I went to South Bay Mercedes- Benz early morning of Tuesday November 1st. I was greeted very professionally and pleasantly by the Service director Kevin Begane . As soon as he found out why I was there, he assigned a service adviser to help me. Roger Omine the service adviser was very respectful, checked my passenger mirror that was broken, and showed me what parts he possibly had to replace. Around 10:00 o clock the same day he called me with an estimate, which I approved. My car was ready for pick up the next day as I expected.
I had a very good experience with South Bay Mercedes specially with Kevin Begane and Roger Omine.
I will recommend south Bay Mercedes to my family and friends.
