I travel from Conyers to get the service I expect and they always deliver! Sherry and Michael Keen in the service department are excellent! I always ask for them. Diego on the sales floor always has a smile and genuine friendly demeanor. Definitely a loyal customer!

Worst car dealership I ve ever been to! I purchased a car from here and 2 days later they give me a phone call saying they re gonna raise my interest rate and raise the price of the car. When I go and return it, they say they re gonna charge me 5$ a mile that I ve put on the car. I lost about a 1000$ dollars and I pray to God they don t use this shady behavior with their other customers.
Travis, their internet sales manager, made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. He was so kind and courteous. He responded to my inquiry immediately. This dealership treats customers right! I highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan!
The worst experience I have ever had!! I m 52 year old Grammy looking for a smaller vehicle. I fell in love with a Nissan Rouge. The internet price was 20889. When all was said and done after much pleasing they finally came down to 24865. Yes 4000 above price!!! Still not satisfied with the price we left. We drove the 2 hr drive home exhausted. Sunday I spoke with the salesperson told him we would pay 24000 out the door He called back and said yes. We drove the 2 hrs back. I went in with check in hand and they would not let me pay for it said I had to finance it. I went to the managers desk and ask why. The three men just looked at me and wouldn t even acknowledge I was standing there. I will never be back!!!!!
It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I drove in. I wasn't even a minute and someone had already greeted me. Everyone who I spoke with was very, very, very nice and helpful. The sales guy was great, friendly, kind, and not at all annoying. The process was nice and smooth. I loved the service provided by everyone. I was very surprised by the treatment I got. I stopped by the dealer after work looking like a hot mess by that I mean wearing worn out jeans, shoes, etc. Not one person working at the dealer gave me a look down which was such a good surprise to me. I was with my little niece and my mom and every single one of the persons I spoke with was just as equally attentive and nice to them as they were to me even though I was the one making the deal. I took notice of this and of course it's obvious they'll be nice to my mom her being the adult but I really appreciated the attention given to the little girl. Everyone shook her hand, asked how she was doing, and did she like the car. I appreciated that a lot. I felt respected and like my business mattered too.
I had been hesitant for some time in regards to making my first car purchase. I had been to other dealerships in the area, mostly looking at first and comparing pricing, quality, service, etc. Most experiences I had were very unwelcoming and I wasn t taken seriously until I encountered Haddy. He made me feel right at home and relieved that sense of pressure to buy. I was comfortable talking to him and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative of the vehicles I was considering. His knowledge alone and overall good spirit made my first vehicle purchase as smooth as can be and I will forever be grateful for that experience! If I could afford to buy 10 more Altima's, I most certainly would lol Thank you, Haddy and Sutherland nissan for all that you do. I WILL be back and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues
I walked in knowing what I wanted and everything I needed. I believe some guy named Haddy helped me. His service was excellent. Very passionate about cars. And made sure I DROVE out of there with exactly what I was expecting. Great salesman.
Brooks was an awesome service writer! We didn t wait long at all and he was really nice after getting the diagnostic done on my car he let me know how much the repairs were for my vehicle and i got the repairs done within a couple hours!! I was expecting it to take so much longer will definitely be back!
The salesman John was very hurried and when he found out I didn't had no money upfront he didn't seem like he was really interested in helping me but the guy named ramzi was a lot different and very sweet.
My experience at Sutherlin was excellent! The area was easy to navigate and find the cars we wanted to see. We were greeted by Jack Chang who gave us details and showed us the interior of the cars. He definitely made the visit a success.
I took my 2015 Nissan Altima here. Had some work done. When I left my front left tire was low on 23. And now my car is running louder than usual. People have families to care for. You expect your car to be returned in better shape not worse. Careless! Gabe Chua was technician.
Jasmine is one of the best employee's whom is employed with the company. She is patient, knowledgeable, caring and kind. She was definitely the light to my experience here at this specific location.

I recently purchased a certified used car. As a single woman, I entered into the process with some trepidation. Working with Phillip P. was overall a pleasant experience. Even as we negotiated, he remained laid-back and kind in his approach. Mr. Kim, the finance manager, went out of his way to help me with the payment process regarding my insurance claim.
I bought a Nissan Versa a week ago. I spent 5 HOURS to complete a purchase. I was told that it only had 16 miles on the ODO. I went home and checked the ODO and it was 110. Usually that won't be a "big deal;" however, when I tried to contact them to see what we can do about it, I was completely ignored. I contacted customer services for like 10 times and still no response. Finally, I was accused of lying and was called ugly from a customer service representative.....in a nutshell, this has been the worst car purchase/ customer service care experience I've ever had......Please do yourself a favor and buy a nissan from somewhere else.
Pre qualified for, 39,000,after I arrived I was told I would need a cosigner based on credit score. Purchased my current vehicle no cosigner. Salesman never offered to try to do anything. Would not recommend anyone go here.
I went to look at a car and the vehicle shown was nowhere ready to be seen check engine light on tires are bald very disappointing and then jacked up my price by about $4,000 wow terrible experience will go over back there again

I've purchased two cars for Sutherlin Mall of Georgia over the last two years. I'm always impressed by the level of service I receive. I brought my 2012 Altima in yesterday for a oil change, etc and was warmly greeted by Rudy in the service department. Rudy promised my car would be ready by noon and he had it ready by 11:30am! Not only is the service work done on time, it's done correctly and they let me know of any future service needs that I may need in the coming months. I also really appreciate the sales staff not being pushy, but always willing to answer any questions I may have about a new model whether or not I'm buying that day. I think it's great that Scott (the GM), Doug and Taylor (sales managers) and team care about customer service and quality over just a quick slick deal.
Marjorie was outstanding and provided service that I felt pushed me towards the purchase. I m happy and don t feel like I was taken as in previous purchases.
Brought my car in because it was making a funny noise. I ended up having to tow it off the lot and sell it for parts after Nissan was done with it. Awful place.

I would like to thank anyone I have left out that I have come in contact at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. This dealership has proved that they can be a step above all others. The way they handle sales & service no other can compare. This team of people is there to make money like any other business but, the customer is really a priority. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to recommending anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Visited the service center. The people are nice but it was a bit chaotic. Things weren't explained, I think they were in a rush. I will give them another shot at some point and update.
