We came with a specific car in mind and a Price Protection Certificate from USAA, meaning that the dealer is supposed to honor the price listed. Instead, the sales rep spent 3 hours of our time insisting that he was giving us the best price he could, even though the price included an additional $1200 'used car fee'. We told him our toddler needed to nap so we were in a hurry, and the dealership continued to ask us to wait while they would 'see what they could do.' When we finally called USAA and they confirmed that nothing should be added to the price other than tag, title and governmental fees, we walked out, and the sales rep ran after us with the original price we asked for. By that time, with an exhausted toddler, we were done. The whole experience was a spot-on reinforcement of the terrible stereotype of car dealerships.
I bought a car with the Internet Department and the process was very smooth and easy. They really make the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. We look forward to buying our cars from them in the future.

I purchased a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentra from Sutherlin Nissan in April. They detailed the car to repair scratches and water spots that were embedded in the paint upon delivery. While being detailed the windshield was damaged.
Michael ( General Manager)agreed to have the windshield replaced and more paint correction done. He said the windshield would be covered under the 3 year 36k mile warranty from Nissan.
I entrusted my car to Sutherlin on 6/18/18.I picked the car up on 6/26/18. The scratches were still in the paint. I noticed a deep scratch on the inside of the passenger door. The next morning I noticed a film on the windshield(which isn't obvious in the sunlight). I washed the windshield but could not remove the film. I contacted Michael and we agreed to look at it on Monday along with the scratch inside the door.
On Monday Juan, the Service Director and Brooks examined the windshield and determined there weren t any issues. Michael said he would call me about both issues the next day but he didn t. Hence the run-around ensued.
I sought help from Lightning Auto Glass and Dan noticed the film immediately and he offered to speak to the management at Sutherlin, which he did. Afterwards I received a call from Sutherlin to meet with Brandon on Monday to have him examine the windshield. I met with him on 8/6/18 and 8/13/18 and he concluded there were no issues with it.
I contacted Nissan Customer Assistance for help and spoke with Madison on 9/10/18 who instructed me to have the issue examined by another Nissan Dealership and Nissan would cover replacement costs if needed. Madison called me back later and said Nissan could not help because Sutherlin installed an aftermarket windshield which is not covered under the Nissan warranty. She advised contacting the General Manager. I called Sutherlin several times in attempt to speak with Micahel and left multiple messages. Once the receptionist had him on the other line and he screened the call and then he refused to speak with me.
As advised by Madison I also had the windshield examined by Conyers Nissan. The Service Director and Service Manager both immediately saw and confirmed the issues as well.
No matter how clear it became that there were issues Sutherlin Nissan stood their ground and refused to take responsiblity for thier errors.
I filed a complaint with the BBB in December.
I had such an awesome experience today with sales person Nesrin Sabbagh and Ryan in financing. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I highly suggest visiting Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Ga for your next used or new car purchase!

Normally, I would not be taking one of my vehicles to the dealership for an oil change, however, due to a recent injury--it is easier to have the dealer change the oil.
We purchased my wife's care from Sutherlin Nissan in 2012 and have utilized their service department exclusively since that time. (Oil changes and tires would be the exception.) I have been purchasing cars for almost 40 years and in my opinion, Sutherlin Nissan has one of the best service departments I have worked with.
Now, I am also aggressive and proactive when it comes to maintaining my vehicles.

Tried to call service during business hours. Twice I was promised a call back. Twice no call back. Finally walked into service and was told to bring my 2016 Platinum Murano with 40k miles back in two days. The sunroof fabric has fallen into the middle of the car. Finally got into service at 7:45 am two days later. I was abruptly told it would be $3,000.00 to fix.the fabric falling from the roof of a $50k 2.5 yr old car!!!!
My husband was completely blown off while visiting and inquiring about a used vehicle. He then received a text message and my mind is blown by how condescending and disrespectful they were to him.

I have purchased several cars from this dealership, both in Georgia and Florida. I have always been treated with respect and felt as though I was working with friends rather than buying a car. The staff in the Mall of Georgia location are great people to work with. They have always treated me fairly and honestly. They allow me to find the vehicle I want, there has never been any pressure to buy and they have always given me the best offer. I have never found any reason to shop elsewhere because they have always provided me with the best price. I know these are words you usually never hear in a car dealership but I trust them. The last car I purchased was completed in less than an hour. I told them what I was looking for and they made it happen. No argument or negotiations. They did whatever it took to make me happy and comfortable with the deal. Sherry and Kevin in the service department are amazing. If you can, work with Willie Oliff, do so, I have nicknamed him the King of Sales. The GM, Scott is also someone who will go the extra mile to make you happy. All in all, great place, great selection, fantastic people, and if you go on Saturday, they have a BBQ and you can eat. What else could you ask for? My tires that were to be replaced would not be and my interest was over doubled. I asked sales manager for owners number. Told to go online. Drove my trade in off lot. Not interested in unethical con's! WOW the level of lack of ethics is HORRIBLE! BBB compliant and Secretary of State will be contacted next! Wrong women to lie to!

I have small kids and know that there s no way I can work out a deal in person with them. So I would have to hire a babysitter to go to a dealership. I thought it should be simple to find out information over the phone about a Leaf lease since I don t actually need to see the car (I ve driven one before). But no, the salesperson would give me minimal information and kept insisting that I had to come in even after I explained my situation. The last text I received said this: I am so sorry, My general managers have stated that we cannot divulge any numbers over text message or phone, In order for us to progress further we would need to schedule an appointment for you to come in to speak with them. I actually was able to find the information I was looking for on the Nissan website!!!!!!! And yet, they were unwilling to divulge this secret information. I called the dealership to speak to the manager, but he never returned my phone call.

Scheduled first appointment of morning for oil change. Remembered also needed front & back brake pad/rotor service, mentioned to service tech, service manager spoke up & said could put 2 techs on it & have me out by 9:00 AM at a good price that I liked. I decided to go with this & sat down to wait. To my surprise, at 8:50 my Frontier was ready ahead of promise time, even including the standard list of service checks. Let me preface this by saying that this is a review of the dealership and not the product. I found the staff to be wildly unprofessional in a way I have never seen at another business. While the person helping me select a car was professional, if not a little shark-like (which, of course is to be expected at any dealership), and the gentleman in the financing department was absolutely amazing (honest, friendly, and while he obviously wanted my business, wasn't a bully), I found the rest of the staff who did not work directly with me to be so unprofessional it truly marred the experience of buying a vehicle. While trying to talk to a salesperson, the other salesmen were playing over the loud speaker--snorting and making grumbling and inappropriate noises. The young lady at the reception desk spent 100% of her time eating a sandwich and looking for boots online. One of the salesmen tried to joke with her, and she was so severe and rude to him--completely unfazed by my presence. All of the salespeople were rude to one another and thus, rude to me. A customer called the reception desk and when the girl let the salesman know he had a call, he told her to say he was with a customer and walked away to joke around with other salespeople. I was totally put off by the whole experience and with so many other dealerships within a few feet, I think most people would be better served elsewhere.
When I first went to this dealership things were great. Staff and sales people were very polite and were very helpful. After you sign on the dotted line they forget who you are and you loose that great customer service, it instantly turns into customer no-service.
My first issue was that they had to go through another finance company as this was my first car I have bought and I am young in age and young in credit. Anyways, I was told that I would be notified when my tag was ready. I waited and waited and never header anything. About two weeks out of my tag expiring I started calling the dealership leaving voicemail after voicemail and sending countless emails. Eventually I contact the CEO over at Nissan USA via email. The next day the dealership magically decided to contact me back and notified me that all that was pending was my signature. How hard would it have been to call me and let me know thats all they need?
I have also tried to contact them many time for other concerns and no luck. I just wanted to warn anyone that was thinking about buying from them to stay away.
Will Taylor is my service guy. Hes the best.He help get everything taking care of in a timely manner. Tells you what needs to happen first with your car and what can wait.

Service department consistently over promises and under delivers. Our first warranties oil change we had an appointment and were told it would be 30 - 40 minutes but it ended up being over an hour. Today we had our second oil change visit. They told us they could easily fit us into the schedule and it wouldn t take long. Over an hour later I was told they hadn t been able to start yet but would shortly. In the end it wasn t completed for two and half hours. While I had a great buying experience I must admit it feels like a bait and switch now that we re into the ongoing maintenance phase.
Stacy was great with me, got me in in a timely manner and listen to all my concerns when i was looking for a car.
Grace and the team were awesome. From the gentlemen who greeted me when I arrived for my appointment, to Grace, and even the young lady who helped me to checkout. I want to thank you all for the level of service I experienced. You all honored me with a first responders discount which was extremely helpful. Not only that it was also good to see you all taking the correct precautions during this time while maintaining customer service. I want to say I also appreciate you all being of service during these trying times. I had a great experience at Nissan Mall of Georgia service dept. The staff was friendly and my service adviser was Marcus who went over the top to accommodate me. The RV dealer up the road said my truck had an electrical short and sent me there. Nissan checked my truck at no charge and found no short so I went back to the RV dealer. They insisted that it was a problem with my truck. Marcus got my truck into the shop the next morning and they spent a long time checking my electrical, still found no issues and still did not charge me for checking. In the end, the problem was with the RV I was purchasing. Facility was excellent, wifi, coffee, snacks, restroom and even cubicles to work in of which a few had computer free to use. They also informed me of a recall part and installed it while I was there. Marcus will take great care of you, ask for him.
Went for a simple oil change with an appointment.. I was told the car will be ready within 45 minutes.. After waiting 2 hours found out that they totally forgot about my car.. Not gonna go back again EVER.. Google don't have an option to give 0 star....

I am enjoying my Rogue and was VERY PLEASED with the pleasant experience that I was shown here. Cass, the salesman, that we dealt with was very detailed as he explained the features of the car and was very personable. There was no pressure and that is a trait I like in sales as I am not a person that reacts to pressure. I like to think about a purchase and never make a rushed decision.

I went to buy a vehicle today that was a 2018 new old stock that was priced to sell for 10k less than sticker. I called and asked about the vehicle to make sure that it was the price they said it was so I drove 70 miles to get the car. When I got there this dealer added additional options that were already on the stick to the price added Doc fee which is suppose to be in the advertised price. According to GA law the only fee they can add to the advertised price is the tax, tag, and lemon law fee. Watch out for this place they will add $699 doc fee wheel locks, nitrogen in tires, a protective coating which are required by law to be in the advertised price. the car turned out to be $1500 more than the advertised price. Waste of a day.

The service department there is by in far Head and Shoulders above most other places I've been to especially when compared to Regal Nissan in Roswell Georgia.
I'm always greeted with courteous and prompt service as well as made to feel like my business matters. The Young hispanic lieutenant in the reserves definitely deserves a promotion and needs to promoted at the first available opportunity.(sorry can't remember his name at the time.)

Year back i have purchased New Nissan Rouge SV 2018. Everything went well and they have this $4000 rebate if we finance with NMAC. So i financed with NMAC hoping $4000 i will get and it will decrease my vehicle cost when i will refinance the loan. At first For this $4000 rebate i thought i will get as soon as i finance with NMAC. Nope i was wrong than they told you need to stick with for certain period of time and i thought ok. Even though i was paying my EMI's . In NMAC EMI get's reflected but in dealer's system it's doesn't . So i have stick for longer period than expected with NMAC. After long weighting time i got my first check 11th September 2019 for $1355.09 and month later after back and for with NMAC and dealer i got my second check $1450.50 and I am still waiting for remaining amount check .I am trying to reach finance manager Ryan palagar through email and phone for any update on the remaining rebate amount from September 29th 2019 and I don't see any response . I would have appreciated if the service was speed , good and gave us accurate information.
My time there was such a hands on experience. Carlos (my salesperson) was very polite and after I was approved for my brand new car, he walked me thru on how to connect my Bluetooth! Curt was awesome too, he went the extra mile to accommodate me during the whole banking process. I am very happy and satisfied with their service and would recommend them to everyone!
Read the reviews before u buy (don't make the same mistake i did) there is a reason why the bad reviews r more than half of the total reviews. Look at the pattern u c in this bad reviews... SHELTON IS THE BIGGEST LIER!! He is the manager at this location. We live by example, if the boss lies to customers, the sales team, r gonna lie. This gentleman has no principles, no integrity, n so the sales reps they follow his boss example.

I have a pre-paid service for oil change, washing, etc., but unfortunately whenever I carry it, they only wet the car on the outside, everything inside remains the same, without vacuuming, without glass cleaning, the last time I even asked for the premium wash, I same, lousy car wash service.
I have worked with Haddy Mreir for internet price of Nissan Rogue from last three days. He gave me final price of vehicle in text msg. I have driven 1 hr to buy this vehicle from this dealership. When I Walk-in to showrooms and show this price to sales representatives and he told me that they cannot sell vehicle with this price. The Internet sales representative forgot to add accessories already installed into this vehicle. Even on their website for same vehicle they have not mentioned that this price doesn t include accessories installed by them which is not useful. They simply just wasted my entire day. I will complain this to Nissan too.I won t recommend this dealership to anyone who looking to buy new vehicle with internet price quote
Where do I even begin? First, our 4th and final sales person, Ryan, was FANTASTIC! He's the only reason I stayed at Sutherlin and made a purchase. Before him, I was handed off three times by other sales people. Vinny (salesperson #3) went with me for the test drive and talked on his mobile phone to another customer most of the time. When we got back from the drive, he left me sitting at his desk while he assisted two clients who came in after me and were there to buy two Leafs (which they didn't end up buying). They had quotes and were discussing payments before Vinny even bothered to run my credit and get the process rolling for me. Once he decided to hand me off to Ryan, it was a much better experience. Ryan is genuine and was honestly the only person there that was even remotely polite. I am a woman and the manager who signed off on the deal asked my husband if I was a good cook and then said to me, "Good thing you brought him along to crunch the numbers." Considering 1) I am a working professional, 2) it's almost 2015 not 1952, and 3) I was purchasing the car in my name alone, I found this incredibly insulting and rude. Later, as I was laughing with Ryan about being dumped by Vinny, he came over and said, "If I was going to dump you, I would have dumped you in the road." That is an exact quote. He was agitated and aggressive and when I asked him to please just leave me to my deal with Ryan, he got even more sarcastic and loud. Again, incredibly rude and frankly somewhat disturbing. I won't even get started on the runaround we got on buying a 2014 vs. 2015. I will still never understand how a 2014 with the same specs (except fog lights) could be $1000+ more than a 2015. The sales manager finally admitted that it didn't make since and I should just buy the 2015. Overall, I certainly won't be purchasing from Sutherlin again and most definitely will not recommend them to my friends and family. Our sales person, Ryan, is literally the only reason they made a sale.
