My son missed his connection in Heathrow and had to layover overnight. I was really worried about him being alone all night in the airport, plus he had been pick pocketed prior to getting there. My daughter remembered that your hotel was located in terminal 5 where he was flying out of. The reservation agent was amazing and took detailed notes and allowed me to get a credit card to them to take care of his room. I was so impressed and reassured!
