They didn't ignore you because your car was not bought by them. Instead, they are very polite and professional to say hello to you and check for problems. Michael, who is serving me, he is very polite and very patient. He told me that I can get a car on Monday, and then I called and told me that I might fix it on Tuesday, but it was always very polite.
