I normally take my S550 to LA Downtown Motors for service because the last 2 times prior to today my experience was awful at the South Bay dealership, one time with Brad Parker who seemed unhappy working there and barely acknowledged me and other time with another employee who told me they were understaffed and that I had to come back another day. So this time I was reluctant to visit you but I was crunched with time and because you're near my house so I made an appointment online and was supposed to see April Stewart at 2:20 pm, I got there at 2:10 and one of the service people told me that April was going to be with shortly, 20 minutes had gone by and she didn't even come outside to acknowledge me or even a simple I will be with you in few minutes. I could see her in her office sitting in front of her computer alone. Customers pay premium dollars for servicing their vehicles here and elsewhere and should expect nothing less than first class customer service/experience.
