Worst service I have ever experienced. The manager George Mantanalvanos was rude and unprofessional. Each time I brought my brand new Lincoln in for service, they damaged something else. I should have known the type of dealer this was when they tried to deliver my brand new car with a dent. First service - they broke my replacement window and damaged the interior molding.Had to bring the car back again. They kept my car for almost a week each time, and now I have 2 parts on back order since November 18th (today is 12/5). Since they never got back to me for the back ordered parts that are under warranty (the car has 7k miles on it) I decided to call today and was told to drop the car off on December 19th. As soon as I told the manager that day was not good for me he immediately got an attitude like he was doing me a favor for fixing the car, he told me if I don't like it - take the car somewhere else. I reported them the to Lincoln Corporate as soon as I got off the call. Horrible customer service.
