I have never before experienced such horrible customer service. I went in the day after Memorial Day where the manager, told me I missed the sale that would save me $1k by just one day. I understood, after all, it was the day after a holiday. I was however highly disappointed that she wouldn t discount the playset at all and mentioned that we did receive a stimulus check and did still have our jobs, so we could use that money to pay full price on the playset. That is the worst sales pitch I have ever heard. I informed her that I was willing to wait for a deal because with the economy the way it is, there s no telling if I will have my job next month. She then called me last week to inform me of their current promotion which would end 7/3. I told her I would either be in by then, or would be in for the 4th of July sale. On 7/4/2020, I called their office and nobody answered. I then left a message on Facebook where they informed me they were closed for the holiday. I really wish that information was given to me when I told the sales manager I would be there for the Fourth of July. I visited again today, 7/5/2020, where I was told, once again, that I missed the sale by one day and couldn t discount the unit at all. We were really looking forward to owning a Rainbow playset, but the you missed the sale by one day but you can use your stimulus money and pay full price game is ridiculous.
Edit: the sales manager contacted me to make things right. It was a rocky start, but Jennifer and the regional manager helped get this resolved. We look forward to receiving our new rainbow playset.
So dissatisfied with this company. Back in the beginning of May I ordered a playground for my kids and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be installed which was fine I understood not always were items in stock. But now it has been a month and a half later and it is still not finished. They keep forgetting to "order the parts" or the get "the wrong item". It's just a huge mess would not recommend this company.
I am very pleased with the quality of materials used for the playground equipment I purchased. ALL of the personnel (salespeople and installation crew) were courteous and knowledgeable. My swing set is being enjoyed by ages 2 through 60!
Purchased Polywood furniture from Homefield, Corpus Christi, this summer. The sales staff was extremely helpful in helping us find just the right pieces of outdoor furniture for our needs and budget. Upon delivery they put everything together, placed it right where we wanted it, and confirmed that we got exactly what we wanted.

We bought an XL Green Egg from Homefield Living in Corpus Christi a few years ago. By far, this is the best grill on the market. Delivery and set up was fantastic. There was a little paint scratch on the cap, homefield got me some touch up paint quickly. The lifetime warrenty is the best part of owning this ceramic grill. We had to use it when our fire box and egg base cracked. The store staff handled my claim like professionals. I am very pleased with their service and ability to satisfy the customers.
