Poor management. They need better training. They charged my card four different times for a one night stay after telling me one price and then charging me something totally different. They did not only charge me once, they charged me four times! I will not be returning, I do not recommend.

Cons

Cons
Not a clean hotel, i found a fruit snack and a slice of bread under my bed. The couch was stained all over, the rug smelt like dirty feet. The breakfast was a joke, it was powdered eggs with some type of meat, cerial, bread and wafles, it was served in the lobby and there were no waiters or waitresses. Cleaning people were very wierd and shady looking. Theres are no spots in the lot so you are forced to use valet. The indoor pool smelt like it was all chlorine and no water. The firepit area is in the back of the parking lot, not private at all. The free wifi doesn't exist, you are forced to pay 5$ daily for enhanced wifi because the free wifi is absolutely horrible. The shower was also disgusting, it filled up with water while the shower was turned on and it had a skeavy shower curtain that rubbed up against you while you showered. The walls are super thin, you can hear every crying baby on, above and below your floor through the night. Kids playroom area was very dirty and the toys were filthy and smelt disgusting.

Pros
Literally closer than sesame places parking lot, like a 1 minute walk to the gates of sesame place. Staff is friendly and professional. Air condition works good. My daughter left her cookie monster in the room and they were nice enough to ship it back to me. A lot of shopping in the area and some good places to eat also in the area, I recommend maryanne's homestyle cooking for breakfast and lunch, and miller ale house had decent food for dinner. Dont order from al forne, food is terrible (Con). Large rooms and cool desk inside, also comes equipped wih hair dryer and iron with ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was also large.

We were there for Sesame Place, which is convenient because it is a 3 min walk. The rooms have a good amount of space, including a couch, a desk, and a refrigerator. It's very family friendly.

Great place to stay for sesame place. There is a walking path to the park that is just about as close as walking from the Sesame Place parking lot. The rooms are comfortable. My only complaint is that the room only had a shower, no bathtub. Our 2 year old is afraid of the shower. I should have paid more attention to this when booking the room.

They now charge $15 per day for parking but don't tell you that until you see your bill or inquire. Backdoor security lock missing but sign next to door promises your security is their utmost concern. Breakfast is bare minimal of the minimal and my family actually walked in and out. We went to eat breakfast elsewhere. Seems like there is a staffing issue as well since front desk clerk was putting out breakfast items too. They used to have dedicated staff for this am process and it used to feel like a big breakfast table for everyone. <br/>This time everyone was just grabbing for the slim pickings and they ran out of milk! Last year we did notice a slight decline in food and services but nothing as bad as this year. The mildew in our bathroom shower was absolutely ridiculous, black, brown and red colored. There were also mold spots on wall. Management sent maintenance to check it out and promised it would be fixed for the next occupant, GREAT FOR ME RIGHT! I asked for linens 3 times before they actually arrived. Sofa bed had no sheets or linens on it. First time that I ever saw that! Rooms left wide open as housekeeper made way through cleaning process. Why do I have to see all the messy rooms as I am walking to mine? ONLY stayed here because of quick walk to Sesame and it used to feel like home a way from home, a no brainer. As we were out, I was actually depressed to have to go back to this hotel. Front staff was passively rude and management blamed children for items not working i.e luggage cart and phone in our room. This really irked me. It is because of these children that parents drop a lot of money to stay at this hotel. So, even if a child broke something just fix it and don't make excuses!! I realize people are going to stay here because of the location but just wanted to let others know what to expect. This hotel is in some sort of transition process but I hope it returns to its former glory!! It was a nice to have and depressing that it has gone downhill so fast.

One of the best hotels I've been at this year so far . Right across from Sesame Street so perfect for people traveling there. breakfast area was packed, and food was overall good . Only complaint is that there's no parking around the whole building. so it is hard to find a good parking spot near where your room is and you may need to park on the opposite side

The staff was great from when we checked through the whole visit. We stayed there for a trip to Sesame Place and it was the perfect location. The breakfast was great, rooms cleans, and valet service amazing even gave us cold waters for our drive home.

Worst customer service, we were in room 209, room was big but the blankets were dirty. Our room wasn't ready until 7pm for check in and on a top of that the manager on duty had an attitude defending the staff. When we ask for prorate or later check out time he said he doesn't "feelin it" giving any discount to us because we were rude waiting for room until 7pm.The staff on the front desk, Andrew was very nice and polite and valet guys were the best. this was our first time here and i think last.

Close by to sesame place, just need to cross the street, no search for parking space, or waiting for shuttle bus, staff is helpful, place is clean and tidy. Breakfast is not really present very simple and back to basics.

This is seriously one of the best experiences staying in a hotel we have ever had. It was so clean, you could actually walk on the floor barefoot without getting grossed out, or washing your feet before jumping into bed to get some sleep. The rooms were spacious and very well furnished. Pull out couch was also comfortable, but the king size bed really helped in getting some much needed rest. Recommend it for everyone. Staff went above and beyond, ALWAYS!

The staff were friendly and could just be a bit more accessible. I had to call the desk a few times and wait at night to check in. The cleaners, parking staff and front desk attendants were very kind. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a fridge and microwave. There are so many restaurants and stores around. The hotel tried to be very kid friendly as it is next to Sesame place. There is a Fridays near that is open until 1am

We had a king bed with a pull out couch. Our room smelled horrible. The bathroom door came off the track and I was stuck in there and there were froot loops in the pull out couch. Since we only stayed one night I didn't mention it but consider yourself warned.

My husband and I visited this Marriott for our son s second birthday. What was supposed to be a fun and memorable experience turned out to be our worst experience at a hotel by far. From the very beginning of our stay until the end, we experienced the worst display of customer service and racism by front desk supervisor Heather Tendziegloski and assistant manager Brian Cottman in front of other guests who were similarly appalled and in front of our son s birthday guests. We will never be staying at a Marriott hotel again and will be lodging a more formal complaint as well. To date, Marriott has not resolved our reached out to resolve our experience.

It's really close to Sesame place. It's within walking distance, roughly 2 to 3 minutes. WiFi has a login page like most hotels, so Chromecast won't work without going through a little extra hassle. They also sell faster WiFi for $5 more a day.

Decent hotel very close to sesame place and the free valet parking was great. We had to go out of our way to ask for more towels and pillows when it was three of us staying. The valet guys are great and all we're very friendly. The front staff wasn't that warming in my opinion. Breakfast was also decent (pretty standard) but it can be a madhouse depending on the time. The fridges in the rooms suck. We had milk for our daughter getting way too warm so we ended up just putting it on ice. I would recommend staying here but it isn't the best hotel I've stayed at.

Great location. Just a walk across the street from Sesame Place. Hotel staff was great.. however the bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled like garlic, the bathroom fan was insanely noisy, the shower had rust stains on the corner of the door, and the bathroom sink was too tall for my daughter. Another thing I noticed was, we couldn't get the Sprout Channel in our room. I don't know if we had to pay extra for it. But the Sprout Channel was playing in the lobby when we checked in. Smh. The breakfast area was full of rude families, but so was Sesame Place itself. Lol & the balloon guy... I felt awful for him. He deserves more tips. He was very patient. My daughter still has her "Elmo Balloon Hat"!
