update: My husband checked my car when he got home from work the day that I brought it in for the wax. He took pictures of parts of my car that looked awful and came back here the next day. He showed the service guy I was dealing with the pictures and told them he wanted it redone. Today I brought it back, a week later and they did some of it again but not all of it like they were supposed to. They didn t even wash it before they waxed it when it has mud on it. They said their car wash was closed today, but yet when I was checking out I heard another service person ask the customer that they were dealing with if she wanted a free car wash today. I guess it magically opened up 2 minutes after I was told it wasn t opened today. My husband is on his way back here now to tell them they need to redo the whole car and not just parts of it and it needs to be washed properly too. I still have not received an apology from anyone about all of this and for the inconvenience it has been for both me and my husband. If you do buy a car from here I don t recommend that you buy any of their service plans if this is how they treat everyone. I m glad we didn t buy the service plans they offer, just the wax that was in our agreement.
I bought my odyssey here about a year and a half ago. The whole purchasing experience was great no complaints there. However, part of the deal was for me to get a wax job. So I brought it in today to the service department and got the wax and two recalls that were open done on my car. I was told it would take 2 and a half hours. I was also told that it really needed to be buffed before it got waxed but they wouldn t do it because it wasn t part of the deal. I ended up waiting for 5 hours and they didn t apologize or anything for my wait time. So basically I waited 5 hours for recall work and a half way done wax job.
