Friendly, attentive staff, knowledgeable sales and service personnel, and overall positive environment made purchasing a vehicle here downright pleasant. The lobby is comfortable, hot coffee available. No pressure tactics, just plain old fashioned good sales techniques. Extra kudos to Sundeep (Sonny), Joe Headley, and to Nathan in the service dept., who expressed enthusiasm at just being there, and answered all my service related questions.
