I always disliked going to dealerships but yesterday I stopped by for a simple check up and the handsome young salesman was so helpful! Hady daddy I can t quite remember the name, but he went out of his way to assist me and listen to MY needs rather than trying to get me to pay for extra unnecessary servicing. He reminded me that there still truly are kind, thoughtful people in this word and we need more of them around. Thank you

We had a great sales person, Nesrin Sabbagh. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the SUVs we were looking at. Even had them brought right to the door so no walking the lot. She was professional yet very kind. Everyone there worked hard to get us what we needed and we left with a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue SL for Christmas!

Updating review as we have picked up the 2nd key that we couldn't get that day and received a call that the gift card for the test drive was mailed. We haven't received it yet so if I never get it, I'll be disappointed. We did get a call from them about coming in to get a free fill up so that's a nice follow up service so I'm giving them 5 stars. All around great experience.

I wish I could leave zero stars rather than one. THIS WAS THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN LIFE. Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima saturday night, got out at 10pm brought the car back sunday after noon around 5 because the car stopped moving in the middle of the street. For that reason is why me and my boyfriend brought the car back. Get the dealership the next day(mind you we live a hr & a half away) and they said he damaged an entire muffler from the front of the car to the back and it was rusted. How could someone possibly do that within the 12hrs we had the car?! Nissan had to audacity to say that it was our fault and we had to pay. Sat there for a hours and still insisted on us paying. After going back and fourth with incompetant managers and sales people they agreed to fix only the front part of the car but still haven't fixed the real problem from coming in on the first place. They made us take the loaner car again and want us to drive BACK out there after being there 3 days in a row to pick our Nissan Altima up when it's ready. It just really has been the most stressful new car situation ever. How do you have a loaner car longer than you've had your actual car you purchased. NEVER AGAIN WILL HE BUY A NISSAN. Also bought a Honda in July and didn't have one issue. Should have stuck with them!! Horrible store.. A Nissan Corp. complaint is filed on this dealership!

After receiving a notice from Nissan regarding an airbag computer recall on my Leaf, I contacted this dealership's service department to make an appointment to do the repair. I spoke to the service writer Brooks and asked that if the replacement part is in stock I would like to bring my vehicle in for repair. Brooks asked what day is good for me and I said tomorrow (Tuesday 11/15/16) before lunch. He said 10 am and I agreed. The next day, I brought the Leaf in at 10 and Brooks met me at the service drive door. After asking my name three times while typing on his computer, he turned to a mechanic that was standing by, and the mechanic said that they have to check the availability of the replacement part at the parts department. So then the mechanic left and came back a few minutes later only to inform me that they didn't have the part in stock. At this point I was confused and almost speechless. How could a service writer in their right mind make an appointment for a customer just a day before without checking to see if the replacement part was in stock? I asked Brooks this, and he said something about my Leaf being a 2015 with an early production date. Obviously an irrelevant reason as to why the part isn't in stock. All he had to do was to check part availability over the phone the previous day. So i instead, I wasted an hour and a half of my day driving to and from this place, I got absolutely nothing accomplished, and left angry with a vehicle hat has a defective passenger airbag computer. And from Brooks, absolutely not a word that resembles an apology of any sort. All he had to offer was that he would call me when the part became available. As if I was actually going to set foot in that poor excuse of a car dealership again.

I JUST HAD THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER IN ALL OF MY YEARS OF AUTO SERVICE. My advisor was Sherry and when I tell you she made a very scary situation extremely comfortable. Ms. Sherry kept me updated from start to finish. THIS WAS RED CARPET TREATMENT. My engine light came on and I called at 1:00PM on Wednesday and was given an appointment to come in that day at 4PM. She had to deliver the blow that it was a transmission issue and did a swap out. I was given a call with an estimated time of completion and low and behold it was done early Friday. I was delivered an immaculately clean automobile with a friendly smile. I must admit everyone there was very welcoming but Ms. Sherry took the cake!!!

First off, let me start by saying that our salesman Travis was very friendly and courteous. My wife and I came in to trade up into a larger vehicle. After a pleasant test drive with Travis, we came back to the dealership. The test drive was great, and we really could let my wife get a feel for the bigger car. Travis was very kind the entire time. Once back inside the dealership, we spoke numbers. The sales manager was curt and rude when we told him that his offer for our current car was much to low and he was pricing out a base model instead of the top trim my wife has. He didn't care at all. He spoke over my wife and chose not to listen to anything she said. When she asked for our keys back so we could leave, he was even more rude and acted like we wasted his time for taking 3 minutes to speak to us.

Long and short of it: Travis was great, buying experience not so much. I am giving 2 stars simply for Travis. Yet, I will never consider this dealership for anything. Too many other cars out there to be mistreated like that. Shame.

Completely unprofessional! Team that doesn t communicate with each other, and waste your time. I was there for 3hrs. I explained my situation, credit, and down payment available, and what I could do for payment they promised they could put me in a car. A test drive, and a finance trip later they say they can t put me In a car.
I m not at all upset that I didn t drive off the lot with a car. I m furious at the fact that my time was wasted for 3hours with a infant.

My experience there was great! Haddy was my salesman and he was willing to answer any questions I had for him. I ve been to many different dealerships and this by far has been the best dealership due to customer service! Ask for Haddy if you happen to stop by!

If I could give NO stars I would! I'm not sure how these people stay in business. They make a big deal online about helping with bad credit and "pre qualify" you. Don't fall for it!! Don't let them pull your credit! They can NOT get financing for even fair credit people and when you ask why or offer to get a cosigner, down payment, etc they won't even call or email you back!! The reviews are not good on here for a reason. I really wish I had read them before I ever contacted these jerks!

Great customer service. It took a little longer than what was expected but didn't mind that too much. The Dealership should think about expanding the customer waiting area to one big section as opposed to multiple sections which will give an open feel to the area and you could probably be able to accommodate more people.

Between my sales person Nersin and my finance person Kim this was a very pleasant experience. My hour and a half drive out there was well worth it. Treatment I received after the purchase, related to the cancellation of a gap insurance contract was horrible. Condescending, arrogant and uncooperative would put it mildly. My mom and I went to Sutherlin Nissan to buy me my first car (I don t have credit so I need her as a co-signer and my mom is my advisor when it comes to adult decisions) and we were greeted immediately by Nesrin. She walked us inside to her desk and asked us what we were looking for and our budget and she pulled cars that fit the description perfectly and suggested that for only a little more I could get a brand new 2018 Versa. We were apprehensive about it because we had financing already through our bank and didn t want to finance through Nissan.
Fast forward, within 20 minutes, she had collected my information and were test driving cars. At the end of the day, we decided to get the new one because it was only about $4k more than the used one and well worth every penny. Nesrin was very helpful through the entire process and gave us valuable information as well as advice personally to my mom about my safety. She got us a wonderful deal on the car and wasn t just a pushy salesman, she genuinely helped us find what was best for me. She respected our time and was very nice about giving my mom and I time to make our decision as it is obviously a very important one. Like I said, she got us a wonderful deal, which I can also give credit to the managers for approving such a good deal but I know without her pushing for it, I wouldn t have gotten it and would ve left in a used car. Nesrin answered all my questions and was patient with me which was important to me considering this was my first time buying. She also got us water, made us comfortable, and made us familiar with the service department which I will be utilizing for the foreseeable future. She was wonderful to work with and I suggest everybody request her when going in, she ll put you in the right car!
The financial manager, Mr.Kim was also a joy. He walked us through the process and explained our position and what we d be getting by financing through Nissan. The interest rate was a little ridiculous at first considering the rate at my bank was MUCH lower (half the rate) but when we told Mr.Kim my position financially and why we were apprehensive, he did his best to help us and got us a lower rate as well as 5 years maintenance on my car tacked to the loan so my payements would go down but the dealership would still benefit. He worked with us and got us something that was manageable for me. He was very personable through the entire process. I will say, there was a little mix up and we had to go back to sign more papers the next day which was an inconvenience considering I live 30 minutes from the dealership but a very minor one nonetheless and it only took about 5 minutes.

All in all, I drove off the lot in a brand new car after only 3 hours at the dealership after paying a low down payement and getting a reasonable monthly payement. It was a very good experience for my first time buying a car and I m glad I went to Sutherlin!!! Nesrin and Mr.Kim made the experience wonderful and quick but got me exactly what I needed and even more than I wanted!!

Bought a 2015 crew cab 6speed manual frontier brand new in 2015 from Sutherlin...
After a few months of driving I kept hearing a chattering sound under the carriage each time I went over a speed bump.
For months I was given the run around that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, they couldn't find the issue etc, then they repaired a pinion seal, this didn't fix the problem...
I gave up on them and visited another Nissan dealership, they identified the issue on my first visit "turned out it was the entire clutch assembly that was incorrectly installed when the vehicle was manufactured
Vehicle has now been repaired under warranty and runs quietly and smoothly like it should "stay away from this dealership"

Took my new car in to get some wheel locks put on and when I got home I noticed a huge gash on my rim that was not there before. So I called them and they told me to bring it in and they'll look at it. Well then I was met with the director of service who told me they didn't do it and they will not compensate because they "know" that they didn't. Regretfully I got heated and pissed because I trusted them with my property. Good to know ill have to pay more to fix my car after I get it back from Sutherlin.

Such an embarrassing and humiliating situation. I returned on Monday and Ruben had the worst customer service ever. Just because whoever couldnt mimic the same problem he acted as if it didn't exist. I inquired about a loner vehicle and he immediately told me nothing was available w/o even checking. I've shopped here a few times. I won't get into specifics comments, but they are an old school high pressure and sales tactics dealership. I've heard a few snarky comments from Sales that tell me its more about the sale than the customer. They haven't adapted to a sophisticated buyer and they certainly don't want to give you time to shop around. I don't shop like this, so they got 2 stars. My family was in the market for a Leaf. It's a hot market. A number of coworkers have bought them, so I drove in with my wife to get a similar deal. Sutherlin claimed Nissan had taken away some July incentives and said they could not compete with those deals. We ended up walking. I shopped a couple of other dealers in the area who were actually pleasant by phone. Eric M at Regal ended up winnig my business and I saved a TON of money. The deal was cake. I brought my coworker in with me and Eric earned 2 deals last night. Sutherland called me on the way to Regal to match, but it was too late and even then he was rude.
