Being in sales all my life, I was shocked to discover that not a single salesperson asked me whether they could be of assistance on my visit today Friday, December 28, 2012 at approx 3:30 pm. Though there were numerous salespeople present, and even after opening up car after car, reading the descriptive price sheets, no one asked if they could help. There were no other customers in the showroom at the time and it was as though I was invisible. I spent about 20 minutes ambling around the showroom before I got disgusted and left. My lease is up and I also own an aging MKX that I was thinking of replacing at this time. This dealership recently reopened and if my experience is any indication, it will not be open long. Where is management? They need to take a lesson from the Lexus or Hyundai playbook.
