for me. I picked it up yesterday. While I was driving home I realized it did not have a panoramic sun roof and that is what I really wanted. I turned around and went right back to the dealer. I told Christina (the finance lady) that they gave me the wrong car. She spoke with Rob(the manger) and told me not to be upset that they will see what went wrong. They went over the paper work and I was wrong. They were very sympathetic and told me not to worry that they will help me out. Christina made some phone calls and found the edge in the color I want and with the panoramic sun roof. Not only did they lend me a car so I could get home, I am picking up my new car (with a panoramic sun roof) at 4:40 pm today. Thank you Rob, Christina and my salesman John.

I always get a great deal without having to deal with what I call the "circus game" (salesmen running back and forth to the manager to get a better deal).
