My review is based on the service department. I would not recommend getting a Mercedes service her (especially if you are out of warranty). They charge more than other Mercedes dealers. Very bad on communication (had my car for almost a month without any updates). Takes extremely long to fix any issues (took about two weeks just to change a battery). My car has been damage by them multiple times and I ve reported it. But they live by the rule can you prove it (so I recommend recording your car before leaving it (in and out). They gave me a loaner car at enterprise but never picked up the tab. So I ended up paying for it. I have so many other things that occurred as well but I ll leave it here. If you decide to use South Bay Mercedes best of luck to you.
