I had an very odd service issue on our new Honda Odyssey. I took the van in to be looked over to see if it was a warranty issue. Upon the initial review it was determined not to be. I was not pleased with this decision at all. I voiced my opinion to my service advisor Sami and asked to speak to the service manager. She went the extra mile to show him pictures and relayed my concerns. I was able to talk to him as well as the area Honda dealer rep. They let me vent and listened to what I had to say. We were able to discuss the issue in more depth and in the end they determined it could be handled under warranty.
A special thank you to Sami for working so hard on our behalf!!! I was very upset and you were very pleasant and professional during the whole ordeal!!!
