A very bad experience. Unknowledgeable people top the list, followed by uncaring management. I bought my beautiful 400E convertible two days ago, and I'm learning about it by myself as virtually none of my questions were answered correctly during the buying process. My "no more than 45 minutes" to get the car financed and papers signed turned out to be well over 2 hours of waiting before the "45 minutes" began, although the finance manager Angela McKeever was wonderful, The salesman did not look over the car to find the minor flaws I found the next day. Do not come here expecting to be treated like a premium car buyer.
