The perfect hotel if you're going to Sesame Place with toddlers. I was able to walk back in pouring rain to put my little one down for a nap. A word of ad: make sure you have white noise app or machine. Staff, breakfast, and location are phenomenal!

The room was clean and fine. I was disappointed that the price of the room DOES NOT include parking for your car in their parking lot ($10 per day but their sign says $15 per day so maybe it changes?) The pack n play they provided was dirty and ripped. The free breakfast options were not good (2 kinds of cereal, too ripe bananas, one kind of muffin, and a few kinds of yogurt). There was only a shower (the showerhead was not removable) so my kids couldn't take a bath or shower (one baby and one child afraid of getting his head wet).

Twice now we have had rooms there for cheerleading competition. Two weekends in a row. The rooms were booked through our organizations card. All incidentals were supposed to be charged to that card as well. The person at the desk screwed up and made our parents give their own personal cards. Charging a 150 to those cards and leaving them moneyless with kids in a different state. When we talked to the front desk the reversed these charges. However it took over a week. This weekend it happened to our daughter who is the coach for one of the teams and the person at the front desk charged all the rooms incidentals to her personal account for the whole t am. Leaving her with no money. Very upset that your hotel would leave people stranded.

Prime location for visiting Sesame Place. Free parking at the hotel and a walking path to the park means saving the cost of theme park parking. SprngHill Suites was very accommodating. A pack and play and extra towels were left in our spacious room. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there were hot and cold options and good coffee.

Very poor customer service
No rooms service
Insect and bugs all over the place
Room are not sanitized and not follow the Covid-19 rules and if you complain you gotta get the worst response ever even from the hotel customer service or from the corporate,
So I'll never go there again me or my family even we will not deal with Marriott any more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! The level of unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness I received at this hotel is something I have never even heard of before. I have done a lot of traveling in the past and this experience was by FAR the worst I have encountered. Upon my arrival, an older woman was working the reception desk and was quite unpleasant right off the bat. She didn t even greet me, just asked me to hold on. There was some issue with my reservation and come to find out they had actually overbooked the hotel that evening. I asked to speak with a manager, and he was equally unpleasant. This manager named Brian was downright rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and egocentric. He immediately started arguing me with about the room rate and didn t even offer any options or solutions. During Brian s ridiculous power trip, he even dared to scold my young child for looking around their snack area. My son literally wasn t even touching anything! I asked Brian not to speak to my child that way, and he immediately dismissed me and said I had to leave and they would not allow me to stay there. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said no. I am disabled and had just driven 6 hours that day and was appalled at the level of harassment I had just experienced. I even mentioned this to Brian and he stated something to the effect of, you don t look disabled. I ended up calling the police who came and spoke with me. The police officer talked with Brian the manager and he was even belligerent and argumentative with the police officer! The officer said to his face how unprofessional he was acting and that it was very poor management to treat a guest like that. Ultimately, the hotel is private property so the police officer said there was nothing he could do and to try and find another hotel that was nicer than this one, but he was going to write up a report noting this managers behavior. I d stay FAR AWAY from this hotel after this atrocious harassing experience. Think twice before booking at this place.

Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. No wash clothes or garbage bags in the cans had to ask the front desk for some, we were there for 3 nights and 4 days and every day we had to reset our keys to get into our room, waited 2 and a half hours after check in time to get our room even though we booked 5 months ago, cable was out 3 out of the 4 days we were there, power was out for 6 hours no lights in stair way and no back up generator, pool area was a mess and our a/c was set on 65 but never got under 70 in the room. Just over all horrible experience at the hotel.

I would advise people to beware before booking a room at this hotel. It looks like a very nice hotel and I can't speak on all the staff but as far as the housekeeping staff - they hire ex cons & people with criminal backgrounds that can't get jobs elsewhere - some may think that's an honorable thing to do but maybe you should consider that these people have theft & credit card fraud in their history .. Maybe even worse cause they don't do background checks I know because 2 people I know with shady backgrounds work there cleaning rooms. These people are in your rooms when your not there around valuables & have known criminal histories. Do you feel safe leaving your room to a person that committed credit card fraud & theft because I know for a fact that one of the people i know there has that in their recent past so recent the case is still in the early phase of court. She stole from residents in a nursing home & now ages cleaning hotel rooms around people's wallets, purses, money & credit cards. They allow known criminals access to your rooms. I would think twice about that before staying here. They also don't do drug testing cause the 2 people I know are actively doing drugs regularly. & it's not just those 2 I heard them talking about someone that just came home from prison & got a job there. I think it's insane to give those kinds of people access to rooms where people keep their valuables & bring their children - whos to say child molestation isn't in the ur background. I would just advise anyone to take this into consideration before booking at this hotel despite its location & nice appearance

I didn't realize it was directly across the street from Sesame place but at check in they gave us the heads up to get to breakfast early the next day to beat the crowds, good advice. Room was clean. Would recommend it.

I used to love this hotel. However, over the past 6 years the hotel has shown tremendous wear in the lobby furniture and in the hotel rooms. Many people with children stay here because it is conveniently across the street from Sesame Place (a great reason to stay here when you are walking with little ones). With this much abuse, they should either change the furniture and bedding more often or do deep steam cleaning on the sofas and carpets more regularly. Also, we came this year dueing the mask-wearing social distancing mandate and they do not offer a proper breakfast, when the food they do have runs out you're out of luck, and the pool and fitness center are closed. It's really just a place to lay your head at night and they haven't adjusted the price of the rooms. It doesn't seem right.

Went there with my family, my son's disabled, we got there at 2:15, granted we were early check in was supposed to be at 3:00 and it's 4:40 and they haven't given us a room. Every time we went to check all they said was you have to wait, meanwhile other people came after us got rooms.

I stayed here for a Two night stay, paid for it in full, had $290 taken out of my account as an authorization, all understandable. Heres where it gets interesting, on the morning of the second night i was staying after paying upfront for a Two night stay I was greeted by yet another authorization this time for $120.99. I went to the front desk immediately, expressed my concerns, they "assured" me it was due to my credit card and it is an authorization that will be replaced after our stay. This was 2 weeks ago to date, still missing $120.99, i received my difference of 20 something dollars because my bill was 262ish and i payed $290 up front. So my question is, where is my $120.99? I was charged for my second night stay on top of paying for it, im very aggravated and I will be boycotting all Marriott hotels and expressing my concerns to others if nothing is rectified and I am not compensated for having my money stolen from me and then lied to my face by your staffing. Fix this now.

They practically force you to use their free valet. Our room was on first floor by a side door so we didn't see the point in using valet but they made us move our vehicle. Probably so their lazy valet boys don't have to walk as far to get back to front of hotel. Instead they'd rather inconvenience their guests. We had no bath in our room. Seems odd when little kids are their primary guests. Their free WiFi is worthless. I'd rather use cell data than connect to WiFi at .25 Mbps.

This is a decent hotel that had complimentary valet parking when I arrived. Rooms are comfortable with updated facilities. Only odd thing was the bathroom has one of the smallest sinks I've ever seen and water splashes everywhere. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

A few things went wrong here: So, we had to check ...

A few things went wrong here: So, we had to check in late, arriving after a day of work and driving from NYC. We were staying for two days of fun for our toddler at Sesame Place starting the next morning, (and the hotel guests seem overwhelmingly to be families like us). Upon arrival after midnight, really very exhausted, we were given a room right off the lobby. And I mean first door off the lobby, around 1-2ft, and right next to the kitchen where they make breakfast for 630am!! Just Awful. Thankfully we brought a white noise machine with us as always, and it kept a lot of the noise to a minimum. Alas, although we had no intention of waking our exhausted toddler before she wanted to (since she went back to sleep close to 2am), the lobby noise woke her at 8am anyway.

Additionally, they gave us a room sans bathtub, just a shower! We have a 4yr old, we are going to a water park, there will be a sandbox and dirty chloriney-wet bodies... we need a bathtub to soak the grime off her!! We asked immediately, they said something with a tub should open up the next day around noon, but the hotel was booked solid and despite our advanced reservation, there was nowhere else we could be moved to. This isn't Europe or the Caribbean, so who puts in only a shower at a family friendly hotel with a giant cut out of Elmo in the lobby?!!? We had to waste time the next day, moving everything, and missing the whole morning at Sesame Place.

Finally, when they did move us, after we packed up all the stuff and wheeled it down the hallway, it was to a room of such noxious, horrible, fetid odour that I actually gagged and felt sick!!!! The smell was like a mix of some industrial strength cleaning powder and cigarette smoke and old food - just God awful! We had a small bottle of lavender room spray for the bathroom, but I used almost 1/3 of the 4oz bottle in the first hour trying to get rid of the smell. It had dissipated some by our check out morning... or maybe we were just immune to the smell and feeling of being sick by then.

And these issues leave out the cleaning person knocking despite the "be quiet we are sleeping" door tag we put on the outer handle- and the need to dress quickly to go see who it was when changing to go to the park! Only to have the woman say all casual and cavalier: "i saw the door tag, sorry i knocked." The tag is quite distinctive and very hard to miss.

It also leaves out the sad, sad, disgusting eggs at breakfast. We have stayed at all manner of "breakfast included" spots - Homewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn, etc... - but these were by far the very worst eggs I have ever tasted!! 3mornings of eggs that were floating in a pool of water and actually tasted like the powder they must have come from. No amount of cheese or spinach or buttered bread could help.

So why only two stars lost? Overall the rooms were both clean (horrid smells in the second aside) and the staff were as friendly and accommodating as can be expected at a family water park adjacent hotel. The shower only bathroom was beautiful if also completely anti-utilitarian for parents with a toddler (see pic). The pool was working this time (during our 2016 one night stay, the whole thing was broken, this time just the hot tub was broken), although the pool is still of a criminally small size.

And honestly, we stayed there because it was walking distance to Sesame Place, so we knew it would not be Amazing, but we were happy for a quick commute in the event of a toddler meltdown. I imagine we might stay there again... maybe. But we would ask ahead of time for a room NOT so close to the front that you hear constant doors opening/closing and constant key card usage. And we would also specify up front that without a bathtub, the room is useless! We would ask for a non-smoking, non-noxious odour room. And we would probably plan to get our daily dose of cheesy-eggy breakfast protein elsewhere.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Would be five stars but they neglected to explain to our group and other guests (as we saw someone else throwing a fit at the counter) that there would be a $250 deposit placed on our credit card. We understand that deposits are common, but we expect to be told all prices and deposit amounts up front so we can make an informed choice. Imagine someone traveling on a limited budget using a debit card, that's a lot of money to suddenly have no access to during your stay.

The rooms were very nice, I love Springhill suites hotel because they think of everything for you. You get a fridge and microwave but you also get plates, cups and silverware too. Most hotels don't think of that. The beds were comfortable and the room was very modern. I would stay here again if I'm in town for work.

Just Checked out!! I must say I will be back soon! From the valet staff Cailee and Corey G and Vicente at the front desk everything was perfect. My kids loved the breakfast! The valets even said they would have gone to the store for me as well! Now I am on the way back to Connecticut as my husband is driving of course! We will be back soon. Thank you so much

For the last few years we have stayed at spring hill suites when we go to sesame place. It is close enough to walk. The rooms are large and clean. The pool and fitness areas are nice. The breakfast is one of the best compared to other free breakfasts at other hotels.

The room was ok, had to clean it myself of course. The breakfast, pool, gym was closed due to corona understandably so. I had an issue with the additional $20 charge that wasn t in any fine print. The employee wasn t wearing a mask and didn t know why I got charged more than it showed on my confirmation. She guessed it was an incidental fee. No manager available and it irritates me that nobody could help me.

The bottom line is that this hotel is convenient if you are visiting Sesame Place; the park is a safe, easy five-minute walk from the hotel on nice new sidewalks good for strollers. Free parking, free breakfast.

I am glad I read reviews so I was prepared for our stay. There were a few things I read that I found very helpful in preparing me for our visit.

The rooms were just OK. They show obvious signs of use (e.g., stains on carpets). Our bathroom door would not stay closed. The sheets were papery texture and sheets and pillows felt cheap. But these are all things to be expected at a SpringHill Suites and for an overnight stay it was fine.

The breakfast scene is chaotic, with kids being kids and adults doing the best they can. There are about 10 tables in the lobby/breakfast area, and they fill up quickly but the turnover seems quick. My wife watched and waited while I started getting us food and within a few minutes a table opened up and she staked our claim. The noise level was high - I felt bad for the one businessman in a suit reading the newspaper. They do have a great spread: fruits, yogurts, real eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, waffle station, etc. and the staff refilled things regularly and personally brought us some cream cheese after I asked if they could refill the container.

Customer service was good. Check-in was quick and easy. There are luggage carts near the entrance. I recommend pulling your car right up to the front and loading your luggage onto a cart if possible.

Did not use the pool because it looked small and crowded with rowdy kids older than our 1.5-year-old.

I really wanted to love this hotel because of its proximity to Sesame Place, but I did not. There was food left from the last guest in the fridge of our room when we arrived. Bare minimum cleanings each day which included not replacing dirty glasses and towels with new ones. We even put the towels in a nice pile in the shower so they knew to change them, but they were not. I don t think the bathroom was cleaned during our 3 day stay. Also, the pool was shut down for the entire stay. Frustrating when you have 3 little ones that want to go for a quick swim! Now I know that part may have been out of their hands, however, hotel employees had no answers. Literally, I asked if the pool was working yet and the front desk person responded with I don t know, I haven t asked yet

We stayed at this hotel a week ago from Sunday to Monday. Location is nice? Of course! Just a path away from Sesame Place. The decor is nice and modern too. But the pool,,,what pool? As I have read other reviews here from a month ago, the pool was not working. They said someone threw a soiled diaper in the pool and should be good by tonight. Nothing was working by night next morning I asked again they said should be good by 10 am. 10 am came nothing. Checkout came NOTHING! Now with kids you pay more for the hotel based on amenities of course but it was not working. They say I am sorry accidents happen! Of course! I totally understand that. But if accidents happen you should be prepare to fix them as I see this is a constant problem with this hotel. We have been going to sesame for the past 8 years and always stayed at Sheraton Bucks County, which is also across the street from the park and they offer shuttles to the park. I decided to try this new hotel since not even a shuttle was needed. Boy did I regret it. Do yourselves a favor, and for less money with almost same distance book Sheraton Bucks County at least you will have a pool there. One more thing I like to mention is their breakfast, its nice and lots of variety but OMG what a CHAOS! This was a monday morning... sooo many people not even a place to sit. Its a self serve you make your own waffles too, so line was crazy! Can not imagine how it is like on weekends! All I can say is GOOD LUCK! I hope the pool will be working for you.. enjoy the approximately to the park and the nice modern decor because this is all your money is paying for.

I gave this Hotel 5 stars when I visited last year.

This year I would give it zero if I could. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 7 pm at night, guaranteed check-in is at 4pm. We had asked for adjoining or "close as possible rooms" and initially ended up down the hall. We soon discovered the AC in our room was not functioning and would not go below 80 degrees. We then had to pack up the whole family at 11pm at night to move to a downgraded room on a different floor which had AC. We had reserved a room with two queens and got a king instead. In downgrading, the tub was replaced with a shower which was not kid friendly and was filthy.

The breakfast was awful, ran out of apple juice, no fruit and the waffles makers were broken. One person working the breakfast.

They stripped down one of our rooms after breakfast before we even checked out.

The only plus is that it is across from Sesame Place, but this doesn't make up for all the other issues. Stay someplace else.

This hotel is not run well, severely understaffed and it shows. This does not live up to Marriott standards. I would not recommend and plan to take it up with corporate Marriott.

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the past few years.. just called again tonight to find out about booking our stay there for this weekend-- I asked about the Sesame place package deals and the front desk help , named "Tom" was super helpful, knowledgeable and very nice!! I see they still have the same great service! I am definitely looking forward to celebrating my son's 5th birthday there this weekend for a fun time, conveniently located right across the street to Sesame Place!

A dream on paper, a nightmare in reality. Pro: 5 mins walk from Sesame Place, free breakfast. Con: literally everything else. We arrived at 8pm; our room was finally cleaned and ready for us 90 mins later. The other dozen families ahead of us on line had been waiting since earlier that afternoon. Even after we got our room, we had to wait another 15 mins for sheets (still in the laundry) so we could make the pull-out bed for my oldest daughter. Room was missing crib for my youngest. Linens on our bed were too small. When I complained to the manager, I got brushed off with a few rewards points refunded. Stay elsewhere, the convenience isn't worth dealing with the epic levels of mismanagement.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is if you are visiting Sesame Place. It is so close to the park you can walk there in about five minutes. The hotel is typical for a Springhill Suites type hotel. The rooms were clean. They also offer free breakfast, though we didn t partake due to crowd of amusement park goers staying there and a holiday day weekend. Though I think on a regular week or weekend it would be fine. Staff at the hotel was friendly and they have complimentary valet (though not sure why b/c parking is easy and close to hotel even in the back). My only suggestion for management is to keep the lobby, elevators and entrance way a bit cleaner. It wasn t filthy, but it could definitely be maintained/cleaned more proactively throughout the day. Overall it s a nice and convenient hotel for your Sesame Place visit.

A really great place to stay especially if you are going to Sesame Place with your kids. The rooms are incredibly clean and recently updated, the rest of the hotel is very clean as well. The staff are very courteous and make sure that your every need is met. There is a nice sidewalk to go to Sesame Place from the hotel so save your money on parking and just stay at this hotel instead. The hotel is geared towards families and kids so that was a huge plus for me with my two kids. I would stay here again!
