Horrible (it won't allow zero stars). Sales person did not know the car (had to keep looking at the window to see the options). Our trade in (also a mercedes) was lower than blue book due to airbag recall (parts on back order). He first said that we would still have to pay for the part (wrong!) and when we said we can't sell the car to a private party due to the recall, he said we should try to sell at the blue book value, but not tell any buyers about the recall. He also said the car we wanted was in their inventory, but it was not. We ended up buying from Mercedes-Santa Monica instead.
