Corey and Melvin did the installations of all new paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers across our 2 very large production facilities. They showed up early to the job, were very friendly and professional, as well as quick. I have requested that they are the 2 installers to come out to do our 5 retail sites, as well. as a trucker helping deliver goods so America can stay rolling. i come here to western paper to deliver went in ask to use restroom while i waited. the man says wheres your mask. i looked at him and another man that didnt have a mask on. he said i dont know where you been. i said Oklahoma. point being if he was requesting everyone to where a mask then they should let noone thru the door without one. so i think as truckers if we cant use the restrooms where we deliver. then we should start our detention pay 30 minutes after our appointment time. because we mute have to get somewhere to relieve ourselves. one morr thing to add if it wasnt for truckers this country would stop and these folks wouldn't have a job. i guess the president is one of the few that appreciate us truckers.

Even if he is unsure about a product that I just randomly found a google search and whether or not Western Paper can supply it he always makes sure to follow-up or find better options. So all in all we've experienced nothing but excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Western Paper Distributors.
I was amazed at the level of customer service all the way form online ordering, to call backs from customer service confirming my order, to unbelievable next day local delivery in 8 inches of snow....I will always 'go to ' this fabulous local Colorado company' due to outstanding customer service and great products. These guys are AWESOME! Everything from their product to their equipment repair service is phenomenal. We just had them out to complete an installation of soap & towel dispensers in our memory care & the gentlemen that did it were very efficient, respectful & great with our residents. Josh & Maddie have always been very prompt and helpful in helping us choose the right chemicals & address any concerns immediately. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who wants a great line of products & great customer service to back it up!

0600 appointment. Didnt touch the truck until 9. Unloaded others who came in later and had later appointments first. Dock workers were rude.
