He took the time to ask what the vehicle was there for, he reiterated the reason and asked if ther was anything else that needed attention. In conclusion, I was talking to another military veteran in the waiting room and Mr Clarkewaited for us to finish, and then thanked both of us for our service before telling me my vehicle was ready. The respect was above reproach as well as his interactions.
