I DROVE FOR AN HOUR TO PURCHASE A C450 CPO AND I ASKED THE SALES MAN TO MAKE SURE ALL THE PAPERWORK IS READY BECAUSE I SUBMITTED MY INFORMATION EARLY IN THE MORNING. I GOT THERE AT 7PM THINKING ILL BE IN AND OUT MAX IN AN HOUR. BOY I WAS WRONG. NOTHING WAS DONE, TOOK THE CAR ON A TEST DRIVE AND AFTER WE CAME BACK I STARTED CHECKING THE VEHICLE, THE SEAT WAS BROKEN THE TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON WAS ALSO BROKEN, THE MANAGER ALI WANTED TO SCREW ME BY A 500$ LESS ON MY TRADE IN, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN EACH OTHER OR MAYBE THEY TRYING TO PLAY ME...AFTER 3 HOURS OF BATTLING TO GET THE DEAL THAT WE AGREED ON OVER THE PHONE AND I GOT UP AND LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY FOLLOWED OUTSIDE SAYING OK WE WILL HONOR THE 500$ ALLOWANCE ON MY TRADE I FINALLY SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. WHEN IM ABOUT TO LEAVE I ALSO NOTICED THAT SD CARD WAS MISSING FOR THE NAVIGATION SO I ASKED ERIC ORDONEZ ABOUT IT SAID DONT WORRY I WILL MAIL YOU ONE.ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NO SD CARD YET...MY CAR HAD TO STAY FOR 5 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED IT IN THE SERVICE DEPT AT MERCEDES BENZ OF ONTARIO SO THEY CAN FIX THE BROKEN SEAT AND TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I COMPLAINED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME OVER A WEEK. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM SOUTH BAY BENZ EVER AGAIN.
