My service provider Pablo is the best! Anytime I need service on my car, or if I feel my car needs a little check up he is always there to help. He is always super nice and joyful and makes the experience easy. He is literally the best!

We have been with the Benz family for quite a few years since 2004! Over the years we have been provided with nothing less than excellent customer service and that means a lot. From the start we were blessed with the assistance of Gary Smith and wow what a ride that has been. I can t think of one word that describes how awesome Gary has been and continues to be. Trust me awesome is not enough to fully describe this gentleman, maybe over the top but that is more than one word . When it was time to get a new one my son contacted Gary and found out he was on a LOA but he still took the time to refer us to someone in his absence (that s just the way he rolls). Just when we thought the ride was over in comes Karol s ( with a K) and Keith. It has been amazing how the torch has been passed and the customer service is still top notch. Karole and Keith have been simply amazing!! I must say that the service at Southbay Mercedes Benz in Torrance Ca is top of the chart and we will continue to consider them family

I purchased an exceptionally low mileage (28,400 miles) 2006 Lexus. The sales experience was low key--not high pressure. The car was in perfect (a word I do not use lightly) condition. After driving a couple of weeks I can find nothing wrong with it. I am very happy with the car. Only criticism is that processing the paperwork took about two hours too long for a straight cash transaction.

Frank Perri is awful. This dealership has poor management. Go to Long Beach. My car was taken in on a Thursday morning for a faulty sensor. I was told the part needed to be ordered. Part was received Friday. My car was not worked on Friday. Sat. Or Sunday. Here we are Monday I still am without my car. I wish client satisfaction was top priority Frank. Service is in your job title

My Salesperson, Mercedes Bonness, the General Manager, including Liz Malone, the Financial Services Manager provided a Class A customer service. Buying cars may have its ups and downs, but my experience at South Bay MBZ was considered to be exemplary and most importantly, it was a hassle-free sales experience.
I will definitely recommend this dealership!! Kudos to the friendly and professional staff, most especially the General Manager!

The experience I had with Eric Ordonez was absolutely incredible! His customer service was professional and REAL. He continued to focus on what I specifically wanted and needed to be able to get into my new car. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see him at SB Mercedes. He will forever get my business! Also Angela in Finance there is a delight to work with! When you go into a dealership you expect hassle long waits and pushy sales teams, not here! They focus on what's best for their clients and I am beyond thrilled with my decision to get a Mercedes through them!

My Customer Service Representative, Natalie Duncan, could not have done more to make my routine service visit, efficient, smooth and friendly. Horrible (it won't allow zero stars). Sales person did not know the car (had to keep looking at the window to see the options). Our trade in (also a mercedes) was lower than blue book due to airbag recall (parts on back order). He first said that we would still have to pay for the part (wrong!) and when we said we can't sell the car to a private party due to the recall, he said we should try to sell at the blue book value, but not tell any buyers about the recall. He also said the car we wanted was in their inventory, but it was not. We ended up buying from Mercedes-Santa Monica instead.

Mercedes-Benz of South Bay always take good care of me and my vehicle. I have had nothing but great experiences! The customer service is great and the waiting area is cozy (CLEAN, air-conditioned, has snacks and entertainment i.e. music and television etc). I want to especially shout out Brad and Jenna! They go above and beyond for their customers/clients and are always professional and willing to take care of any inquiries [in person or over the phone] I may have! THEY ARE DEFINITELY A HUUUUUGE PART OF THE REASON I CONTINUE TO GO TO SOUTH BAY MERCEDES-BENZ. THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION, JENNA AND BRAD... YOU TWO ROCK!

A very bad experience. Unknowledgeable people top the list, followed by uncaring management. I bought my beautiful 400E convertible two days ago, and I'm learning about it by myself as virtually none of my questions were answered correctly during the buying process. My "no more than 45 minutes" to get the car financed and papers signed turned out to be well over 2 hours of waiting before the "45 minutes" began, although the finance manager Angela McKeever was wonderful, The salesman did not look over the car to find the minor flaws I found the next day. Do not come here expecting to be treated like a premium car buyer.

I DROVE FOR AN HOUR TO PURCHASE A C450 CPO AND I ASKED THE SALES MAN TO MAKE SURE ALL THE PAPERWORK IS READY BECAUSE I SUBMITTED MY INFORMATION EARLY IN THE MORNING. I GOT THERE AT 7PM THINKING ILL BE IN AND OUT MAX IN AN HOUR. BOY I WAS WRONG. NOTHING WAS DONE, TOOK THE CAR ON A TEST DRIVE AND AFTER WE CAME BACK I STARTED CHECKING THE VEHICLE, THE SEAT WAS BROKEN THE TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON WAS ALSO BROKEN, THE MANAGER ALI WANTED TO SCREW ME BY A 500$ LESS ON MY TRADE IN, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN EACH OTHER OR MAYBE THEY TRYING TO PLAY ME...AFTER 3 HOURS OF BATTLING TO GET THE DEAL THAT WE AGREED ON OVER THE PHONE AND I GOT UP AND LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY FOLLOWED OUTSIDE SAYING OK WE WILL HONOR THE 500$ ALLOWANCE ON MY TRADE I FINALLY SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. WHEN IM ABOUT TO LEAVE I ALSO NOTICED THAT SD CARD WAS MISSING FOR THE NAVIGATION SO I ASKED ERIC ORDONEZ ABOUT IT SAID DONT WORRY I WILL MAIL YOU ONE.ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NO SD CARD YET...MY CAR HAD TO STAY FOR 5 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED IT IN THE SERVICE DEPT AT MERCEDES BENZ OF ONTARIO SO THEY CAN FIX THE BROKEN SEAT AND TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We did a two car lease with Emily Anderson. We dreaded the process but Emily was wonderful, professional and pleasure to do business with. There was never any pressure and she went above and beyond to follow-up and obtain information we requested. Her door remains open for any future problems or questions. I would highly recommend Emily to everyone!!!!

I work for Sotheby's International Reality and I sell a lot of high-end properties and to a list of Celebrities, I found that the service I received from my salesman Hayes Mc Millian Jr and the entire staff of Mercedes-Benz of South Bay was second to none and the best car buying experience I have had in over 50 years of buying cars. Mr McMillian was knowledgeable about the car delivered on everything he promised and had me in and out of the dealership in a matter of minutes. The entire environment of the dealership was very warm and friendly and they made me an excellent deal.
Hats of to Mr Hayes Mc Millan I will be sending all my clients that need a Mercedes to him.

Came in and the employees sitting in their offices...

Came in and the employees sitting in their offices didn t wear masks until they had to speak to a client.
I had Sonia take care of my service. Didn t seem to care that my car would be done the next day and when I asked if I could get a loaner she says they JUST ran out of loaners.

Next day when my car was ready I came in and she was out to lunch so I had someone else close me out.
Later that day she sent me an email not about how the service went or to see if I had any concerns, but to ask if I wanted to sign up for the drive pink credit card.

I usually deal with Eddie and he was excellent, sadly they told me he was no longer there..
Wouldn t recommend Sonia.

I did my research online and go through several online car buying services to get the quote on the 2016 E350. When I get to the dealership, I already have an idea of what the average price (or fair market price if you want to call that) the car is sell for. The sales, Roger, is polite and professional. Don t let his age and statue fools you; Roger knows about the car he is selling, the history of Mercedes product line and how the car behaves and performed. He is one of few car salespersons I come across in years of buying experience that really deserve his commission. Since we all know how much the car is selling for in the market, the negotiation is relatively quick; we still haggle a little just to sweet the deal. I am sure if I spent several weekends to go through dealers around the area, I probably can get a better price, but I am happy with the price I got.



The only complaint I have on my car buying process is that the pre-deliver car was was a so-so job at the best. The car I got is white color and so several of the bird dropping brown spots was not wash off, nor is the interior vacuumed/clean thoroughly. It was about 9 PM on a raining Saturday before the Christmas holiday and so the cleaning job was probably done in a hurry, but nevertheless, the final process of the car buying experience should live up to the MB standard.

The overall buying experience was good. Now let s see how the service experience will be like when I bring the car in for the first scheduled maintenance.

I recently purchased a CLA250 from South Bay Mercedes in Torrance, and couldn t be happier. After 20+ years of owning the same car and months, if not years, visiting multiple dealerships and test driving vehicles of every size, shape and color, I was finally compelled to sign on the dotted line. Aaron Rice broke through with an awesome product at a fair price. He was willing to negotiate a deal I was comfortable in paying without feeling pressured or cajoled. The dealership was professional, comfortable and pleasant to be in. Even finance, which can be daunting, had a relaxed, easy feel about it. Aaron was knowledgeable in the product and thorough in dispensing all Mercedes Benz has to offer as an automobile and an auto maker.

Walked around today, Jan 29, looking at a couple of vehicles at the dealership. Could not get the attention of any of the salesmen. I went there to see two C 300s that I located on their website. Maybe they were out to lunch since it was 1:15 p.m. I left at 1:35. I figured if no one showed in 20 min, how would my servicing fare in this type of non-challant attitude. Will not return.

Nice dealership. Surprisingly good source of parts for us stubborn old Mercedes drivers who just can't let go of our old car and have the will to work on ot all the time.

I had been looking all over the place for various parts, until I needed one which I simply couldn't find online. I called their parts department and they had just what I needed for a remarkably reasonable price.

The trouble with buying parts here is seeing all the gorgeous new models they have available. But they still don't have anything like my good old CLK... aside from that big gorgeous S class AMG monstrosity, which I do cover, of course. But the payments would be more than the missus would approve of, probably...

Keith Cambra, my sales person was very nice and went out of his way to make me feel very comfortable. Going to other dealerships had been very stressful already but I have to admit, it was a very nice experience with everyone. So nice!..
The financial services manager, Allam Kordab was very awesome as well and with Lee whom were awesome in helping me get the best financing available for me. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Mercedes-Benz of South Bay. They worked very hard to get me the best interest rate possible. Not many dealerships will go out of their way to help out and they did for me. My girls and I are very happy with our new car. Thanks so Much... You guys are awesome...

I normally take my S550 to LA Downtown Motors for service because the last 2 times prior to today my experience was awful at the South Bay dealership, one time with Brad Parker who seemed unhappy working there and barely acknowledged me and other time with another employee who told me they were understaffed and that I had to come back another day. So this time I was reluctant to visit you but I was crunched with time and because you're near my house so I made an appointment online and was supposed to see April Stewart at 2:20 pm, I got there at 2:10 and one of the service people told me that April was going to be with shortly, 20 minutes had gone by and she didn't even come outside to acknowledge me or even a simple I will be with you in few minutes. I could see her in her office sitting in front of her computer alone. Customers pay premium dollars for servicing their vehicles here and elsewhere and should expect nothing less than first class customer service/experience.

Very very bad experience.
This is the 3rd time I take my wife s car to service for the same malfunction (convertible with a leak).
The service agent was not helpful at all . It took you guy over 2 weeks to come back with the same coment : we are not able to replicate the problem , which I probably could understand but... what about the lack of interest of the device guy ?... what about 2 weeks waiting for my car? ... This dealership could really impove!

Working with Darius made the whole, long, drawn out experience worth it. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely tried to help. I walked out of there in my dream car. Ask for him. Seriously. You'll understand from the jump why he is so awesome.

The dealership works well together and Allam in finance was fantastic too.

You are buying a car so it can take forever, my only suggestion is providing the client something productive to do in the mean time, or check in on them more frequently.

I went to South Bay Mercedes- Benz early morning of Tuesday November 1st. I was greeted very professionally and pleasantly by the Service director Kevin Begane . As soon as he found out why I was there, he assigned a service adviser to help me. Roger Omine the service adviser was very respectful, checked my passenger mirror that was broken, and showed me what parts he possibly had to replace. Around 10:00 o clock the same day he called me with an estimate, which I approved. My car was ready for pick up the next day as I expected.
I had a very good experience with South Bay Mercedes specially with Kevin Begane and Roger Omine.
I will recommend south Bay Mercedes to my family and friends.

Very horrible service. I went to see a vehicle on their used car lot, test drove the vehicle and was ready to finalize the purchase and sign the paperwork but then they tell me that they can not sell it to me because someone else was going to see the vehicle later on and they wanted to sell it to them. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The purchase process should be first come first serve, not pick and choose who gets the vehicle. Very UNHAPPY with their management and their customer service. Very rude, horrible service. It frustrates me that they wasted my time like that, if they had been upfront with me that the vehicle was already sold I wouldn't have had an issue. I feel very DISRESPECTED and INSULTED.

My salesperson (I believe his name was) Collin was very informative and showed me several times the automobiles I wanted to see. He was very patient with me as it was a big decision I was making. The only reason this is not a 5 star as the wait after the decision was made was very long, probably due to the volume of sales made that day. It was very long. I love my car, after taking it to my mechanic, it needed 2 new front tires and brake system to be flushed & 2 new front windshield wipers as they were not the Honda brand & did not work very well. It is a beautiful like new car now!

Best experience of purchasing a car. I can prepare ahead everything through phone and on line. In and out about 1 hour, I can bring new car home.
The sale agent (Emily Anderson) & whole team support was very attentive and wonderful. I was enjoy buying a car, enjoy the company and totally enjoy the new car.
