Was able to use the spa facilities to shower and get a spa massage between flights on a 9 hour layover.

Really pleased with the accommodation and the fact that so much was included in the Opera Suite price made our stay very enjoyable.

Nice room, good staff, comfortable bed, awful WiFi, disappointed.

Modern, clean, hotel walking distance to Terminal 5 with friend staff and good restaurant.

Only here for 1 night but great meal very quiet nights sleep and excellent car parking for the holiday

Went for the spa day with my wife and had a great time the staff are really really nice will definitely go back

Wifi in room did not work. Had to call IT and spend 10 min. on phone. Then was super spotty and barely usuable. Pillows and sheets had weird and unpleasant odor-like a wheat or cumin smell. Breakfast restaurant only serves a buffet which would be too large and is pricey. Only 3 pillows for bed rather than 4. Doesn't live up to luxury standard.

It was ok although the pillows were not comfortable and there was only 1 spare. There was no bags for femine use which I thought for a 5 star hotel this would be high on the list of requirements for the bathroom. The floor to the shower was slippery when using shampoo and conditioner had to be careful - a shower mat would be appropriate. Otherwise ok - but too few milk and tea and coffee - only use for 1 cup each

There is one think, I was charged 100 pound as holding payment for accedintals and they told me it should be charged back to my card after checkout, well it didn't yet.

I had booked a room for our family to rest in for a few hours between flights. When we arrived the extra bed was not there, there were not enough towels, and the amenities (shampoos, conditioner and body lotion) had all been used and almost empty!

TV in room didn't work. No plugs next to bed to charge my phone. Breakfast though was amazing.

Excellent service. Room is spacious and well furnished. Very quiet. 2 minutes from T5

In a world full of fleeting indulgences, a genuinely relaxing experience can be a game changer on a stressful day. Every part of my stay was comfortable, easy, and relaxing. After a terrible morning, I ended up rested and happy. It doesn't get much better.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay or breakfast when using Heathrow T5

A convenient hotel for arriving late at the airport in London. I used it for the fireworks of the countdown. Take the elevator from T5 and get off through a long hotel private walkway. The room is clean and there is no noise of the plane. Breakfast is very simple, but it's a good buffet.

Amazing hotel...can't tell you are at an airport hotel. Clean and modern.

Nice venue with good sized Hall to entertain guests. Getting into the parking lot is tricky even with GPS

The worst hotel I have been so far. The doorman was very rude and not helpful at all rooms are small and toilet was very dirty. They overcharged me very expensive hotel. Next time I will go to Hilton terminal 5 they are 10 times better on price and service. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Utterly disgraceful customer relation service! I booked at the Heathrow Sofitel but actually I needed the Gatwick Sofitel. Called and emailed to move my reservation from one hotel to the other (being the same owner and same management company should be easy I thought!!!) no one was willing to help. I have been bounced to interns and junior staff who clearly were totally helpless!! Worst experience ever!! Their philosophy is grab the money and run!!! Screw the client!!

I had a flight mishap and had to stay in London for the night. Everything turned out great when I called the spa and they saved my trip by giving me a wonderfully relaxing experience.

When hearing that we had an early morning flight out of Heathrow, a friend suggested we stay at the Sofitel at Heathrow. What a great choice. It was extremely easy and very comfortable for the night. Bags arrived to our room nearly as fast as we did. It was an easy walk to Terminal 5 for our departure. The room was QUIET and comfortable.

My only issue was at check-in. I'm sure the desk clerk was trying to be friendly, but he kept asking questions about our trip, and our holiday, and where we traveled, and did we want to upgrade and add this service and that service....when all we wanted to do was get to our room. A little less chat, and it would have been the perfect experience.

Very well placed for T5 just a 5 min walk to departures. Very comfortable rooms and good selection of food and drink options. While the hotel has been open for a few years the standard of maintenance very high and could easily pass as only opening last month.

We stayed here after a post-cruise tour to the Bath. The tour bus picked us up from the pier in Southampton, after a day tour to the Bath, dropped us off right at the Hotel. We enjoyed this modern hotel very much. The French Restaurant was wonderful. Services were perfect. We went into London via the Underground and spent the next day shopping and then to a musical in the West End before returning to the hotel late. It was great to have breakfast in the hotel leisurely before walking over to the terminal for our flight back home. Only complaint was the the breakfasts were a bit weak.

Food!!!!! There is nowhere to grab a quick bite to eat unless you go to the terminal even then there isn't anywhere before security other than a sandwich and costa no hot meal unless in a restaurant at the hotel

i arrived the hotel later around 9:00pm.
i went to the bar ordred a hot snack but the snack did not arrive after nearly half hour passed. the staff only went to kitchen to check when i complained and wanted to cancel the order.. it was a disappointing experience with sofitel hotel.

Great service for walk in covid test. Just a shame that despite confirming prices in advance they miraculously increased on the morning we were visiting....

Fantastic hotel, attended a wedding and the venue was absolutely beautiful. I didn't get to see the rooms but can only imagine how stunning they would be.

We had a very pleasant experience from the receptionist Yvonne after we missed our connecting flight, I highly recommend the breakfast, the chef was bubbly & great fun, the food was excellent & our waiter Chinton looked after our every need. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the room. Amazed at the heated mirror and beautiful bathroom - including curved glass in the shower.
However, I never had a good experience checking in and this visit was no exception. You might as well hire some robots or do auto check in like a number of other chains.

Super convenient for T5 early morning departures as the hotel is only a short enclosed walk from departures, and on the T5 site.

Exceptional reception from the friendly and efficient front of house team, with a complimentary upgrade for our one night stay. The room was well appointed, not a sound heard from inside or out and a great shower.

There is a choice of dining, and bars - necessary as the alternatives are back in the terminal building.

Overall not inexpensive, but with excellent service and a really positive customer experience Sofitel T5 offers good value for money.

A perfect place to rest following and before a long flight! I was delighted with the beautifully appointed accommodation as well as the gracious and warm service - this is my new London base! I really look forward to my next

Great room with first rate sound proofing, club lounge offers a nice area to relax with afternoon tea and evening drinks. The breakfasts are also good and offer a wide variety to suit every taste.

Great hotel and linked to T5 at Heathrow. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast one of the best.

The receptionist was a 'trainee' and completely messed up our rooms unfortunately. Although we were near one another, the room with the children had no bed for the second child and we had to order one in and our friend, Mr Bruce, found one in his room when he checked in later that afternoon....... we were supposed to be next to our daughter and children with a connecting door and we were across the corridor.
My husband and I had already paid, upfront, for our breakfasts but I noticed after we had checked out and in our holiday resort, you had charged us for that again when we only owed for my daughter and her son.
Overall, this coloured our attitude to our stay with you sadly.
The first time we have ever had this kind of problem.

Everything was good except the bed which felt like a ordinary coil sprung mattress, felt every movement of my wife next to me,

First things first this isn't really a Sofitel. The beds, the furnishings and the details are not Sofitel standard, and the SPA is chargeable, which I have experienced in other Sofitel s here.
You can get to the hotel directly from Terminal 5 which is perfect if you fly BA. The staff is the only thing that really gives the Sofitel feeling, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional. The hotel is more of an anonymous box but quiet and convenient if you have an early flight.

My son missed his connection in Heathrow and had to layover overnight. I was really worried about him being alone all night in the airport, plus he had been pick pocketed prior to getting there. My daughter remembered that your hotel was located in terminal 5 where he was flying out of. The reservation agent was amazing and took detailed notes and allowed me to get a credit card to them to take care of his room. I was so impressed and reassured! My son said his room was wonderful and was so grateful. You will get our business again for sure!

Problems with the booking, it was booked room with breakfast and dinner. No information on site. In the restaurant suddenly payment is required.
Complaint at the reception, there is no answer on the spot, a response by mail is also not.
Have now asked by mail, unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find a mail address.

Stayed here for an overnight stop in London Heathrow Airport. It s very convenient and worth the price if you d rather not lug baggage around. I would usually prefer a cheaper option but with an early flight out the next day, it was worth it.

Good night sleep and the restaurant was very good. Checking in was slow.

Will now avoid ever staying at this hotel which has the most appalling switchboard answering system offering about 6 options which do not, shockingly, include being put through to one of their guests! It took me 3 attempts to dial 0 'to speak to an operator' and a 10 minute wait in total to get nowhere. Shame on you Sofitel London Heathrow!

Attached to Terminal 5 at Heathrow this is a perfect hotel for the high-end business traveller getting an early morning flight out of Heathrow. Great service when you check in and the rooms are large. Little disappointing for a business travel hotel that wifi still needs to be paid for but that is a minor quibble to an overall good but too short stay.

Another excellent stay!! Great service and the food was very good! Rooms very comfortable even though we had to get up at 5am to get a flight to Miami!! We will be back!!

Excellent service although you do pay for it. Executive rooms are good value as you get free drinks & snacks plus breakfast.

We love the convenience of being so close to Terminal 5 for morning departures. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and I appreciate having a bathtub in the bathroom! The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue to come back whenever we are leaving from Heathrow on morning flights.

A haven of peace in the middle of the noise and bustle of the airport, yet every terminal so accessible. A safe place to leave your car. Top class food to be had. You want be disappointed.

Sofitel rends to be one of my brands of choice but the attention to detail was missing from this 5 star hotel. We were offered a free mini bar which was nice but both the nuts and jelly beans had the seals broken and had been started. My wife likes the Espa toiletries but there was only one shower gel for three of us but 6 shampoos. The tissues had only 2 left and there was one ladies disposal bag (for 2 ladies - my wife and daughter). All this in what was supposed to be a suite, so I did expect more. In addition at dinner I ordered wine and it was poured for my wife and I but my daughter (who is 23) wasn't even offered any. Lastly the light on the magnification mirror in the bathroom was broken.

We have stayed here several times before and have never been dissatisfied. Check in/out was easy and efficient. The room was comfortable and luxurious, and reasonably priced. We used both restaurants and were very pleased in both cases. The meals were delicious and artistic, and perfectly attended by the staff.

Great upscale hotel to rest in between travel routes. Excellent facilities and super service.
