I have bought 2 cars in the last 7 seven months. The first one i had to bring back 4 or more times. For starters the first car was never detailed, there was so much dirt on the seat it was destroying my clothes. The mirror on the passenger side was cracked. I was told they would order it and it would be fixed in a week. It took 4 months. I was told the car would be cleaned correctly. The breaks had to be changed to the point my family was scared to drive to my Sons lax tournaments. Not the experience that we were trying for. Now the 2nd Vehicle is having problems and no one will return my phone call or emails going on 3 weeks. Tom Brezinski is one of the managers and one many people i have tried to speak with. This is unacceptable and will continue to post more details about the 2nd Vehicle as my calls do not get returned. As i was on hold there slogan is we now provide REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a joke they will not even get on the phone. Maybe someone can show me Real Customer Services that would be much appreciated. A phone call back an email goes a long way........................
