Service department was slow, unorganized, and did not make me feel valued or important to them. I saw the technician working on my car take numerous breaks meaning I had to be there much longer than I needed to be. When I inquired of the service advisor I was pretty much dismissed after being ignored for some time. I will not return to this dealership for service.

Guys need to step it up! My old Nissan dealership said good morning had fresh coffee going....you guys nothing. Guy unlocked the door at 7:00 and asked me who I was. No customer service skills. Mechanic was working on my car and another at the same time, while I saw a couple of younger guys just sitting on the other side of the garage on their phones. They at least could have offered to help or tried to learn something...not hungry.

As I was walking in Rudy was busy with another customer and was about to walk out the door to check on something, when he greeted me with a smile and stated "how are you and how can I help you? I was a bit taken that he did not say, wait inside and someone will help you or let me finish up or anything like that, which would have been fine. I told him what I was there for, he jotted it down, told me he would take care of it also have them clean it up and how soon it would be ready and asked for the keys. I was not even in before I was out of there in less than 2 mins. He (Rudy) call me back to tell me that my car was ready within the time frame he told me it would be. The car looked great too. "Thats great service!
Because everything was done within the time I was told it would be, I thought I could find my sales rep (Andre) to go over with me again some of the features of my vehicle. When I found him he was not with a customer but I could tell that he was busy. We spoke and then he ask me if he could help me with anything. I told him that I need some help programing in some features of my phone into the cars audio system. I told him "I can see that you're busy and its not that important". He put down his papers and ask me where's the car and proceeded to help me with my concerns.
This is the same great customer service that I received from Mr. Taylor Jackson and the lady next to his office about some promo issues that I had not received. They both were so professional and nice to talk too! And took care of business BAM! right then. ( I was not expecting that)
This is "Exceptionally" Great customer service, it would be hard to consider getting service or my next vehicle anywhere else.

The lot was filthy. I could barely see the paint job on some of the vehicles. The detail department there leaves the windows down sometimes and rain gets in, so I was told when asking about a white liquid stain on the door. Then I look past all this and ask to test drive an '18 rogue it would start. So I decide to leave and inform the manager that it was the state of the lot not the sales team that was losing the sale, he got pissed and asked the salesman to take down my tag information as I was leaving. This must have been an attempt at intimidation. Worst experience at a car dealership ever.
(Btw, I bought a Nissan Murano from stone mountain nissan.)

Avoid! The management here is worse than their salespeople. They agreed to a quote over the phone. When I got there they decided they didn't want to honor the price. (But they were willing to increase the price by 10%!) Then when I was walking out (because I had that price at another dealer) they had the audacity to warn me that other dealers like to do a bait and switch by quoting a low price and then upping it. I said: "Oh, just like you did?" When I complained to the manager he just said: "I never agreed to that price" and walked away. If you want to know how unprofessional they are, just sit for 5 minutes (they'll make you wait 30) and listen to the sophomoric humor they broadcast over their intercom system.

Flat out liars. I came in to negotiate terms for a trade on my current lease to a newer model Frontier; I arrived at 11am. Homero was my primary salesman and Shelton was the general manager who was greatly involved with the transaction. After we had come to a financial agreement, I was told that a credit pull was not necessary, however I still needed to fill out the documentation. I made it extremely clear that I did not want them to pull my information and they each assured me time and time again it would not be necessary. After I administered my down payment, boom, it was a necessity; after I was stuck with the deal. Quintessential two-faced dealer game play the whole purchase process coupled with a rude as well as arrogant staff. Left at 4pm with new car and a bad taste in my mouth. Better service to be found elsewhere.

I am conflicted because the lady I worked with was very nice, however I was grossly overcharged. I was first told it would take 1.5-2 hours to repair my 2010 murano, then told 20-30 minutes. It took about 15 minutes but I was charged $272.70 for labor. When I asked they said they charged $135/hour. I was transferred to Service managers voicemail, left a message asking for return call, left second message next day.....still waiting.

No pressure, when walking around just looking I was left alone. A bit unusual for high pressure sales. Though, when I looked for someone they came right away. Also, let me drive away with the car I was looking at before I bought it to show my wife. Didn't return until 3 hours later. Not an issue with them. In the end it took a little back and forth haggling, but a solid fair price in the end.

I worked with Cerri who was customer service department. She was wonderful and is the entire reason I continued to go into Nissan. When one sales consultant didn t help me very much Cerri stepped in. Helped me understand the financial part, also helped me look at some cars online.

Then I set and appointment up and she set me up with Diego. First off, he was in the parking lot when I arrived. Completely stopped what he was doing to walk with me and get me to the front door. He was my sales consultant ( not the one from the beginning). Diego was knowledgeable, understanding and patient. I will definitely be going back to buy my car from him.

Unfortunately, I wasn t approved for a car today, because I m still building my credit and I had no down payment. But Diego tried very very hard. I was actually approved but the payment would be too high. So I m going to work on my credit a little bit more and come back to see him on Christmas! Overall my entire experience was dope and I am happy I picked Nissan at the mall of Ga.

I had a terrible experience here. I came to look at a used car. After driving the car we say down to talk about price. The guys name is Davis. I told him my budget. He went and brought over his manager and they basically interrogated me instead of treating me like a customer. They got mad at me when I wanted to discuss the price with my family over the phone. I asked them if they could go just $500.00 lower and they kicked me out. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

Mr. Kim in finance went above and beyond to help get me in the car. I had dealt with Mr Kim a few years back when he sold my daughter her first car. I would recommend Sutherlin Nissan and it s staff to anyone looking to purchase a car whether new or used. They treat you with respect and make sure you are comfortable and informed throughout the entire process!

Called today about a car I saw online. Spoke with Stacey Leach who verified the car was still available. I drive about an hour to see it right after I get off the phone to have another sales associate say they sold it days ago...they tried to sell me on a newer, more expensive car which I believe was intentional. Very disappointed in the direct deceit and won t be doing business with them.

If you call about a car, ask them to put you on hold and physically check if the car is still there. I don t care if your system doesn t update automatically. People call to verify first and not have their time wasted.

Love Nissan Sutherlin! We are a Nissan family having purchased 5 Nissans and can't say enough good about Nissan products and Nissan Sutherlin's customer service! They are outstanding! I puchassed new in 2010 - a Nissan Altima. It has 175,000 miles now and still runs strongs! We have also purchased a Nissan truck, Cube, Sentra, and Murano for our sons. I just recently have had to have the 2010 Altima serviced after 7 years (because I have had no problems at all up to this year) and Nissan Sutherlin is so outstanding in their service department too! They treated me like a VIP and never tried to up sell unnecessary work/repairs. They are also amazingly reasonably priced for repairs! I needed to have a muffler/catalytic converter replaced. I had taken it to another car repair shop before having Nissan Sutherlin do the repair to see what their cost would be compared to Nissan Sutherlin. Nissan Sutherlin was $500 less! Not only do I get excellent service and lower costs for repairs, Nissan Sutherlin goes out of the way to even drop me off and pick me up after the repair is done. My famiy is always so extremely satified when we go to Nissan Sutherlin at the Mall of GA!

What I don t like about this dealership is that I can only use $25 of my Nissan Rewards even though nowhere in the program there is such limit. I called customer service and they confirmed I should be asking for a manager next time they do that because that is not part of the terms and conditions of the Program.

I had recently purchased a vehicle from here and I must say the day I went in to get my vehicle I was there for over 5 hours. Has to be the slowest dealership I've ever been too. But the finance guy, David stated it was taking a long time to get me approved for a loan. Well I've had my vehicle almost two months now and I still don't have any loan information. The loan on my vehicle I traded in still has not been paid off, the tag on my car is expired, the dealer did not do an emission check on my vehicle prior to selling it to me. And every time I call to leave a message with David in finance or Kathy in the pay off department no one returns my calls. The level of unprofessionalism within this dealership is horrid. My only regret is coming to this dealer. My sister purchased a Nissan Altima from the dealer in Kennesaw, the best service. I just thought I'd have a good experience to since the car I wanted was here. Lesson learned! I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealer unless your paying cash.

BAD Experience! I bought the car and they were supposed to send me the extra key to the car and never did. I kept calling and calling and even spoke to the service manager about getting the extra key and no one follows through. It seems like after you purchase the car, they don't care about following up with promises after. Well, today my toddler got locked in the car and we didn't have a key! I had to call the fire department out to unlock the door. I left a message for the service manager to call me back but so far no call. Be very wary of doing business here. They just care about the sale it seems, not the customer.

Sutherlin Nissan has always provided us with excellent serice in a customer friendly environment. Our most recent experience was excellent and we were totally satisfied with the service evaluation and outcome. We have purchased two Nissan Muranos from this dealership and we are currently considering purchasing a new vehicle. We also had a friend in South Carolina purchase a vehicle from Sutherlin a few years ago. Needless to say, Sutherlin Nissan will continue to be our "dealership of choice" even though we live in South Carolina. I will continue to highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Most females hate going to a car dealership 1. For the fear of paying way more than they should and 2. Because salesmen love to smooth talk. (I work for a car dealership now so I know how this game is played) But I have to commend Sutherlin Nissan and their salesman Chad C. for the outstanding customer service I received! Chad was extremely polite through the whole process, answered all my questions, let me test drive every car I thought I might be interested in till I found the one I wanted. In the mean time listening and playing with my 1 year old. I'm telling you now I would have NOT received that where I currently work and it's a very well know dealership at that!

At no point did I ever feel like I was "being taken to the cleaners". Chad and David (in finance) did everything they possibly could to help but my car was just too new for us to do anything yet. I could have traded and still bought but they advised me on what I should do and to come back at that point. LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!! And even though after all the time Chad spent trying to help me out and for it not to work his positive upbeat attitude never changed! Can it get any better than that? NO! They don't look at you as just a sale they look at you as a person and that's what makes them EXCELLENT! I'll refer anyone to them in a heartbeat! I went in for an appointment at 10:45 thinking 30-45 minutes at most for an oil change. Close to 2 hours later I began getting inpatient. After talking with the service writer and being advised of what happened, my truck was brought out. Point is, a little communication goes a long way. I would have been reassured of the situation with my truck and I would not have gotten inpatient.

We bought 2 vehicles here a month ago.. it took 10 days to put the shelves in.. when we came to pick it up only 1 key was given.. the second was missing and we were blamed that we took it earlier.. finally the second Key was found ( according to their bs excuses) but for some reason 3 weeks later it s still in the mail..
Spoke with sales manager Mr174 20min ago.. key was mailed on Thursday.. another manager stays it was sent on Saturday..

We purchased a car with cash plus our trade 4 weeks ago. VInny was our salesman at the Mall of GA location. We reciced our tag office paperwork, stating we could go register it. Went to the tag center, they said tax was collected on the car when it shouldn't have been. Over 1000 dollars. Went to the dealership same day to confront them with documents from the tag office stating no taxes were paid on the new car by this dealership. Andre in finance made copies of our papers and said he would call us the next day. Never called. Three days later after no return calls, I left voicemails on every single finance persons voicemail that the operator would not so nicely transfer me to. Lisa called me back 2 more days later, saying the check would be in the mail the next day. Twelve days later we still have no check. I call every day several times leaving voicemail after voicemail, no return calls. This morning we went in. Andre approached us in a waiting room full of people. Speaking loudly about how there was a "error in the system" at the tag office and they mailed the check to the tag office. We asked for proof and he said come back on a business day. If you want people to buy cars...they need jobs right? How are we suppose to come back during business hours. I want the proof this dealership paid the tax on the car because they charged us for it. Buyer beware this company over taxes, and does not follow through on their paperwork, returning calls, and likes to talk down to you. Perfect way to treat a 21 year retired Veteran. I will spread this story like wild fire.

The service experience is horrible. I have tried at least three times to use the service department and I am always dissatisfied. The quality of the work is good, but the experience is always frustrating. This time I dropped my car off to get a window motor replaced on a Thursday and it was Monday before I got my car back. It was also pretty clear that the work was assumed from my description and not inspected beforehand because there was a part missing that caused some of the delays. The communication with the service representatives was also lacking - promised calls weren't made and status not supplied. I won't be back.

Poor service department at Sutherlin Nissan, Mall ...

Poor service department at Sutherlin Nissan, Mall of Georgia. My 2018 Nissan Rogue was in their service department for a recall on drivers assist for brakes suddenly locking up. The recall was a 2-part computer fix & the technician at Southerlin Nissan Mall of Georgia only corrected part 1 of the recall. He didn't correct part 2 of the recall for some reason.

Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia told me the recall problem for fully corrected & sent me on my merry way totally unsafe & put me & my family at risk of a serious or fatal accident

Approx: 1- 1/2 weeks later my brakes locked up going approx. 50 miles per hour. This almost caused an accident as the car behind me had to take corrective action to avoid my car suddenly stopping in the middle of the highway.

I took the car to another dealer to diagnose this issue & they were the one who informed me that Southerlin did not correct part 2 of the recall & they were going to notify Nissan Headquarters of the situation

I left Gary ( service manager ) at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia a voicemail to ask how this situation could have happened, but he never returned my call.

This service department appears to employ some incompetent service technicians or people that simply don't care

I will never use this service department again as they put my life in great danger !

DO NOT BUY HERE. If you absolutely need a nissan go to another dealership please!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Salesmen do not know anything about the cars they sale. The finance managers use old school sales techniques and avoid questions. Very bad service is what I received here. Ryan Palagar does not know what the hell he is doing. Needs to work vacuuming cars instead of finalizing contract deals. They add all these extra costs to the contract without telling you. The service staff are also horrible. You have been warned people. TINA CLINE, please do not reply to this with your apologies. I left you several voicemails and spoke to you about all this before this post and you did ABSOLUTELY nothing to fix it or even returned my phone call.

Brought a few work trucks here for service since they are Nissan. They take an excessive amount of time to get to the vehicles and let you know the damage you re in for. Then, they give your name and info to their sales team who tries to call and sell you on trading up your vehicles. Do you think if I brought the vehicles in for service that I am looking to trade them? And it goes to show that the staff doesn t pay attention to the correct details. Had they read the paperwork correctly, they would have seen that these vehicles I brought in were fleet vehicles owned by the company I work for, not me. And when I did disclose that they weren t mine to the pushy sales guy who called me, he then asked if I had a personal vehicle. Are you serious? Are sales hurting that bad to pester your service customers? I ve never had this happen before but it has left a horrible taste in my mouth. Won t be bringing any more vehicles here. I ll take them to the Nissan in Duluth instead.

No need to go into great detail - after reading the reviews, I see that my complaint will only be followed by a scripted response from management about how much they value my experience.
Very deceptive sales staff: asked 4 times to see a Carfax report on the vehicle. Finally, as they tried to negotiate the price, showed me the report and the car had been wrecked. To make matters worse, the sales manager said that the report said that the car had been in a "minor" accident. When I viewed the report, accident was "moderate" front end wreck that required towing!
Thank goodness we had sense enough to walk away : Also, when we arrived home, found that the same vehicle was listed online for $7000 less than their best offer.

Reply with all the platitudes you want - this was purely and simply an attempt to mislead us and rip us off!!! Beware!!

1 star is too much. Dealing with Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership and I am warning you to beware. The lease on my car was up and I was shopping around to buy out the vehicle. Everything was fine while we were waiting for numbers to be drawn up. In going back to the finance manager Ryan to discuss, he presented the numbers which were way out of my expectations because they were around $150 more than what another Nissan dealership in the area had just offered me. My decision for visiting Sutherlin was that I thought maybe I could get a better deal. That is exactly what I told Ryan, that another dealership had offered me way less under the same conditions. He said it wasn t possible. He stated why my payment at Sutherlin would be what he said it would be and I told him I didn t want the deal. I allowed him to state his case again and again and I politely declined. Ryan said he couldn t do anything more and went to get Quentin, the sales manager. Before Quentin came in, nothing had been escalated; no one was angry or fuming, just conducting a possible sales transaction. Everyone had acted like civil adults even if they were in disagreement with the terms of the potential sale. In walks Quentin, before I had a chance to speak, he was obviously already livid but had greeted me right after I had entered the dealership about an hour before. Everything about his demeanor had changed before I even told him why I didn t want the deal. He was rude, arrogant and apparently enraged, maybe because I didn t want what they were offering. I don t really know. But who would take a monthly car payment that was $150 more than the one they were offered elsewhere? Everything about my demeanor was inquisitive and professional and I politely stated I didn t want their deal even after they kept repeating the same thing over and over, trying to justify their case. Needless to say I left and did the deal with the other dealership. Walking out of that office I saved $150 a month. Crazy, isn t it? What matters most here is the behavior the sales manager, Quentin had. He was very enraged with me for not taking a bad deal. This should never be. Yes, they tried to swindle me but the obvious lack of professionalism and apparent anger projected was really the worst part. So, I d suggest you avoid this dealership. I guess if they think you re in a bind, they ll try to rip you off and if you don t take the bad deal, they ll be angry with you. Save yourself. Go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Stay Away! SCAM! I was quoted an OTD price by 3 different sales reps to confirm prior to driving there. Also had a Truecar certificate that stated the price and that the vehicle was CPO. Once I drove an hour to this dealership they added an additional $3000 in extra fees Including CPO to the OTD price! Terrible people with no regards for people s time.

My truck has been at the dealership now for 5 days due to a transmission issue ( Nissan keeps trying to perform a re flash and its clearly not the reason the RPM gauge jumps randomly, poor acceleration with hesitation since this is the 3rd time a Nissan dealership has tried to perform this. It clearly needs a new transmission at 70k miles. The first service tech I was assigned to apparently quit or got fired two days after I dropped my truck off and I didn't receive any type of update as to what was going on. I have had to call daily to figure out what the status is, and theres never a good answer or no one seems to know. I called today ( day 6) and service lady said she was going to have the service manager contact me. She stated my truck was showing in progress with the technicians. I never heard from the service manager. This dealership service department clearly needs help with customer service.

Services is a complete joke. Anthony, Maria, and the new service coordinator, Chris are the absolute worst employees. I came in two weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. They never did a tire rotation when I requested my tires to be rotated. Now my vehicle alert system is informing me that I need an oil change. My car is pretty new to have technical issues. So now I am curious if they conducted an oil change on my vehicle. I have called numerous times and i have left numerous voicemails. NO ONE has called me back. I have called Maria out about my services and demanded the manager, Anthony to give me a call back when he is available. I have waited a few days and I still haven t been contacted. Please avoid coming to this establishment!

The African American lady who is a service advisor was very helpful and very nice but everybody else who works here is unprofessional. One of the other service advisors was speaking bad about a customer just because the customer left him voicemails. I didn t feel welcomed and I asked a manager if they took payments over the phone and he just kind of rolled his eyes and said Ask you re service advisor that question 5 stars for the lady who helped me and 1 star for everybody else.

My experience didn't go as advertised. Went in for oil change, service that was purchased at the time of purchasing my vehicle and was told that I needed to pay and that they(the service department) didn't see in their system that I purchased a prepaid maintenance service. If Gary (the service rep)truly cared about the customer experience he would have taken a short walk over to the finance department to clear this up, instead I had to come back up to the dealer on and unplanned visit on a Sunday, using gas and time to resolve this on my own. Had no issues with finance department handle things quickly and professionally. Finding out from them that the system for the service rep to see my agreement was down, so the service rep also lied to me. Also waited over 30 minutes for a complimentary half done exterior car wash,with an oily shop towel left on my passenger seat. No happy about my experience.

The salesman, Julian Ramirez, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the features of the car.
