The sales people really went out of their way to find the truck that I was looking for and helped to make it affordable. They were polite and swift with a response to any question.
I have had very good experiences with Ford Lincoln of Huntington service. They are well organized, willing to tackle all issues that arise, and their charges are reasonable. I know many people are turned off by Dealership service departments, but this is not one to avoid. So far every time I have been there they have fixed the problem the first time around (not that there are many problems with the MKC). Also they have a large and comfortable waiting area with coffee and bagels to boot! I will continue to use them.
I have been buying and leasing a Ford product for more than 25 years. The service I have gotten from the salesman at Huntington Ford that I have dealt with, Fred Maotti, for the past 6years is incomparable. He is always available to discuss my needs and always on top of solving any issues that may arise. I recommend him to my friends any chance I get and will continue to work with him in the future. This is a long overdue review - I bought a used Ford Explorer at the beginning of February 2020, just before COVID hit.
My experience with Huntington Ford started off at sales on the wrong foot, but then Tom Brezinski and Cristina (the Finance Manager) stepped up and helped me turn around my whole view on this dealership.
Tom really listened to me, responded to my needs and complaints that I had, and took extra time and put extra effort to get me satisfied. Same with Cristina D. - she was very knowledgeable, useful and she got me a pretty good deal for a Sunday afternoon, when financing options are pretty limited. Thank you, guys! Stay safe!

I went in last Sunday met with David the salesperson who seemed great, also met with Josh the Manager who seemed great as well. They were both supposed to get back to me with info regarding a trade in value, Monday passed with no call. I called and left messages Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and now today. Not exactly sure how that s good customer service regardless of the info they had or didn t have for me. If this is how they treat a potential customers I can t imagine how they take care of existing customers. I will probably go and check out Smithtown Ford.
My wife and I have been searching for a good deal on a new car for over six months. We have small children and with Covid it has been challenging. I had negotiations going with multiple Dealerships across New York. It wasn t until I was connected to Dave and his staff that finally I felt my needs were being met. Their level of professionalism , service and accountability was second to none. Throughout the entire process we were communicating through email, text, and call. Each time I reached out with questions their responses were prompt, simple, and informative. From a purchasers perspective I couldn t have asked for anything more. Service department is unorganized. Took SUV for recall only to have to take it back because no checked for services lights that were never on when the SUV was taken in.
Customer service personal never mentioned on phone that additional work was required until the car was brought in for the second time when it should have been done when work was originally done. They don't enough loaner cars nor do they offer shuttle service where other dealership offer this service. I highly recommend going to another Ford service dept.

I called in to ask about a vehicle worked with Alice Martello. She is a FIrst Class Pro. She gave me a terrific lease price over the phone, and then i asked that she arrange to have 3 cars (Select and Reserve in different colors) waiting for me so I could compare them and decide what I wanted to do.
I arrived, and there were the cars waiting as promised. I was given the keys and allowed to study the different cars with no pressure and no interruption. I decided which one I preferred and Alice made me an offer I truly could not refuse all while being pleasant and non-pressuring. And she was totally transparent on the financial info residual, money factor, rebates and all the rest. Not everyone wants to know all the nitty gritty info, but I did and she was totally forthcoming.
She then offered, to make it all happen that same day and she arranged to return my existing lease vehicle to Acura so, after arriving at 2PM to look at cars, I drove out at 6PM with a new beautiful 2019 MKC all done in just a few hours. Best car leasing experience I have ever had and I have had every car imaginable over the past 40 years.
Also, the business people were lovely, efficient, also non-pressuring, everyone was happy to be doing what they do, and made it clear that they were happy for my business.
All in all, it was truly a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!

Scheduled an appointment in early December for the 22nd. when I arrived they were ready to take me right away. no lines. The service manager was great. Had a problem with the My Ford Touch audio, and had a video captured on my phone to show them, The service tech came out to watch the video. Once he saw it he knew exactly what the problem was. My car was fixed same day.

This location purchased a vehicle from my wife and I and 2 weeks later after the payoff amount increased they called and said they are not buying it. The very rude director called us liars and berated us in from of staff and clients. Was extremely embarrassing. Once we demanded a refund they actually called the police. Stay away there are many other local dealers that are professional. This location is toxic. Beware.

Just picked up a new 2018 Ford Expedition from Ford Lincoln of Huntington and the dealer experience was excellent. We worked with Fred Morroti who was very responsive and accommodating with our accelerated timeframe (we needed a car right away) and less than ideal proximity (we live in Manhattan). Fred was immediate with responses providing information and following-up as we gathered the information to make a decision. This was an extremely positive experience, I went in unannounced looking for a Representative who was off, after reviewing the inventory Jesse introduced himself and offered to assist I was lucky he did ,he took care of all the paperwork and I had the auto I went in for, Brandon went over the cars features he s an expert ,after he was done I felt I knew all the features and how much more I was getting with the deal Jesse put together. I hope to be very happy with the car and will be back when the less is over.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a deal lined up for an Edge. Came in with a pre-approval from the bank for financing terms. They told me that they would match the terms, so I signed with them and put a deposit down. Later that day I received a call from the financing manager stating that he had "good news". When I called back he told me the car was ready to be picked up and that the financing was ready to be finalized, but at 12%. This is over 2 times the rate that I had with the bank and would add over $3k to the price of the deal. They tried to strong arm me saying that I had already signed. Ultimately I got fed up and asked for my deposit back. Went to Garden City Nissan and had a deal done within 2 hours for a Rogue. The finance manager that I dealt with was extremely condescending and I urge everyone to avoid this dealer.

Another thing that I was really impressed by was when I came back to get the mats for my car. Service was closed and the salesmen in the front had them and came out in the rain to put them in my car. Brought our highly babied 2011 Ford Taurus in for 70k+ checkup, inspection, and a post pot-hole noise. I also requested an oil change, fuel injector service, air filter check, and new plugs. All was checked and new rotors and pads and front stabilizer links were replaced. This car has never been serviced or repaired other than by Huntington Ford and we continue to enjoy their top level service. Our service manager, Theo, called during the work explaining the cars status and again at days end with all work completed. As always, complete satisfaction and a like-new ride!
I was only there once. bought the car elsewhere and took it in for an inspection and a few recalls. Was expecting to get a list of things that had to be done to pass. Was just handed the keys with a smile when they were done. Refreshing. Appears they have plenty of business and I guess they don t have to resort to shenanigans.
Do not go here! Went for an appraisal + new lease, when they gave me my keys back, my house key was missing. Now this place has my home address and my house key and are telling me they do not know where the key is!
Waited nearly three hours just for a state inspection. No apology for the delay until I expressed my dissatisfaction.

I went to the dealership to lease an Explorer. Normally I dread going to the dealerships and dealing with the games. I met Mike G and the experience couldn't have been any better. He was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. He promised to take care of everything and he did exactly that. It was a seamless process. I highly recommend speaking with Mike G if you want a no-nonsense hassle free experience.

After putting in an inquiry one night, I received a call the next morning to schedule a test drive for the vehicle I was interested in. Catherine told me to ask for Tom when I arrive, even though her follow-up e-mail said to ask for Catherine at the front desk.
I got to the dealership, ask for Tom or Catherine, neither of which were actually available at the appointment time. Another sales rep, Jonathan, basically starts the whole process anew with me which meant all the information I entered into their online forms meant nothing. This is when I found out from Jonathan that the price listed on the dealership website was not accurate, and only reflected the price if you were to finance the vehicle with them. This added $6000 to the price of the vehicle, and had I known this, I wouldn't have even bothered coming in. This is extremely deceptive so to anyone reading, please watch out for this.
I went for a test drive with Jonathan and he was great. When we got back to the dealership to discuss numbers, I mentioned wanting to trade-in a vehicle. His manager literally walks out to the parking lot to inspect my car for less than a minute, and tells Jonathan later that the trade-in value is $7500. I knew this offer was low based on my research, and the response Jonathan got from the manager was "I called the dealer down the street and this is the best auction price they could give me."
The next day I get a call from a manager - this time offering close to $10000 after they did more research on my trade-in vehicle. At this point, Empire Ford already lost my business as a customer. I shouldn't have to walk out of the dealership for you to give me the fair value of my trade-in.
The overall feeling I got from this dealership is that they're extremely disorganized and are willing to rip off unknowing customers. I don't trust their scummy practices of luring consumers in with deceptive pricing and low-balling trade-in offers.
Been shopping around for a new car and I must say, the experience here was TOTALLY different. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Tom Seifert, he assured everything went exceptionally well.
Stay away from this agency. The body shop on premises charge me $1,000 for a two day storage and the company wouldn't take back a lease from another dealer.
The attitude of their people is terrible. I will not grovel for people to take my money and that's the way they operate. Their best selling point is location, their worst is the lack of customer service.
first and foremost, don't ever ever go in this dealership for anything! The service is downright awful and the bad attitude from all their representatives seems to be a plague there. The meter goes from bad rep to worse reps. Who knows maybe from being disgruntled maybe overworked, but there is no excuse to treating customers so poorly.
My father bought a tirecare insurance plan for about a couple of thousand for his Lincoln Mkt. He got a flat tire and took it to Lincoln service center. They claimed an adjuster had to come and review car to okay fixing the flat. We call the insurance co. and they say that's completely untrue. Lincoln service reps only had to send in pictures, which tirecare insurance co. informed their rep Juliana that's what they had to do. Juliana, their rep, doesn't smile and is very confrontational. They kept telling my father they're waiting for an adjuster. They even hung up the phone on my father several times.
A week later, and they still have my father's car! A car he needs for work! For a flat? Really? I went with him to pick up the car and they had the audacity to blame insurance co. for their inability to submit pictures to insurance co.. Mind you, a week later this is the first time they offer any excuse. Unbelievable.
I have been buying Ford and Lincolns from Huntington Lincoln for the past 2 decades. I am very happy with the service. I truly like having a loaner car included. The staff is very responsive and 99% of the time correct the issue on the first visit.

It is literally 6 months and every time I call, the receptionist pretends to put me through to a "manager" and ALWAYS get the answering service with no call back. I had a horrible experience with a 2016 Fiat that I was turning in, so anywhere and virtually any car would have been an upgrade. Since we were looking at a higher class of vehicle than the Fiat for our second car, the competition was fierce. The Volvo XC40 and Audi Q3 were very close in the running while the BMW X1 and Lexus NX 300 were in consideration. The Lincoln MKC ( now the Corsair ) was the winner when pitted up against the others in performance and features for the price. Alice Martello at Huntington Lincoln is a seasoned professional who made the leasing of the MKC a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a luxury crossover/SUV to definitely check out what Lincoln has to offer and if you go with a Lincoln to check out Huntington Lincoln. I have never owned a Ford product but so far I am impressed with it.
New ownership, lousy customer service. Told me they were putting a hold on my credit card, then charged it anyway and then, when we decided to not buy the car there, didn't refund my card. Had to get the credit card company involved. Never again...beware
