Make a appointment for cars 1st oil change, for 9AM, be done in 90 minutes they tell us. 4 hours later it was over. Then the icing on the cake is there piece of Sxxx salesman that sold us the car says OH yeah your 1st service is free WHAT BS. These guys SUCK!!! I will never go back to these jerkoffs again!!!!

I am never disappointed when coming here. Service writers can t be nicer. I usually wait for my car. Clean waiting room w/ WiFi, comfortable chairs, bagels and coffee. Service work is usually done quicker than originally advised. Never get a pain in my stomach like I do when I service my BMW. They have miserable service. I highly recommend this dealer.
This is my first posted google review ever but I was compellled to share my tremendously negative experience. As a local business owner for over 35 years and a repeat client of Huntington Ford, I was absolutely appalled at the lack of concern, consideration and professionalism throughout the entire sales and delivery process. On delivery day, I waited over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time for them to bring up my new truck only to be told it took that long because they didn t have room to put it anywhere outside. Completely untrue as I can see plenty of room and a ridiculous excuse. When it was presented to me, it was completely unwashed, missing agreed upon accessories and had minor damage that they implied I should just live with. The engine compartment was covered in pine needles and in absolutely no condition to be delivered. They then proceeded to discuss paperwork and registration that was prepared incorrectly ( they admitted their errors), and made me wait another hour and a half mulling around the parking lot while they scammbled to figure out how to redo the paperwork and correct the issues. Thought the entire ordeal, various managers, sales people and others came out to apologize and make excuses. Without going on and on about the 3 hours that passed and all the wasted time and conversations, ultimately I accepted delivery and they took a punch list of what needed to get done. I was told someone would get back to me later in the day to schedule getting these issues resolved to my satisfaction. I never heard back from anyone until the next day when the salesman Vinny texted and asked how I m enjoying my new truck. I couldn t believe he was unaware or didn t address anything that occurred. It was as if this was business as usual for them. I was told by Vinny that a manager would call me within the hour to discuss the situation. Once again, no one cared enough to reach out. I waited another day and spoke to Mike in finance (he apologized and was the only person in the dealership that was trying to recifty the situation ). He told me to sit tight as the manager would call me right back. That was 2 days ago and still no return call from management and no call from the service department to schedule taking care of the issues they agreed to resolve. To top it all off, I was told by someone in the sales department to make sure I give him 5 stars on any survey that Ford sends me- incredible. So I picked up the truck Monday, now it s Friday and still, no one called and no one cares. Choose a different dealership, I certainly will when I replace the rest of my fleet.
Had my car in for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. Made the reservation online the day before. Once checked in I had to get three recall notices satisfied but only had a 2 hour window before work. The service department rushed my car in and through the process in 1 and 1/2 hours! Always friendly and helpful at Ford Service of Huntington! They really care and do excellent work!
I actually enjoy going to the dealer to get my vehicle maintenance completed now thanks to the experience I receive at Huntington Ford Lincoln. Big customer waiting room with complimentary coffee/tea and snacks.

Service: Called at 7:45am and asked for a same-day appointment for the free Lincoln maintenance plus an inspection. Said I needed it completed by noon. Nice lady said come in at 9:30. I did and Tom took the car. Done and out by 11am. And of course I got the Lincoln complimentary car wash too. Cannot complain.
The service dept. did a very good job with a follow up oil change, and general over view of the car. Then they also sold and replaced all 4 tires that needed to be replaced. Back in March 2018 i bought a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium coming off lease with 34,400 miles . I did'nt shop so at 39,500 miles i was back for new tires and windshield wipers. Pre-owned with loan vs a new with lease is the way to go. Go with a lease.

Terrible would be generous. I'd give these guys negative stars if I could !!! The dealership was the closest to my home so I visited it 1st. The lease on my 2011 Explorer is up, and I wanted to purchase one this time around. I had already built the Explorer with options on the Ford website and printed out the page. When I arrived at the dealership, I handed the printout to Fred. After a few minutes, he came back to tell me they had nothing in the color I wanted in stock and there were very few 2014s left in the US. However, I could wait 8-10 weeks for the 2015s, but the cash incentives weren t as good. Fred made absolutely no attempt to locate what I wanted. Fred s story didn t sound plausible, so I left and drove over to Sayville Ford. They had 5 in the color I wanted and 2 very close to the options I wanted. We negotiated price and terms. I then went to Smithtown Ford with pretty much the same result. Both dealerships told me if I didn t like what they had in stock, they could locate similar cars at other dealerships. Last night I struck a deal with Sayville and will pick up the car in 3 days. To be perfectly blunt, Huntington s sales service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. I really had the impression they did not want to sell me a car.
My salesman Fred Marotti was excellent! Very personable, knowledgeable and funny. Christina in finance was also excellent. They made this experience outstanding. It would puzzle me why anyone would not use Huntington Ford to purchase an automobile.

Just leased a new 2020 Explorer thru salesman John Mikatel. He worked through my numbers and was able to come up with a program that basically matched my previous monthly payment - which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the entire process, his (and the staffs) courtesy made for good experience.
I have been a customer here for many years since it first came to Huntington and was a customer when it was in Syosset before that. I own a business and for the past 7 or 8 years I buy on average 2 new vehicles each year. I currently own almost 20 Fords in total. In 2016, I purchased a new F150 that almost cost me $65,000. It has been nothing but a nightmare. So far, an AC compressor has been changed, keyless entry malfunction that would not allow me to unlock the vehicle to gain entry, 4x4 did not work from day one and had to be brought back twice to be fixed correctly, sunroof shade rail gets loose and rattles very loudly which has been fixed twice and once again two days after repair it rattles again, returned for two recalls, radio/GPS/phone system periodically stops working and had to be looked at three different occasions, passenger seat headrest supports in seat became loose and rattled, knocking sounds under front drive of truck, vibrations through accelerator during overtaking acceleration (only stated recently and I'm told this is normal!!!!!) . This truck is only 2 years old with 30,000 miles. These issues have been happening since I bought it new two years ago. Twice they took the truck and both times they left me with no vehicle for 3 weeks each time. I need a vehicle every day for work and multiple meetings. It costs me over $100 each day to travel by local transportation and taxi's. Not once did they offer a loaner and I was denied when I asked because it was not considered their luxury brand. At $65,000 and the fact that I buy new vehicles almost every year for the past 7 years or so, I would have though they would accommodate me better. If I can't get good service I can't imagine how bad it is for someone that just buys a personal vehicle once in a while.

Kevin was incredible, did not feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Process was as smooth as I could have wanted. What brought me to Ford was terrible experiences with 4 other dealerships. While the Explorer was exactly what my wife and I wanted, Kevin's charisma drove us over the edge.
Wanted to buy a premium GT mustang 2018 but the salesman never got in touch with me. I called finally and left a message and no return of the call. In the end I went to a different dealership and bought a Shelby GT350 (an upgrade from the GT premium I had originally planned for). What happened guys?! You missed out on a good sale!
Friendly receptionist Jessica was so nice to welcome me in. I was introduced to John Miolla who was great he really took the time to tell me about the car and take me for a test drive. The Explorer has changed so much in a cool way with the software in the truck . I am so excited thanks for the help guys!

Vinny helped us with a new Transit Van for work. He was very honest, friendly and imformative. After past experiences with unimformative car salesman s, this experience was a breeze. I highly recommend Vincent and this dealership. Everyone was friendly.
I had dropped my F150 off for an oil change and wheel alignment on a tuesday, and never heard anything from them by wednesday so I gave them a call. I got nothing but an attitude from Bob in service and was asked if I was in a rush for it... being it was there for such a quick service, i figured it would have been done already, but it wasn t. I was told the oil change was done, just the wheel alignment had to be done, and it would be done by the end of the day. Again, I had to call on thursday morning to see what was going on and I was told that their alignment machine was down and that my truck was at the Toyota dealership next door for the alignment. Fast forward to thursday afternoon, I FINALLY got a call from them stating that the truck couldn t be aligned because it was involved in a front end collision and something is bent. I bought the truck from them brand new and picked it up with 4 miles, the truck has never been involved in a collision. They didn t tell me WHAT was bent. Just that something was bent. Stay away from this service department. You get nothing but an attitude and lied to.
Walked in ready to lease a truck based on their ad. Spoke to a sales rep who was informative. Promised to speak to his manager and call me with exact numbers on lease including all down payments and sales tax and document fees. Called me twice the next day and discussed every fee. We agreed on the deal and he asked me to come in and sign the next day. I went in and we started talking colors, he said he had 3-4 cars that matched that spec for the lease ad. Then he went to speak to his manager. Came back saying all those cars were sold and that the new spec would cost an extra $1000 and he would try to reduce that. Went back to speak to the manager and then said they had made a mistake on their ad and the new price was $3000 higher. Waste of time. I felt like it was a bait and switch. I would not recommend my friends and family to shop at this dealership.
Worst service center ever. Never going back there. I brought my car back twice because of an unsettling noise, and they kept saying they fixed it, but the noise was still there. I drive a 2012 Focus. First time they had me spend $300 on a new strut, which I thought fixed it until I heard the noise again. Brought it back and drove with a technician who verified the sound. Took it home two days later and they said they fixed a bearing issue. Well, the sound still exists and now there's a new problem when I brake.
I'd really like to know if the technicians ever care about the work they do. After this entire situation, I spoke to one over the phone and he didn't let me get in a sentence. He tried to answer my concerns as I explained my issue instead of listening to me. It's very frustrating to be cut off every sentence while I'm trying to explain my problem. I work in customer service, and this technician should not.
What I tried to explain to the technician was that when I brought my car in to get SYNC updated several months ago, I got it back and it wasn't updated. The paper I received, which states what they did and the cost of everything, stated in pen that "SYNC UPDATED" with a checkmark. I got into my car excited to use STNC, and it didn't update. This was super upsetting. I found out a few weeks ago that Ford pulled the update due to some issues. I'm pissed that no one even bothered to explain this to me when I picked up my car. I would've totally understood since I had issues installing the update myself, but they just stamped it as done and sent me off.

I had a good buying experience there. No run around the bush BS. Nick sold me my Fiesta ST. The other staff there were helpful as well. They have an awesome coffee machine there. All the workers are car enthusiast and can talk all day about how awesome the ST's and the Mustangs are.

Andri Cruz is the absolute most helpful and professional person I ve dealt with! He goes above and beyond to assist you at any time. I ve called him during unfortunate circumstances with car trouble and he s helped me whether he was on the clock or not. I once got into some car trouble and I called Andri as I got negative responses concerning a loaner vehicle that same day. Andri went above and beyond and reserved a loaner vehicle for me although he was not at work and no longer worked at Audi. He is always professional, courteous and available. He was an immense help when purchasing my vehicle and I never felt taken advantage of. Highly recommended!
It was nice to feel my car was truly cared about here. My concerns were all noted and addressed. As a woman it is easy to be she is being misled at an auto service center. Not as this one.
The service center staff at Huntington Ford is fantastic. They are professional and very friendly and always keep you posted as to the work status of your vehicle. They also have a nice waiting room with WiFi and televisions and a gourmet coffee center with bagels and cream cheese and butter spreads. They also have the most comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting. The main thing is that they do the job right and i never had to return my car for a repair gone wrong. I highly recommend Huntington Ford Service Center and also their Showroom. If you are in the market for a new car or a lease, they have great cars and you will get a very fair price.
Vincent visceglia did a great job with my commercial purchase. He kept it fairly smooth and simple..........update 3 months later, went to service department and had the worst experience of my life,i now have to bring the van to my own mechanic to get repairs finished .save your time and money and sanity and don't go to service,i would give them one star for trying but i just noticed the oil filter is leaking!!!!!
Terrible experience with Dealers Rep.,Amy Brent. I filled out a request for an internet price after building the exact truck I wanted,online at the FORD website. I used their link to Ford of Huntington,my local dealer. After several calls from Amy Brent, and many e-mails she REFUSED to give me an internet price as FORD promised.She insisted it would be easier for me if I came in to the dealer. I moved on to another dealer who made the process a pleasure via phone and e-mail. Just bought my F150 Platinum from them. If you're promised a quote online , you should get a quote online.
Probably one of the worst around. Never do the job right. Service department is a bunch of clowns. Would not help me with my vehicle issue by not calling back or submitting the proper paperwork with Ford to have the work done.
I visited Huntington Ford to finance a van, Brandon was the sales person. I must sayI I experienced excellent service, staff was friendly and felt welcomed. Unfortunately financing was not approved, but that does not negate the fact that Brandon and Christina were both accommodating. I used this service to choose Huntington Ford, so I thought it only fair to share my experience. I would definitely choose them again.
Well what I am about to say does not in any way dampens my experience as a purchaser. I made a $200 deposit and submitted the refund form almost a month ago. I have called several times, asked to speak to a manager and only got their voice mail. I am extremely disappointed after receiving such a welcoming experience when I was initially purchasing.

I have no experience in leasing cars so, i just wanted to look around to get an estimate. I purchased a Mustang in July and I have to say my Salesgirl Jeannette was so helpful and answered all of my questions about the car! She was very knowledgeable about the car and I would highly recommend her if you wanted to purchase a new vehicle. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole which I found to be very professional!
I went in expecting the same old rigamarole of upsell and pressure. Had 5 pre owned vehicles that I was interested in. Met with Mike Daniels and he showed me and my wife each vehicle and talked at length but without pressure about each. Maintained honestly that he was looking to make us happy, even if it meant these weren't the right cars for us (I was with my wife). And he did. I bought a vehicle that day and could not be happier so far. Mike was great in terms of meeting my needs. Christine in finance was equally so. I had to be out of the dealer by a certain time and they made it happen. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Tried to scam me out of my deposit, now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Ordered a 2019 Navigator on 9/2/18 from the salesman Robert. First he said 4 to 6 weeks for delivery then after 6 weeks I called and he said another 4 weeks. Before Thanksgiving I called again and he said by 11/30 guaranteed I'll have it. I called again 12/3 and he said the car was in NJ and I'd have it by the end if the week. I called again on 12/10 and he said the same thing. I called on 12/13 and he wouldn't get on the phone or return my calls. I was transferred over to a Tyler who said the car was still not in. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my deposit. He said a check would be in the mail in 3 business days. A week later I called again and again, finally Robert picked up the phone. I asked him where's my refund and he said there's no refund on deposits which contradicted what I was told at signing that if they didn't get the car in by at least 12 weeks I could get my money back. So again I asked him "so then where's my car" and he said "I don't know, it still shows it's in NJ". I told him that I was going to dispute the charge and he said good luck with that. The guy is the biggest scam artist and completely nasty when talking to him. I also left a message for the manager but he never got back to me. Worst experience on a car purchase of my entire life. I went to another Lincoln dealership this week in Jamaica, Queens and they had basically the same car I had ordered from Huntington and in 2 hours I was driving away with my new car. What a difference in courtesy and professionalism between the 2 dealerships, night and day comparison.
I give 5 stars to my experience with my Lincoln sales person, Alice --- she is the absolute best, and to Mike for all the financial documents. Both were warm, friendly and went out of their way. I would deal with them anytime.
However, I'm only giving 4 stars due to the individual (I do not know who he was) who felt it was ok to yell at and berate an employee while I was sitting in the customer waiting area on the Ford side. Not sure why this gentleman (utilizing that term loosely) felt that it was ok to speak to anyone in this manner in front of a customer, or anyone else for that matter. Shame on you.

A FaceTime call prior to the dealership visit, as well as total pricing up front, was helpful. I drove three hours to pick up my new vehicle and was relieved that the SUV met my expectations upon arrival.
Was looking for a Ford Escape called around to several Ford dealers in my area. The receptionist was friendly. I hate when the people that answer the phone have an attitude. Anyway the salesman was a person who told me a lot about the car and I actually decided not to go with the Escape I want to now go with the Explorer. This place made it easy for me to get the information I needed to make my decision. I ll be baaaack LOL .
From day one my experience here has been great. My salesperson Alice Martello has been fantastic! I have known her for oh I guess 10 years. She just makes leasing my Lincoln a pleasure. Though the dealership is a bit of a ride for me Alice makes it worth the trip with her knowledge of cars and helping me with the best fit and deal. The service department is fast and efficient and the coffee is good. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks I was interested in including current and past specs, capabilities and packages. He was very easy to contact and was always available. I came in hating the car shopping process and dreading having to go through the process a 2nd time in the last two months. I was referred to the dealership and assigned to meet Fred Marroti. Fred was great, informative, brief, did not try to sell me something that i didn t want or need and did not try and keep me there longer than i had to be having my two young children there with me. At the end of the day he was able to get me the price i needed and the vehicle i wanted and in pain free fashion which is not the norm in this process. Kudos to Fred and the staff at Huntington Ford and Lincoln
Normally good service. Brought car in for recall items and check engine light and to reprogram remote start (which needs to happen when check engine light is on). When I left the sync screen was all uncalibrated. Had to bring it back. Then when picked up somehow battery needed to be charged (hmmm). Then when got home remote starts didn't work. Ended up reprogramming them myself. people were generally good but goodness doesn't compensate when you don't thoroughly check vehicles before customer picks them up
