My service advisor, Mark S., was engaged from the initial phone call until my follow up one. He anticipated my need of a service car while mine was being repaired. I especially enjoyed the handout of my needed repairs and the effects they had on my car. I'd previously gone to another dealership for maintenance but I think I've found a new home.
