I recently needed a major service on my 2013 Ford F150. I looked on line for dealer ratings and based on the information I chose Ford Lincoln of Huntington. I booked the appointment through their website and two days later my truck was in for repair. While it took a week to get the necessary parts, the end result was a repaired truck with no follow-up issues. Lauren in service was excellent and when she said "I will call you with an update" I never doubted for a minute she would call and she did. She was super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Based on my experience with Lauren and the technician that repaired my truck I would definitely recommend this service department.
