Jack Jiang was incredibly helpful during my visit with my father. My father primarily speaks Mandarin Chinese, and we were elated to discover that there was someone available who was able to communicate directly with him rather than having me translate everything. Furthermore, Mr. Jiang was professional and respectful at every turn. He was also immensely knowledgeable about all the car models, and clearly detailed the unique aspects of each vehicle we were interested in. He assisted us patiently and we are pleased to have purchased our car from him. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we would love to come back again! Thanks for the fantastic experience, and I highly recommended Sutherlin Nissan and especially Jack Jiang!

Bill was a great salesman and did everything he could to accommodate us. I will definitely recommend Sutherlin Nissan Mall/ga. I had a Murano before and had it serviced at that location and was very pleased with the service department too.

Thanks be to Kerri Johnson! If she wasn't such a patient person, I don't think I could have ever managed. She takes time to explain everything so thoroughly and answer all my questions. I know when I return I want to go straight to Kerri. Thank you Kerri for all your help!

We had a great experience when purchasing our vehicle and look forward to enjoying our new Murano. Diego our sales person was very accommodating and Kim the finance representative was very helpful in making the purchase of our vehicle possible.

At 1st they were so nice & sweet since we were buying a car. We told them what we want & they kept playing games with us. I got to the point I was frustrated, tired & snapped. Since we didn't budge for what they wanted us to pay they became rude. Normally when we have bought a car new or used, they are cleaned inside & outside. We get a full tank. They just washed the outside. Left the inside dirty & gave us the car with 1/4 gas. I will never buy a car from them again & wouldn't remmend them to no one. We did buy the car after 3 hrs of being there because it's what my husband wanted & needed. And at the end they ended giving us a car payment we could afford.

I bought my car used from Sutherlin Nissan and I m so glad I did! I always bring it back there for oil changes and tire rotation. You can set up reminders for when your car is due and appointments can be made on your phone in just a few minutes. I m usually able to schedule an appointment the night before and be seen the very next morning. It s nice not to have to call during business hours and wait on hold for someone to check a calendar for you. You can easily see the availablity they have so you can schedule your services accordingly. The past few times I ve set appointments with Brooks and I ll be making sure to keep requesting him in future. He s punctual, friendly, and offers wonderful service which is really important to me since I have a background in customer service. All in all I m very pleased with this group and I ll definitely be back!

I have bought three cars at Sutherlin . Israel has always helped me with each sale. He is awesome, great, and a friendly sales representative. He is a type of sales representative that explains everything in the vehicle and takes his time to negotiate each deal to meet with my standards. come to Sutherlin and look for him!!!!!!!

Drove 2 hours based on their advertisement but once we got their and pulled the car out . All went fine until they brought the sales paper. Truck was advertised for $22400 but final price was $29800.00 and nothing was negotiable. left just like walked in. False advertisement.

Sales person had no knowledge of his product. I told him I was looking for a Maxima in Bordeaux Black, he writes down super black. I then tell him that is not what I asked for and again said I wanted Bordeaux black and he tells me the new Maxima's do not come in that color (deep sigh because I know they do). So he's then says lets go outside and find your Super Black Maxima, at this point I am rolling my eyes knowing dern well you are not about to try to sell me something I do not want. We get outside and he goes straight to a super black car, while 3 cars down is one in Bordeaux black. I show him the car in the right color, but after arguing with him over car colors I am past irritated. I can't speak for all sales men at this location, but this one was definitely the worse I have encounter thus far. Cares nothing about the customer, does not really listen to the customer, only wants a sale. I won't tell anyone not to go there, I just know I will be carrying my business elsewhere.

I called last night asking about the price on a Nissan Rogue and the guy said the sales manager had already left that he would get back with me today. Today he sends me a price but with a note that the special financing cancels all rebates. I asked him to please send me the numbers with the lowest financing with rebates and the numbers with the 0% without rebates. Five hours later I get an email telling me that he is busy and that I just need to come down there. I understand its a seller's market now but you can bet your ass when it flips the other way and the dealerships are begging for customer's, I will remember this dealership that just didn't have the time or want to put the effort into a simple request. I'll go back to Marietta where they treat you like somebody no matter if they sold 1 car that day or 500!

My wife and I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle; possibly a Nissan Altima. After searching the web for good deals on Altimas we saw one that was in our price range at Sutherlin Nissan. I should have known it was too good to be true, but decided to drive 15 miles to this dealership anyway. Needless to say I should have stayed home and saved gas.

When we arrived, we couldn't even get completely out of the car without a salesman breathing down our neck. I told him about the Altima I saw online and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and even suggested that we were at the wrong dealership. (That's funny, I didn't know that there was more than one Sutherlin Nissan in Buford near the Mall of Georgia).

After about 20 minutes of "talking to his manager", he was able to track the car down in the service department. He warned us that there was a little damage to the front end. But when I actually saw the car, it was much more than a little bit of damage. The whole front bumper was cracked, dented and was even missing some pieces. The salesmen then had the nerve to tell us it only would cost a couple of hundred dollars to fix. Yeah, right; the bumper alone is that much, and add a new paint job, you easily could be looking at $500 - $600. I then realized why the internet person "forgot" to put the car photo on on their site.

We told him no thanks then he had to endure more of his B.S. stories before we finally left.

Sutherlin Nissan is your typical shady dealership, I wish I could say that this is a unique experience, but unfortunately most dealerships are like this one or even worse. If you want to deal with an honest/up front dealer, then DON'T shop here.

Horrible and rude! Do not trust these people with anything! They will take the car you are interested in buying, not return any of your calls then proceed to tell you its available then sell it to someone else! NEVER GO HERE! WASTE OF TIME!

I want to first say thank you to Jasmine Thomas. Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing me assistance with purchasing a car. I ve been very skeptical about going into stores do to COVID and it seemed as if other stores were adamant about me coming in to receive help. Thankfully Jasmine was able to answer all my questions over the phone. Thank you again Jasmine!!

I called over 3 months ago to ask about a car for my mother-in-law. To this day I receive calls and text messages from Carrie asking if I am interested in a car. I have asked her several times to stop and she won t! At this point she is harassing me!

Was literally there for 15 min and have never felt that disrespected before. I had a trade in, cash, and capable of buying anything on the lot I wanted. Will NOT return. If I want a Nissan, I'll go somewhere else.

I went in rhis morning, not so busy, and said I had a top budget to walk out the door with a used car of $14,000.
"No problem, we have the car for you."
I said if my budget means it is not possible, that's ok, no hard feelings.
I waited 15 minutes to get to know of the 1 option... we walked around the car park trying to find it for 10 more minutes.
It was a mess, ripped up and peeling wheels, all scratched.
"We can fix that, no problem."
Back to the office we go, 10 min wait later...
"You got the car, $15,995, congratulations".
Really????
I said again I was $14K max budget.
"No problem, I understand, so $14,500.. sign here".
I don't know if it is disrespect or incompetence... whatever it is, it is not good!!

A very bad experience, I would do much rather the conversation be, "sorry, we can'tdo it.".
Try being honest...
You might guess, I do not recommend.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.

After attempting to trade in my vehicle at another dealership and not getting any workable deals, I called Sutherlin Nissan. I spoke to Brittney who assured me they could make my trade in work with a purchase of a new Rogue. I went into the dealership and met Sylvester, he found a Rogue that I liked right away. The finance manager Kim was able to work out a great deal for my trade in of my 2016 Pathfinder and I was able to purchase a new 2018 Rogue with a payment that was within my budget. I would recommend Sutherlin Nissan to anyone looking for a Nissan! Great Sales and Finance!! Thank you

If I could give an absolute 0 I would. Long story, short message is DO NOT GO HERE! I would drive out of my way to get to another Nissan shop. 2008 pathfinder with 110,000 miles on it. Needed a new transmission so I took it to Nissan because of my warranty. Nissan told me I also needed a new radiator, thermostat, timing chain and housing and most of it was under warranty so I told them to replace it all. 2 months later all the gas starts pouring out of my car when I m pumping gas so I took it back to them and was told I needed a new pressure valve and fuel canister so I paid $1000 for that. Another month later something blew under my hood and all the coolant started pouring out so I took it back to them thinking it had something to do with the radiator from before. Was told by Stuart that I needed a new heater control valve, but the 2008 pathfinders do not have a heater control valve. I talked to Stuart about 4 times on the phone and every time I told him to wait and not do the repairs. When I mentioned I don t have that part, he started talking to me like I m stupid and talking over me. I actually needed a new heater hose assembly. Sent my dad up there since I m at work and they brought the technician out who told him they had already done the repairs even though I said NO. Said something to Stuart who told me he could put the old part back on but I d still have to pay for it. Was able to get a reduced price to $440 instead of $670 (which is not much of a discount) and took my car home. The next day my heat doesn t work. Spoke to the service manager and brought it back for them to fix without me paying for their mistakes. Picked my car up and it now has heat AND a nice new door ding courtesy of sutherland Nissan.

Not a good experience. Your commercial stated new Nissans for 9995, 0 down, 0 apr and no payments for 3 months. Took me 3 times over 2 days before I could get someone to answer what Nissans that would be. Finally, I was told Manual Nissan Versa. Okay sounds good. I'm looking for an automatic though. What's the upcharge? Well those are 16k. What! 6k more for the same base model with an AT. So I asked the guy to see if he can extend the special and do an upcharge for the AT. Got a flat out no and "We don't sell cars for 9995". You must think really highly of your Versas bc trust me they are not worth 16k. That was a quick bow out for me. Thank you. Have a nice day. 6k more for automatic with none of the specials. Talk about a bait and switch.

Nesrin offered us an outstanding service helping us finding a new car, even though they didn't have the model we were looking for, she showed us full attention, listened to us and gave us more ideas. Great saleswoman!

I am happy with this car dealer.
I bought from this Nissan dealer my 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD with premium package, and it is one of the best car I have or had.
I recommend Nissan cars to every one.

Went in to cancel my extended warranty since I recently sold my SUV. I couldn't get anyone to help me since I wasn't actually buying a vehicle. After about thirty or so minutes, I made a finance manager 'help me', he was beyond rude and couldn't be less interested in helping me. He handed me the form I needed and when I asked a question about the form, he told me he was busy with actual customers buying cars. So another thirty minutes of trying to someone else to help me get my service contract canceled, the same guy came and snatched the paper out of my hands and said he'd finish it with just whatever information I had on the paper. He said it'd take 45 days for it to be processed, okay cool, thanks I guess. It's been 60 days so I called Nissan and they have no record of me canceling my extended warrenty. I'm beyond mad, irritated and disappointed in Nissan mall of Ga.
I highly suggest you go somewhere else to buy, maintain and service your vehicles.

If I could do a score lower than one, I would. I walked into the service department and no one even acknowledged me. Stood there with 3 out of 4 associates not doing a thing and said absolutely nothing. After a few awkward moments, I left. You will never receive a dollar from me.

This dealership doesn't allow CHAdeMO charging if you didn't purchase your LEAF from this location. Closed infrastructure hurts everyone. If your customers can charge at competitor dealerships, you should reciprocate in good faith. This one-way street approach is a sleazeball move.

Had to have a few things serviced on my car, as I was about to leave and cashier was going over services, my wheel alignment was not mentioned...had to wait an additional 39 min.for that to be done. My service rep was not feeling well so it may have slipped his mind. Also as a woman I feel that the fluids in car should be checked and topped off...just as a courtesy especially for the female customers if not all

BUYER BEWARE! I very strongly recommend against buying a vehicle from Sutherlin Nissan. I've dealt with them on several occasions over the last year and a half...from purchasing a 2016 Rogue...having problems with it...ultimately doing a Lemon Law buyback with them a little over a year later...to purchasing a 2017 Rogue a few months ago. There are too many grievances to list in this review. My issue is not with the vehicle or Nissan North America (as they stand behind their brand and take care of their customers), but with the extreme lack of professionalism of the dealer. I'd rate the service department 4 out of 5, as I've had mostly positive experiences with them, but would rate the sales and especially the finance department zero or below if I could. They use old school tactics of coercion, high pressure, and lying by omission. The finance manager I dealt with does not have the customer's best interest in mind whatsoever. Not once did he mention cancelling the extended warranty on my previous Rogue. Luckily, I did my homework, followed up with both the dealer (on multiple occasions until they corrected this) and warranty company before finally receiving the cancellation refund. The extreme lack of integrity at this dealer is ridiculous. I will not purchase another vehicle from Sutherlin and I'll steer anyone I know away from doing so as well. (This message does not require a response from anyone at Sutherlin "reaching out" with an apology, as it would be the same insincere earwash I've received at this dealer all along.)

Do not waste your time with this dealership if you...

Do not waste your time with this dealership if you are looking for one of the lower priced cars they show on the internet - they do not have them in stock (although will lie and tell you they have them when you call) and when you turn up they will try to upsell you to something 3x your price. Not an honest or efficient dealership, in my opinion.

The customer service that we received from bringing in our car for service was not very good. I have not had a very good experience with dealerships in the past so this was not surprising to me. Best of luck to your dealership.

I got a used car from them and in less than 24 hour it had broke down. They charged a 1200+ pre inspection fee that obviously wasn't done. No one was has been helpful, a manager hasn't contacted me, they said they didn't have access to a loaner car or even offer to get me home after the car was towed. I've had to call everytime to find out anything about the car. They're not even going to look at till Monday, it broke down on friday. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. They don't take care of costumers, they're not reliable or helpful, and just want to take your money.

We asked about paintless dent repair coverage...were told that because it was the end of the business or workday that we would be contacted the following day...we never received a call or a message to that end. Incomplete service.

Great place to buy a vehicle and get it serviced. Lydale Logan was the perfect Salesman. Not pushy at all and I got to Exchange my vehicle for a brand new one for similar payments. AMAZING DEAL! His sales manager Quinten Jackson was just as knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Don't forget about Brooks Rezmer in service. He has been taking care of me and my family for years and has never done me wrong. I highly Recommend this place to all.

My boyfriend bought a 2003 Altima from Sutherlin N...

My boyfriend bought a 2003 Altima from Sutherlin Nissan in the year of 2009. In April of 2012 it was taken in to have belts replaced. It had never been anywhere else.
That is an important fact to remember.
In October of 2012, the engine light came on. We dropped by Advanced Auto, they ran a diagnostic on it, and it came up as the starter solenoid I suggested that we take the car to Shelby Auto (a great place), but his mother made an appointment at Sutherlin because they said it would cost less than 200 dollars. When the called to get permission to do the work, the estimate was over 700 dollars. I knew something was fishy. We drove to Sutherlin, and I was introduced to Sherri. Sherri is exactly what you would imagine a service department head to be - all snake. The estimate was so much because of the starter solenoid (which was suddenly quite expensive) and the fact that there was METAL IN THE OIL LINE and we needed a HOT OIL FLUSH. For those who don't understand cars, let me assure you that both of those are ridiculous and you never need to have a hot oil flush. After assuring Sherri that we were not going to have those done, I talked them down to a bit above $500 dollars.
The car has never been anywhere else. Keep remembering this.

Now, December. When the Boyfriend was driving to see me, he pulled out of the drive way and a medium sized plastic washer (about the size of the bottom of a mug) was laying on the driveway. He brought it with him when he came to pick me up. The car had been making a slight knocking noise for a few days and now the engine light was on again. An NTB is right beside where I work, so we took it in. When they got it up there, the pulley system above the front passenger tire had basically fallen out. How does that happen, you ask? By nuts and bolts not being screwed on tight enough. How does that happen, you ask? By not paying attention when you take them off and put them back on when you're changing out the belts.
Please refer back to April.
The Mechanic working on the car called Sutherlin to tell them why we were in the shop. Sherri proceed to yell (I say yell because we could all clearly hear what she was saying) at the Mechanic, telling him that we couldn't prove anything. Sweet, right? We sucked it up and paid NTB, though they encouraged us to press Sutherlin.
Now we arrive at January.
We knew there was a shock issue that needed to be taken care of already. The engine light just happened to come on the same day we were taking the car in. Handy. The bill though, was larger than we expected due to the STARTER SOLENOID being bad. Yup, that sucker had never been taken care of.
So, to review: Sutherlin lies, they cost you more than you could ever imagine, Sherri is not a good person.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Titan. Was told the price was $19,500 but was charged $20,800. My fault for not look at the numbers better when I was sitting with the finance department. When I looked at my paperwork a couple of days later I saw the wrong price. When I asked about the price being wrong the told me it was a used car inspection fee. I was never told about the fee and my paperwork does not have a line item for a inspection fee.
Also the sale person was complaining about getting a vehicle for it to test drive. Also to top it off. Everything was moving so fast that after we signed all the paperwork they said go see your sales person he has the keys. So we did and the sent us on are way but didn't give us are paperwork. So I talked to a manager about it that was a Friday she said she would call me back on Tuesday just got the call on Thursday at 3:30. All she said was she talked to everyone but they could give her any answers about my purchase

Service department was amazing. My Altima had a transmission issue which was covered under warranty. Sherry did an amazing job at keeping me informed the entire time. They did a transmission swap, oil change, tire rotation and alignment, all in a timely manner. They washed off my car and vacuumed it before turning it back over to me. Quality service. I went to Sutherlin Nissan to satisfy my curiosity about the new 2016 Maximas. They were not rated well for tall people and that is a must fill requirement in our family. Out of curiosity I decided to try out a Murano! I had tried probably 15 other vehicles in 2 days and this is the one vehicle that met the requirement for tall people in the from and back seat. Weiss was great as a salesman. He wasn't pushy like you often get at a dealership. Also spoke with Shelton that night and we returned a couple of days later to see if it could meet the few other requirements we had. By Wed. We were picking up my new Murano and had absolutely no problems with any of the staff! Weiss went over the features of my new vehicle and I left satisfied and with a full tank of gas! Thanks to all for a great car buying experience!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18 year old should have been an exciting time! They ruined it! The salesman wouldn't backup his negotiations after the sale. As other reviews here said, we were passed off to another salesman. The salesman wasn't even going to repair the fuel sending unit after we drove off the lot and found the vehicle was still on Empty because it was broken, not because it needed gas. Left the vehicle at the service department for a week for service while we were out of town and came back at it was still sitting there unfinished and not ready as promised. We have already spend over $500 after having the vehicle a month on repairs. The repair shop we used for these repairs said Sutherlin didn't even install their repairs correctly and left one part unconnected causing the Check Engine Light to come on. We will NOT go back there for repairs or service! AND as other reviews here also say, the paper work was ALL messed up and took forever! I purchased a vehicle for myself a couple of months earlier from another cardealer and got it in 1/4 the time and everything went smoothly! The dmv kept shaking their heads and couldn't figure out what Sutherlin's paperwork deal was! STAY AWAY!

The salesman was slimy from the start but since no...

The salesman was slimy from the start but since no one else offered to serve us what do you do? After we signed the contract he hurried through the finalization like his house was on fire and he had to go put it out. I should have took heed when he said that Nissan would send me a survey but I couldn't send it back unless I gave them a 10. Then he calls me at home a month later and gives me a sob story about all his kids and how bad he needs a good review. Lucky I haven't done that survey yet! To top this wonderful experience off, I get home and notice that I was charged $1600 for a waaayyyy overpriced maintenance agreement which necessitated a 160 mile round trip back to the dealership to cancel, which a month later still hasn't been canceled. I called the finance manager to find out how this happened and was informed that it takes 60 days to cancel the contract. I guess it does when after 30 days there isn't even a record of the request. Fortunately for me a very nice lady at Nissan Motor Corp is sending me the paperwork to take care of it myself. I will never do business with this dealership again nor will I give them a good recommendation.

Brandon and his team make things easy. Call them up to schedule, show up, get things done, and then get out. They even washed the car up for us so we got it back clean and ready to go on our road trip. Peace of mind is great knowing we have this team behind us.

We are on our 4th Nissan over 12 years from Sutherlin and already know what the 5th will be. Sutherlin and Nissan have become part of our family "brand"!
