I spent months doing research, reading reviews and searching for the best lease deal in the market to replace our Ford Escape 2016 and after careful review of the offers from different dealerships I didn't expect to find the best one 22 miles away from our residence.
I have to commend the staff of Huntington Ford for handling the sales transaction process with high degree of professionalism. Special thanks to Noreen (Internet Sales) who introduced me to Fred M. from the Sales Dept.
He is sincere and knowledgeable. Price was upfront...saved me the headaches of negotiating for the car that I wanted. I'm very happy and completely satisfied on how the transaction turned out and the comprehensive package (including the Ford Safe and Smart package, panoramic vista roof) that came with my new 2018 Ford Edge Sel AWD. So, if you're looking for a new car, ask for Fred Marotti.

My family purchased two vehicles, a 2018 Ford Ecosport and a 2016 Lincoln MKC from Hintington Ford Lincoln about a week ago and had a wonderful experience with the salesman Vincent Viseglia who was very kind, showed us the vehicles and answered all of our questions. March 2019 was my 90,000 service visit on my 2014 Edge. Service Representative Lauren Potter provided me with a loaner car which turned out to be needed overnight due to a mechanical problem that required parts not in stock.

In the 7 years of my leasing, purchasing and servicing Ford Edges from F-L of H Ms. Potter has always been and continues to be the consummate knowledgable professional and, to me, she is the face of Ford-Lincoln of Huntington.

It is her extensive knowledge, professionalism, personal care and attention to detail that make F-L of H the place I bring my vehicle despite living closer to other Ford dealers.

In this case Ms. Potter put my mind at ease about a rattling noise that had alarmed me prior to the visit when she immediately advised me of the problems with my car and the estimate cost & time of repair.

Between Ms. Potter's excellent coordination and care plus the mechanic's obvious skilled repair of the 2014 Ford Edge, I now have it back and running like new. Through Ms. Potter you have looked out for my wellbeing and my wallet. Thank you.

Tried to charge my wife over $2200 for work on a car that's under warranty (but defective parts were not covered), most of which turned out to actually not even need replacing when going to other shops. I felt like Ford tried to rip us off, and considering we're lifetime ford customers, this was a very unwelcoming way to come into a new area.

Left the dealer with my remote start not working, parts of the interior not cleaned, and slight little marks in the paint (to be expected of a used car but would have appreciated filling them in). Overall after it was checked over at the service center they handed me a car without one of the functions working and unclean interior. My experience with Frank Russo was top notch! Frank was very helpful in helping me choose the right car..He is extremely noligable about everything you need to know about their cars... For example after taking car home , I awoke the next day with coffee in had and the owners manual. As I was looking through the manual I realized that Frank showed everything I needed to know about my car...EVERYTHING! The guy is amazing.. Sadly rude, arrogant staff that were more interested in telling us we were wrong than trying to sell cars.

For the record (because you will be misled if you believe what these guys say) - you can get 2 cars, on hire/finance with no credit history (due to only just moving to the US). Toyota down the road will (as will every other garage we spoke to).

You can also drive cars in the US on a UK driving license (including test drives) because it's a legal driving license that incidentally requires a very comprehensive knowledge of the road and driving ability, which I know is rare in the US! ;)

As you can imagine, took our 2 car purchase elsewhere...

When the car needs under-warranty work, it is attended to without hesitation or games. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my vehicle, the staff always take their time to address each point. Robert is a low key knowledgeable sales man who was a pleasure to work with. I knew what I was looking for and Huntington Lincoln had the car already dealer ordered for stock so I had to wait for it to come in. So we struck a deal and the car was delivered without issue.

We found our sales person, Vincent, to be accessib...

We found our sales person, Vincent, to be accessible, accountable and professional. He went out of his way to help me as I wandered around aimlessly in the dealership and was expedient in finding the right truck for us. He kept meticulous notes and was able to refer back to the previous times we had spoken many months before. He came in after hours and stayed for many hours when my husband came in late from work, to go over every detail of the trucks workings. We were very appreciative of this. It is our opinion that Vinnie went above and beyond and we are 100% satisfied with his service.

We found Christina, who handled all of our financial paperwork, to be exceptional as well. She handled the glitches that came up with ease and expediency, always with a smile.

We thank Vinny and Christina for their excellent service and we love our new "blue jean metallic F-150 XLT"!!!

The only reason I didn't give Ford five stars is because in the service managers letter its states that "Fresh Bagels, Coffee, Fresh Baked Cookies, and Snacks" are available in the dealership and that was not the case at all. Vincent did offer a cup of coffee but the only half and half was available for a creamer. I am non dairy but there was no selection for a non-dairy creamer. I've been in many dealerships where there is a beautiful waiting room and many snacks and various coffees and teas with dairy and non-dairy creamers available to their customers. This Ford dealership had none of those amenities. This is no reflection on the service of the staff but a direct reflection on the owners of the dealership. Ford should take a lesson in this area from a dealership such as the Subaru in Hicksville or Habberstad right down the street.

I took my black label continental to get serviced. I have to say I have had in the past, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Ranger Rover, Ferrari, Porsche etc... I have never experienced service at such great excellence before. They made me feel like I was their only customer. If I was able to put 0 stars I would have. I scheduled an appointment with them to service my car from a check engine light. I told them my situation and they guaranteed they can take my car in and work on it. When I brought my car in they called me to tell me they can't touch it because there was already a diagnosis ran. They were already aware of the situation so instead they made me waste my time bringing my car there to have to go back and pick it up while its damaged. They really lack customer service , training and knowledge!

Their customer service must be the worst I ve ever dealt with. I called them about a truck they have in stock and I was directed to sales then, the lady I dealt with was not able to work with pricing which does not make any sense. I was told another gentleman would call me back in a little bit because he was dealing with another customer. I never received a call and called back again the following day to be told once again a bunch of lies and they tell me that they will call me back shortly because their system is down and the gentleman who s going to deal with me is with a customer again. I tell the lady to send me a text because I ll be going out she tells me she is going to send something that I can opt into and I say that s fine. I never receive any text for either thing. I guess they just don t wanna sell vehicles!

I contacted Huntington Ford and they were unable to give me any info or appointment to help me. 3 phone calls, 2 chats and a email. 1 call with Hempstead Ford and I got it done. I don't know anything else about Huntington Ford. I also own a 2017 mustang. So I love Ford product. Just saying.

Do NOT put a deposit on a car here. I ve been calling for a week every day in order to get my deposit back and my calls go unanswered and unreturned. I suggest if you have had the same experience dispute the charge with you re credit card company. Also, I had called to tell them I was not going to get the vehicle that I had put a deposit on days before I was suppose to pick the vehicle up and they ran my credit that day when I clearly indicated I was not buying the vehicle. Prices advertised online are not the price you pay. By far the WORST experience I have ever had.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Robert Uhler was a true professional with a great amount of patience (as we were slightly confused on which car we wanted). We never felt pressured and still got a great deal. Christina in the finance department was so thorough and had us in and out in about 30 minutes. My wife and I knew what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. I called ahead to verify the truck was in stock. David the salesman met us and went through the vehicle. We sat down and talked money. David was excellent and very upfront with any and all fees that would inevitably become part of the deal. After some back and forth, Josh the sales manager, came over and got us right where we wanted to be. I think it helped that it was the last day of the month:). Both gentleman were very professional and upfront. We will definitely use this dealership in the future. I will add that we went to Wantagh Ford and Smithtown Ford prior to going to Huntington Ford. Very happy we ended up with Huntington!

This was our first time at a Ford Lincoln dealership and I have to say the staff was very welcoming. We were undecided between a Lincoln crossover and a Ford Explorer. Both sales representatives as well as the manager were truly informative and let us decide what would be best for our needs and price range. I was truly grateful for the way that the representatives went over both trucks and made us feel comfortable about test driving each vehicle. My husband and I never felt rushed or persuaded to purchase either vehicle. I have to say this is our first ford and we absolutely love our new 2020 Explorer. We have leased so many vehicles and at times we would walk out of dealerships due to the sales representatives, in but in this case this was by far one of our best experiences with leasing a vehicle thanks to the sales manager Dave and sales rep. Fred at ford/Lincoln.
