Had a great experience with Jeff Keeling tonight with leasing a Leaf. This was overall the best/easiest car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had. Everyone we encountered was very nice and there was never any pressure to make the deal. Even the financing portion was efficient and fast. I would recommend Town Center Nissan and Jeff to anyone!

My husband and I went in to inquire about a used Lexus on their lot. We were prepared to purchase it but needed it in our budget. After 2 visits over 2 weeks we were told they couldn't make it happen, so we walked away. We got a call from Steve in sales and he continued to try to work it out. After 30 days and a lot of back and forth they FINALLY agreed to the price wanted it. Submitted credit app, got approval. I told them I was heading out of town and would be back on Monday and get it all wrapped up. I would also try to get my husband in there while I was gone. Keep in mind, I only had to sign the finance paperwork, They had my insurance card, credit info etc. I texted Steve on Tuesday morning to let him know I was back and could come in that evening to sign the papers and get the car. He responds that the car was sold
.. WHAT? We had a deal! He could have called me when someone was interested, to confirm I was still coming in when I returned. I had no communication until I reached out to Steve. Over the course of this 30 day waste of my time, I worked with Ericka, Rob, Tony and Aziz. Why didnt they do the deal the first or second time I was in there.... GREED! This dealership is shady. I will never do business with them! I am in the market for a new car, not desperate, and will not pay more than I should. They don't like educated buyers here, they want you to blindly buy without research. This is how they get you to be upside down. Please be cautious when you visit this dealership, do your research and don't let them force you into a bad deal. They will try. 30 days wasted, no phone call! What kind of customer service is that? Terrible!

**UPDATE** Got sold a used car with a bad transmission amongst other issues.
Got offered to put a warranty on the vehicle. Had no choice but to do it. I'm upset about it but that's life right. There is a lot more to say but I'll leave it at that.
I regret getting this vehicle.

I was there twice this week and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Cord S. really took the time to listen to me and note all my concerns. Since they were busy, I made an appointment for the following day to have a specialist look at my engine. After a while, Cord sat and explained to me what was going on, he showed me what was covered by warrant and what would be my pocket expense. They were able to get my car fixed and ready before 4pm the same day! My car e running even better than it was when I first bought it. Also, a big shout out to the sweet cashier who help me enrolled on their rewards program (sorry I forgot her name).

Went in for service (oil change/tire rotation) on a Saturday. It is first come, first served, and I got in line at 6:45. I was out by 8:00 with no issues.

They had Starbucks coffee and snacks to tide you over if you needed it, too.

Took my 2012 Maxima in for brake service. My service manager, Domonique Goodrow, recommended the 60,000 mile service since it was a little overdue. He kept me updated on the service progress and let me know of options for what the Maxima may need in the future. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and courteous and my Maxima feels great.

I went to the Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA on August 13, 2019. I was excited and hopeful as I was going to be trading in my vehicle for a new one. However, all of my things got stolen while I was there. The folder that was stolen from me included the title of my vehicle, my ID, insurance and $900 worth in cash. I am an honest and hard working person who diligently works for her money and I was distraught when I realized that my folder which was previously set right in front of me was missing. I never stepped out of the facility so I knew that my folder was stolen while I was inside. When I asked where my folder was I was treated as if I was an insane person who didn t know what I was talking about. I returned later that day with my son to view the surveillance camera which only showed that I put something into my purse but it was not clear that it was the folder. The sales manager is blaming me saying that put it in my bag but I don t have any of my things. I have called multiple times and he is treating me as if I am going overboard trying to get this folder back. My identity is compromised now and I am afraid I will never see that money again. I feel completely disrespected and I believe that since my Venezuelan accent is thick and I am a single woman I was treated as a minority. I was taken advantage of and they re pulling the wool over my eyes. The managers have no integrity and have not taken any actions towards helping me in the situation. I highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a vehicle you seek another place.

The service was amazing. Here I was in a loan that was completely structured wrong. A car that did not make me happy. I entered the doors and was greeted immediately. A wonderful guy named Casey K helped me. He made this whole car buying experience wonderful. No pressure at all. Gave me plenty of time alone to look at numbers and think things through. I highly recommend town center Nissan and especially Casey!!!

This dealership ran a contest where they sent a mailer with 3 prize tickets. If any of the tickets contained 3 matching symbols then you won a prize. The contest was set up in such a way to make you believe you won a big prize like a 70" tv. But instead when you got to the dealership they told you that you didn't win the prize shown on the mailer. Instead you hand over personal information including monthly income, how much you pay in mortgage/rent, etc. Only then did they inform you that you didn't win the prize listed but instead you "won" a cheap Bluetooth speaker. This was a scam pure and simple. I will never consider going to this dealership for a vehicle. Typical sleazy car dealership tactics

Buying a car is serious business and Town Center Nissan is serious about their business....I was given what I asked for...all questions responded to promptly and when an answer was not at hand someone found it...I was taken seriously and handled efficiently and pleasantly....from the initial salesman to the final credit manager all fielded my questions and/or concerns in a business like manner which should be bottled and sold to used car dealers the world over thereby giving them a better reputation than what is presently generally thought of them...thank you Town Center Nissan I was pleasantly surprised and profoundly pleased with your service.

Met with salesman, he called us two days later saying he had found what we wanted and the price we had agreed on, took my Saturday morning to drive over got there test drove the vehicle liked the suv went in to buy it and then all the sudden the vehicle jumped five thousand dollars over what we had agreed on and I ask several times the price, so the manager comes in and says it was all a mistake, so we left with no car and another used car rip-off

I have had my 2002 Sentra for 15 years. It is still doing well, but I just stopped by Town Center Nissan to take a look around. I was greeted by Felix, who gave me a tour as I told him my preferences. We looked at some cars matching my preference and we went over some estimates. I told him that I had to sleep on it so that I would not have buyers remorse. He understood and gave me his card so I could let him know what I decide. Due to his courteous and friendly manner I went home feeling calm. The next morning I went back and purchased a Nissan Rogue. My transaction went through smoothly with all departments as they answered all my questions and concerns. It was truly a pleasant buying experience.

These guys are moderately crooked. Be sure to demand a clean, itemized accounting of everything you will be charged and be willing to walk out when the actual bill of sale doesn't match it. They like to scrawl figures in multiple colors on a sheet of paper with some crossed out and demanding you initial here, there and everywhere, multiple variations of the deal all scrawled on the same sheet of paper. They're trying to baffle you with bullshit. Be sure to say the words "Include all dealer's fees" before you agree to anything or you'll get a thousand dollar mistake when they start wordlessly shooting 2000 sheets of paper across the desk for you to sign. This is the hard sell in the worst possible way so be prepared to walk away if there is ANYTHING you don't like, and READ EVERYTHING IN FULL before you sign. I know that goes for all car dealers but for these guys more than most.

When someone comes to get their oil change they trust that there are professionals that will be doing the job. When I get my car I should have no worry that no part was missed. Upon my arrival I expressed to the person at the desk that I was a little uneasy with getting the oil change because the last time my oil change was completed the very next day my battery went out on me. I was reassured there will be no concerns my car would be thoroughly done and checked over. When the oil change was completed I got in my car and drove off. When I got down the road a light popped on let me know that my washing fluid was low. I drive back to Nissan and they lift my hood the washing fluid was completely empty. It made me feel like other things may have been missed that was not completed that should have been completed along with an oil change job. I am unsure if I will be back again to get an oil change with Nissan or if I will ever shop there again when I am ready for a new vehicle.

My cars have been attended in different occasions by the same Auto Mechanic which evidently has the technical knowledge, experience and hold himself to the highest standars and integrity. I know his diagnosis of the issues on hand to be solved will be sound and honest. This positive experience has pronted me to request that my vehicles be assigned to him when possible.

After finding out my 2015 Pathfinder had transmission issues, I decided to trade it in instead. The salesman was too aggressive and wanted my husband and I to initial on the back of a blank piece of paper that we would commit to a certain payment. We refused and asked to speak with the finance manager. So the finance manager also came in with the same tactic so my husband and I walked out. We went across the street to GMC and test drove a vehicle. The salesman took our credit application and we sat with the finance manager to go over the payment and details. The process at GMC was better and noone demanded that we initial a stupid piece of paper to show that we was committed. Also the payment at GMC was $400 less (same price range as the car at Nissan) which means Town Center Nissan was trying to get over on us anyway. Please in the future put your best foot forward because your competitor did!

Buyer Beware!!! This 2013 BMW continues to be a MESS! First, the sales guy lied. I asked specifically TWICE, if the car had run-flat tires. He assured me they were. WRONG. One tire they replaced due to it being continually low since driving it off the lot. (A bad patch job from the cheap tires that were put on.) After talking with the manager, and complaining of other issues, miraculously the spare key appeared, and an owners manual is on order for us. Now, it needs an entire back panel replaced as the rear light is out. Oh, and the brake light is now on as well. Why not?!?!? All this since purchased in mid-October....

Waited on fix from Aug - Dec. kinda long to not be able to have a passenger!!!! But airbag problem ?? were still waiting cant believe its taking this long. I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Titan in May of 2020 from Town Center Nissan. Unfortunately, I did not leave with leave with a favorable impression and will be taking my future car business elsewhere. I originally attributed the several "misunderstandings" I had with the sales team as just mistakes made by those who were young and inexperienced, as I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt at every turn. However, the misunderstandings were not resolved in an equitable manner by the intermediate or top-level management, which made me question my original assessment. Since I was not able to be made whole by the dealership, I have turned this matter over to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for their review, which will help me determine if additional legal action is needed on my part. The sales team at this dealership are very nice, but I would STRONGLY suggest you get everything in writing from whomever you work with at this dealership to avoid the misunderstandings I experienced.

Great experience with this dealership. I purchased my second car with them recently and I have no regrets. Our salesman was Mohammed. He was very patient and knowledgable. I had a million questions about the car and he answered every single one with a smile. I brought my precious car to their service center for everything and I plan to do the same with this one. Great people at every aspect of the process. Definitely ask for Mohammed if you re looking for a car but everyone is nice

Purchased a Nissan Rouge for my daughter. She was not in town but I went early to look at what they had and work with them on the numbers. I explained the situation to the salesperson and that I would not be purchasing that day but I would within the next few days. He was not high pressure after that--he did ask once if I would drive out with it if the numbers were okay, but I said no as I wanted my daughter to pick the color and test drive it. After that he was fine. We worked out tentative numbers to my satisfaction. My daughter came home on a Friday and went in, test drove it and I had them look at her current car whose lease was expiring to see if the trade could get me the buyout. I spoke with him on the phone while my daughter was there, stopped by the dealership Friday night and did all the paperwork and she picked it up Saturday morning. I do not like the dealers where everything is high pressure sales. I do my homework ahead of time and know what the numbers are and understand they have to make money too. Town Center Nissan was not high pressure but very attentive and reasonable to work with. I would definitely purchase there again in the future.

The Service Team takes the time to explain my service needs and set an expectation of delivery time frames that make coming enjoyable and easy. I have a dedicated Servie Team Member who recognizes me upon arrival. Over the years, I have been assigned to two of the other service members. They are all personable and responsive to my car service needs!

I came here to speak to a lady about trading in a car she had to leave Before I made it . This young nice 'so I thought ' nice guy comes to me listen to my story acted very concerned He he showed Me cars and spoke to his manager He told me that he will call me tomorrow and work on some things that he will help me in a car that I wanted .Say he was new there so they treat him a little different .So he text the next day hello beautiful etc. He Asked of I could come by there that day I Said sure thinking that he had information on a new car he said he had no information yet Also said that he does not care about getting a car ..Laugh said he was just joking Long story short every time he texted me I will mention the car he started saying some very inappropriate things The last text was so disgusting Disrespectful and just degrading I still think about it at times . I call corporate let them know they say that this Nissan let him go But didn't know if they just transfer to another Nissan .They say that the manager at this location was going to call me to apologize for the matter And other things well I never received a phone call from him So eventually a call corporate again they reached out to the company Still no call for an apology or anything .An apology was all I want it was not the managers fault but he hired the guy .So I feel that this place is very unprofessional i would not buy a bike from here so sad.. RESPECT ME

It was a last minute decision to lease a new 2014 Leaf S. I had been working with my local Nissan Dealer here in Roswell. They were nice but the price they were offering wasn't too good. I then had a friend that told me about Town Center Nissan and the great deal they got from Aziz on a new Leaf. I e-mailed Aziz on a Saturday and he responded right away. Over the next two days we e-mailed back and forth and spoke on the phone once. He told me at one point that he was off on Sunday but was still e-mailing and speaking on the phone! I told him I was sorry to bother him on his day off but he had no issue with it as he really wanted to close the deal BUT make me happy as he knew the market had many other choices!

I was in the dealership on that Monday evening (A REALLY COLD NIGHT!!!) with the Wife and kids to meet Aziz and see the car. It was over an hour drive to the dealer from our home but completely worth it!! Aziz offered us to come into his office, sat the kids down to play some games and we discussed the deal. After reviewing the conservation we had for the last two days, Aziz was 100% true to his word and we closed the deal on a lease. The price seemed fair and much better than other dealerships were offering. He walked us to the car which we looked over and said it was perfect. Aziz sent it off to be detailed and we went back inside to complete the paperwork. We met the Finance Manager, completed the forms, Went back to Aziz and completed the deal.

We have been a loyal Toyota family since 1992. This is the first non-Toyota we got and our first lease ever! Without Aziz at Town Center making me feel really comfortable in the lease deal, I never would have done it. Overall, we are very satisfied with our car and plan to go back to Town Center Nissan when we turn in the Leaf in two years and talk to Aziz to see if he can help us purchase a car!!

Went to TownCenter Nissan because my check engine light was on, I needed a Catalytic Converter...I was also informed that I had a leak in my radiator (I had just been to AutoNation a week earlier and was not told anything about it). I paid $550 less for the Catalytic Converter than I was quoted at AutoNation Nissan Marietta. I'm very happy with my decision to have the work done at Town Center Nissan.

If there was a negative star, that is what I would rate this dealership. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. There was nothing positive about purchasing the car at this location. The only reason I proceeded with it was because it's the closest dealership to my home and traffic is horrible in GA. I was very close to going somewhere else because the experience was going so bad. They tried to force a car that the salesperson chose, as if it was all about her/them. They would not indicate the price of the car and just kept saying it's all about the monthly payment, which is the worst thing I have ever heard. They kept trying to get signatures at every point. How in the world does someone buy something of such value without even knowing the actual price? They treated us like we were illiterate and did not deserve any respect. They were very disrespectful, to the point where I had to remind them that I am an educated customer. Horrible, horrifying, terrifying experience. I will never recommend anyone to go there. I am still not excited about the car itself because the experience was so horrible. I hope nobody else ever has to go through such an experience. Ugh!!!!!
