The SERVICE department is awful. I recently just purchased a new Q7 & took the car in to have the front windows tinted, clear bra and roof racks put on. They gave me a courtesy car as requested. The entire check in process was extremely rushed and there wasn t a walk-thru of my courtesy vehicle, even though they wanted me to sign/initial for everything before handing over the key. This was completely my fault as I trusted the service department and that there were no issues with the car. I drove away in very hard rainfall and come to find out, there was a rock chip/crack in the windshield. Now, I am being charged/going through insurance to fix something on this courtesy vehicle that wasn t caught beforehand. When I went back in to the service center, I explained that there was a crack in the windshield & there was not a walk-thru done with me. The current person helping me asked the man who checked me in if he performed a walk-thru, as required and he said no, I didn t. I was treated so poorly by numerous people in this department, including the service manager and I could tell they just wanted me to accept this issue and go away. I decided it was my fault for not checking and asked how to resolve the issue. They said here is the VIN & call your insurance, that s it. They were extremely condescending and treated me like I was a complete pain to them.

On a positive note, the sales department is amazing and has checked in with me numerous times since purchasing the car. Unfortunately, I will never buy another Audi since this is the only dealership/Audi service in the area.
