I went in rhis morning, not so busy, and said I had a top budget to walk out the door with a used car of $14,000.
"No problem, we have the car for you."
I said if my budget means it is not possible, that's ok, no hard feelings.
I waited 15 minutes to get to know of the 1 option... we walked around the car park trying to find it for 10 more minutes.
It was a mess, ripped up and peeling wheels, all scratched.
"We can fix that, no problem."
Back to the office we go, 10 min wait later...
"You got the car, $15,995, congratulations".
Really????
I said again I was $14K max budget.
"No problem, I understand, so $14,500.. sign here".
I don't know if it is disrespect or incompetence... whatever it is, it is not good!!

A very bad experience, I would do much rather the conversation be, "sorry, we can'tdo it.".
Try being honest...
You might guess, I do not recommend.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
